Stayed a few times and dealt with the rude staff. Then when I caught two mice I had to go.

The room was clean but out dated and uncomfortable. The pillows on the bed were flat, the mattress was hard and the blanket was rough, sheets had cuts in them, the air unit was loud. The bathroom was gross with visible mold, the toilet wouldn’t flush fully on one pull, and the shower head didn’t fully work. The hotel was noisy with loud guest, a lot of partying and visible over indulgence from guest. Chemical smells and smoke in hallways of nonsmoking! I had to leave a day early it was so bad!

The property is infested with rodents I found I wrote it in my sneaker with a grape. They were climbing on the counter, their holes all in the walls in the bathrooms. This place should be closed down. It’s infested and rodents. It’s falling apart and they’re still charging people cause they can get away with it. I mentioned something to management in the staff and they move to another room only to find another rodent crawling around in my laptop. I will post videos and pictures of these. The place is dirty and they don’t seem to care who stays there. Even while I was there, a man fell on the steps with the liquor ball and broke his leg. It was literally something out of the nightmare stay at this place. I asked for a refund and I was told I couldn’t because I already switched rooms so I am posting what I seen during my stay and calling the health department.

The hotel is old and dated. The were two outlets in the room and both were worn out and wouldn't hold the charging block needed to charge our devices. The staff was rude and unaccommodating. Registered as two adults and one child in a double room and the didn't want to provide bath towels and wash clothes for all three guests. I would never stay there again!

Walked into a room that someone absolutely smoked in even though we were in a non smoking section. The fire alarm was covered in our room.It reaked. It is as if the staff didnt even go in and clean after the people before us. In the lobby were people who were kicked out of the hotel just hanging out talking about they were not allowed to rent a room. The door to the bathroom was completely busted. The TV only had one channel. Will never stay again.

First off, let’s talk about the room you get what you get for $144 a night – I think the last time it was cleaned was the day Motel 6 in Washington DC first opened. There were marker scribbles all over the walls like a toddler got loose with a Sharpie. Cigarette burns on the bed sheets? Sure, it was a smoking room, but come on
The next thing was a huge water stain on the wall that looked like it had been there since the last ice age. I’m not even sure what it was – some sort of ancient drip formation. Maybe a secret message from the past? If you think the wall is bad, wait till you spot the baseboard – it has a mystery wax splatter, more so a mystery fluid that we have yet to figure out for sure what it is.
And don’t even get me started on the bathroom. I’m pretty sure someone used the tub as an ashtray. But no worries, there’s more fun: A hair perfectly placed on the top towel – just in case you wanted to start your day with a surprise. The window had clearly never been cleaned, not in this century anyway, and I’m guessing the surrounding area had been left in a time capsule.
All in all, this place is a \"surprise\" – if you love discovering new ways hotels can surprise you with dirt and neglect, this place is for you. Maybe I’ll come back... but only if I’m on a reality TV show about survival. Avoid if you value your sanity.

Bring your own pillow! Mattresses are hard and pillows are flat. They have a vending machine and only free coffee. They wouldn’t allow early check in. The walk to the Tacoma red line is less than 15 minutes. Sticky Fingers across the metro entry has delicious pastries. If you are wanting the least expensive option to stay, then this is your place. If you are looking for comfort and a room with at a refrigerator in your room, then look elsewhere.

We paid and they tried to tell us that we didn’t pay and on top of that used a different card than we had on file, had us call customer service and wait for a response. They took an hour. We just got off work with our child it was a convience yet they decided to try to push us away, as well as tried to make us pay again when money was already taken out of our account. Customer service couldn’t even contact the landline they said they had. Customer service stated that they weren’t a real hotel. They couldn’t be found on their website.

You get what you pay for. it was the cheapest hotel in the area but the general cleanliness and state of the property was worse than I expected. The photos online made it seam a lot better than it actually is.

This hotel is bare minimum. No fridge or microwave inside the room. The sheets were stained and the whole place was stuffy and stale and gave me kind of a gross vibe. The bed was uncomfortable as hell and the pillows were like half a pillow--flat as all get out and sunk underneath the weight of my head. The bathroom just looked dingy and I didn't want to walk barefoot type of situation.

Do not stay here! When I arrived the police was outside investigating a disturbance. Then inside it’s ghetto AF. And ALL the rooms smell like cigarette smoke.

That was my worst stay. The man who check me in might be aware that the next room people are very loud people, as they put the TV loud the entire night & after I called the front desk around 5:45am, not only they didn’t lower the TV volume, but also started singing until now when I check out quickly around 7:30a.
I went there before & it wasn’t that way. I was on another floor which was quiet. People living free there through subsidy are not mindful of those who pay to stay temporarily.

The room is in terrible need of an upgrade. Half of the baseboards are absent of any paint or finish. The room is very reminiscent of a college dorm room. The bed was quite comfortable tho, and since it was just a “lay over” for one night, completely tolerable.

You get what you pay for. This place does not have breakfast in the morning. Washing machine and dryer are located in the lobby. The only ice machine and microwave for guests are also on the lobby floor. The only time you hear your neighbors will be in the hallway walking to or from room. Despite the room facing the main road it was very quiet. Walking or a short drive to many restaurants or lounges.
