Affordable but not worth it. Does not include breakfast because they don’t have any other than breakfast bars. Room smelled like pee, since we entered you can smell the cooking from other rooms. Water pressure from the shower was low. Swimming pool green and dirty. Room was just picked not wiped cleaned. Dog hair on furniture as well. Just not worth it!

When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was nice but was on FaceTime the entire time. I tried my best to stay the night but eventually left to stay somewhere else. The curtains were damaged, the sink was not entirely clean & when I got in the shower the faucet pulled out of the wall and their was still hair on the walls from the previous person. I did not mind the smell but I decided to leave once I realized I was showering in a bathroom that had not been cleaned. Once again the lady at the front was nice and helpful when I asked for a refund. This hotel would have been okay if it was cleaner.

The room was clean, the “breakfast” was just granola bars, oat meal, coffee, and muffins so nothing actually satisfying. Also, on arrival we already PAID but they made us put a $100 deposit down, never got a receipt for it but they mentioned we should get it 2-5 days later… weird. The room also had a kitchen however the microwave didn’t work. It was also advertised they had vending machines, but they don’t. I tried to get some water from the front desk as they had a mini fridge of drinks for sale, but they were out of water…. You obviously pay for what you get. Not awful, but not great. Definitely the place if you like to be out of the hotel room.

I got there because of my travel at 1:00 a.m. and the guy at the front desk was extremely rude and pretty much told me that he will not be able to check me in. I had to be very diplomatic with him until for some odd reason he found a way to do it. It was also not courteous, not respectful and doesn't seem to want to be there. If you don't like your job find another job.

Room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, entrances smelled of marijuana, staff was rude and inconsiderate, staff refused to provide 1 extra blanket for a room with 4 people where a child did not have a blanket to sleep with. Bathroom faucet was dripping the entire stay. No trash can in the bathroom. Key card stopped working, had to walk around entire building to get back in. Charged per pet instead of overall pet fee, pretty ridiculous as the number of pets doesn't change the service or room provided. Overall terrible experience, would not recommend staying there.

When you walk in it looks modern Front desk staff was polite. But I wish I had known of a deposit fee of $100 for incidentals. Walking to the room I felt like it was the Bates motel the hallway looked like a scene in a scary movie. The room smelled like dirty laundry, furniture looked like it came from a thrift store. the trim on the counter in the kitchen was peeling off by three feet so you couldn’t even walk by it without it touching you. There were scratches at the bottom of the wall corners and the carpet was heavily stained in multiple areas. The bathroom door and trim had been scratched and peeling like someone was scratching to their way out. Scary!!! The door wouldn’t close all the way until me and my daughter put all our weight on it. The phone in the room didn’t work so I had to call the hotel directly from my cell phone and their answering service wasn’t helpful or able to just transfer me to the front desk. There was a rattling noise all night coming from the sink drain or pipes. The bed was so hard that it creaked everywhere. The sofa bed my daughter slept on had a mattress that looked like a blanket not even 2 inches. I will not stay there ever again.

This property was under renovations which I was mindful of, especially as they had signage at the front desk when checking in. However, there was a layer of dust (presumably from the recarpeting of the halls and no seal under the door to prevent it from blowing in) that layered the entire floor and the top of the dresser. I was there less than 24 hours so I just kind of sucked it up and dealt w/it while I was in town for an event and ... you get what you pay for but I always expect the room to at least be free of dust and dirt when checking in. Also it mentions breakfast is include but it's just a grab and go breakfast which is fine, but also should be clearly indicated.

We had no idea the hotel was under construction all the third floor where we stayed had no carpet no floor. It was all concrete with dust. Walls were all white and freshly painted. rooms were dirty with dust and a huge opening under the door. room was hot. Restrooms had cockroaches all over the sink and the Shower and tub kitchen had cockroaches in the counter. And sink area. There was splashed dead cockroaches in between the blankets. The beds were not sturdy enough and part of the bed fell off to the floor. I told the person at the front desk that we had to leave early way ahead of check in time due to waking up with a cockroach on my arm, response was we will let management know. I even showed them videos of the cockroaches and of how the floor was dirty with dust and the pictures of the cockroaches that were dead and splashed in between the blankets.

Cheap price, nice location, clean enough

You get what you pay for. I paid $70 a night and expected much worse. I'd had bad experiences at extended-stay hotels before, so I expected the worst. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a mess. The room was clean except for the floor, which was sticky. The bathroom was clean. For the price, it was fine. Parking seemed very secure, and the location is pretty good. It's surrounded by other hotels and on a dead-end street. It has a slightly strong incense smell. I would stay there again if I were on a budget and just needed a bed to rest. I'm happy with substandard amenities and furnishings, as long as the place is clean enough.

The room they gave me had mold and wouldn’t change the room the girl that was in the service desk was rude. The towels from the resteoom seemed used they had dirt stains. I ended up leaving because of all the issues i was having I tried contacting the manager but had bo luch the person in the phone just kept repeating the word \"oh\" over and over again and then said the manager will reach out to me and nothing. I called back again but it seemed like my number was blocked because the call would not even go tru anymore.

Have been staying here couple of times. This last time was horrible. Both room was all dusty. Hotel was getting remodeled but atleast clean the rooms before making a customer go inside them. Floor was not swept, full of hairs . Room smelled like if someone was smoking inside them which i got non smoking rooms. I had to go get my own airfresheners. I went to front desk and asked for a broom. Never once asked me what it was for.

Did what it needed too

Charge a 100 dollar deposit upon check in, refundable if no damages. Pool is very small compared to most hotels. Gym has 2 machines an elliptical and a treadmill. No coffee or tea in common areas. Did not even attempt to try the free grab and go breakfast to avoid disappointment. The room served its purpose but can use some remodeling and upgrades.

The smell was terrible thru the whole hotel carpet smelled had to wear socks or slippers thru out so we didn’t have have dirty feet . Air condition first day didn’t cool . It was great except when we checked out the worker gave us our accidental deposit back in cash and then called us an 1 hour later asking if we checked out and told us we needed to come back to the hotel because she gave us someone else’s deposit back and that ours would go on her card I told her we were already an hour away heading home and she still insisted we come back I told her again we were an hour out from there she said we will just not put it on ur card then I said ok great and we hung up she then called back 30 mins later telling me that she was taking the deposit of the card so it would not be added back to us since we got it in cash I said again that’s fine thank you and she said I’m getting yelled out by my manager for this.. sorry girl not my mess up other then that it was an ok stay for the night

I didn't chose the property due to cost, it was chosen due to location, however, it was comparatively inexpensive and you get what you get when you don't spend the extra.

Likes: Staff was friendly, convenient location, clean, bed was comfortable, spacious enough for 2 people, working TV, quiet during the night. There was a small gym and a community laundry available.

Dislikes: Kitchen was bare (not as advertised - even on the billboards in the hotel - I had to go to the front desk to ask for a fork), cheap towels, cheap and minimal toiletries (strange, cheap odor to the soap), no hair dryer (as advertised), unusable drawers (breaking). Breakfast was not breakfast, it was a minimal choice of snack food (granola bars, packaged muffin, oranges), with the exception of oatmeal that you have to eat out of a tiny coffee cup.

My stay was for two nights . And I did not like our stay at all I forgot to pack my slippers and the carpet felt so sticky like they don’t shampoo them .i had to wear my socks. The cabinets in the kitchen were full of grease it was sticky I didn’t even put our snacks in there. The fridge was cool but when I was checking out I took my soda bottles and milk for my 1 year old both bottle and milk had a weird smell on them . The sheets where never changed I had to go to front desk and get the sheets myself .cause I could not sleep my body was itchy like when the sheets get dirty and are not changed out . My sons back hurt the next morning from the sofa mattress being beyond used . He could feel the metal stand on his back even after the sheets where on .

The room smelles horrible. The counter had old food crumbs on it. The refrigerator smelled like there was something rotten in it. The shower didn't work. The manager said they would fix it the following morning but if we didn't want to wait they would give us a refund but we had to check out ( it was almost midnight and I tried looking for another hotel but it was too late) So we agreed to wait until morning for it to get fixed. When we came back to the room it wasn't fixed and they said \"oh there's nothing we can do, maintenance wasn't here today\" again we were offered a refund but it was 10 at night and there were no other hotels that had a big enough room available to accommodate my family. We paid about $300 for 2 nights and the room and the whole hotel was not worth it. Oh and we asked for a different room and they said the other rooms they had available had the same shower issue. Don't waste your money and don't stay there especially if you have kids.

The staff was extremely rude. We requested a late check out and they told us it would not be a problem. They they charged us a late check out fee without mentioning anything about a late check out fee. I’ve called the hotel and they claim they cannot do anything and were once again rude to me. They even hung up on me. Avoid this hotel.

The young lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. The door to the room wouldn’t open so had to get the key reprogrammed a couple of times and still didn’t work so she gave me another room. Probably just a low battery in the door. Lobby floor was really dirty. Room was spacious. Maybe could use upgraded some. Room was expensive because of the final four I imagine. It was $238 for two queen beds. Definitely not worth that much. Maybe half that much in my opinion.

I needed a room close to the medical center because my granddaughter is in ICU. The Final Four is in town this weekend, so most rooms were sold out or asking a ridiculous price for 1-2 nights. This place came up next to a place I stayed at the previous weekend that was decent and the price seemed fair, so I thought it would be comparable. WRONG. The \"lobby\"was hidden on the side of the building and was a tiny room where no staff was at the desk. I rang the bell, and was told \"coming\" and someone finally showed up. She hardly said anything the entire time she checked me in. I had requested an upper floor but got the 1st floor. I went to the room and was welcomed by a powerful musty odor and 1970s brown and orange matted carpet. The toilet was the only part of the room that has been updated in the last 40 years. The shower water pressure was decent. I checked out early and won't consider a revisit. My sister booked 4 nights for the same cause, and is considering loosing her money to see if any other hotel in the town is available. She spent $1073 for a 4 night stay. Save your money unless you're desperate like we were.

The system was down after we checked in and it impacted our visit and up to 3 other guests for over 6 hours. Our room had crumbs and soda markings from the previous people on the table as if someone finished their lunch. There was mold inside of one of the kitchen cupboards. The drawer had dead insects in it as if it’s never wiped down. It took hours for them to change our room. I came from out of state with kids, drove 8 hours that day and didn’t have much of an option but to stay. I would preferred to have been refunded and moved to another location. I will never return. The only positive thing I can say is the staff handled this very well, considering the lobby was full of upset clients, they were kind and professional. They did their best and kept on the situation. If the staff can update their cleaning routines, shift supervision and proper maintenance, there is potential here.

Horrible experience. Unfortunately, I had booked this property beforehand. I walked into the lobby and immediately regretted booking there. Despite the horrible musky smell.. There was a customer yelling at the employees about his AC not working properly, he also said that room was full of mold. Employees looked confused, as if they didn’t understand him. It wasn’t long before I walked out. I requested a refund and have still not heard back from the hotel. BOOK ELSEWHERE!

I booked the extended-stay for the full kitchen with the oven in the refrigerator, but they refuse to give me dishes or pots and pans because I wasn’t staying at least five days the breakfast that the state is free complementary breakfast is a muffin, a granola bar, coffee, or tea they wouldn’t give me plastic utensils, stating they didn’t have any but they had spoons out for breakfast. She gave me two paper plates for three days day. I had to go to the store and buy everything to cook.

We had lost our home to a fire and I had also suffered a pretty bad leg injury when we booked to stay here.I liked that they had a full kitchen so I could still cook for my husband and two sons.A couple days in we were awaked by banging,it was housekeeping,from that day on we were woken up by banging everyday,the whole staff was incredibly rude to my whole family making a large portion of our stay somewhat uncomfortable and even more frustrating then our life already was! Not to mention people constantly stomping,banging and yelling either above us,or in Hall,outside a lot too! I already have issues with anxiety and my husband who works from home was completely disjointed and lost out on a couple jobs due to his not being able to focus or have a little peace and quiet!When we checked out over a month later we were harrased and talked down to about how long it took to pack up and with only two carts in the building it made it hard to do! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

No breakfast as seen on website. You can smell the pet smell in the room once you enter the rooms . Toilets were clogged . And constant dripping in the shower area . You have to remove your own trash

This property isnt the most glamorous but gives you what you need in terms of a clean room, bathroom, comfortable bed and kitchen. We only stayed one night but we were happy with our experience.

The room was big which was good for our family. But the AC didn’t work all weekend so it was hot in our room the restroom everytime we used it we had to plunge it and all they did was give a $20 credit!!!

The room was spacious but there were a lot of things that werent working, like the fan in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door and the handle to flush the toilet. The woman at the front desk when we checked in and out was very helpful, but the gentleman was not. We had a room for 6 people but only pillows for 5, so when i asked him for a pillow he said they had none and he couldnt help me. I asked if he could get one from a vacant room or anything and he said they were booked in every room which was totally untrue. The parking lot wasnt even a third full. The breakfast is instant oatmeal or a granola bar. Overall, i wouldnt recommend unless you like paying for indoor camping.
