Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room had clean sheets but unfortunately most of the cleanliness stopped there. The room I was in had a few visible cockroaches, mould and the bathroom could do with a really deep clean not just a wipe over. Leather couches are very worn, all furniture has age and wear marks. Bed was so hard and uncomfortable.

The property was run down, very old - couches were stained etc but it was large and mostly clean. Kitchen was great, and felt more updated compared to the bathrooms/everywhere else.
However, it was priced well for what it was and was an enjoyeable weekend.

Stayed there a weekend, the room was clean and had everything i needed,was within walking distance from cafes and pubs etc...staff were very helpful, the low point was that the bathroom was very small and also coming into and leaving the carpark wasnt good as my car scraped...probably wont stay there again..as i could get somewhere a lot bigger and nicer for what i paid.

Aircon didn't reach the back room and didn't go below 21 degrees or it would turn off. For Queensland that is diabolical stuff. Was sweaty every night and I'm not a fat person. Also, no smart TV or a way to cast to it and it was so small for how large the lounge room is. The antenna cable also was bad and we couldn't even watch normal TV. And a few cockroaches were present...

This apartment is an excellent find if you're staying in Brisbane for a few days. It's spacious and ideally placed for exploring the city, and just a few minute's walk fron the Central station.
The only downside for us was the noise from the outside, especially to the front of the property. It could really do with new noise reducing double glazing!!

The stay was ok. The apartment is tired and quite old, with the single bed mattresses clearly needing replacing and maintenance on some of the furniture. The oven didn’t work and half the channels on the TV didn’t work as well (Foxtel was not working at all). Overall, the apartment is in a great location (5mins walk to Central Station) with good local amenities, but you can definitely find better.

Our apartment is a bit old except for the kitchen area which we think was recently renovated. Shower needs extensive cleaning as there are still stains of moulds and grime. Sliding door to the balcony was stiff, hard to open. Aircon might needs fixing too. It doesn't cool the room enough, seems like it's on fan mode even if it's on cool mode. Facilities need more signage especially for rubbish. Took as a while to find out where it is. Other than that, area where the beds, lounge , and dining are, were clean. Beds are comfy. Needs bedside power sockets for easy charging of phones

On arrival the staff were very hospitable, offering to hold our luggage before check in being we arrived on a early train into the city, once we had checked in,we found the rooms to be very large, more of an apartment that a hotel set up with full kitchen and laundry. Super close to central station once you are aware of the short cut through the back of the complex. We will stay again.

Hallway and lifts stink really bad. And air con in the rooms is very dodgy and doesn’t keep it cool. Over a 35 degree weekend this made being in the rooms very uncomfortable. We also booked for 3 people and paid an extra person fee to only be given 2 towels etc and left the share for the first night as we checked in late. We did manage to get some the second day.

It was for the Qld Caravan Show, apartment is ok, old, couch old, chairs old, everything old, wifi good signal but our laptop security systems would not allow a connection. So we just hotspot off our phones to do emails. Front desk clerk is excellent and he is very helpful and informative. Also someone cooked a powerful Indian curry that stunk out the hallway for 2 days.

This place is awesome. I booked 2 rooms, with a Queen bed and 2 single beds. It was decked out with a great cookers kitchen equipped with Miele appliances, and a massive fridge. This beauty had 2 bathrooms, a very spacious living, dining and lounge room, plus a laundry and a balcony all for an incredibly cheap price.
We swam in the freezing outdoor pool, then warmed up in the very hot, hot tub. Then relaxed in the sauna to unwind. It was divine

The office got broken into, so they had access to the master keys.
Obviously the security needs to be upgraded.

We stayed this property few times, over all this property is little outdated but still very spacious and has balcony and free on-site parking so it is well valued. Although just this time, we had few issue in our room. All the sudden electricity went down and had to wait 2hours till Electritian came and fixed.

Our airconditioner was broken, toilet did not flush and the kitchen window was hard to open and shut, however the attendant at reception was so very lovely and tried his best to accomodate - bringing a portable air conditioner up to the apartment. Such a lovely man that made it hard to complain and or not be happy. The owners should definitely be looking after him.

We were booked in for 2 nights but left after 1. The rooms were dirty, wifi didn’t work, broken aircon that leaked and saturated the carpet which the cleaners put a white towel down before we arrived, moved the towel before we left and it was black… obviously don’t clean the carpets.

Id never go back, reception had good communication however the apartments need some love, our stay was for 4 days but we left after 2. Walked into the apartment to find some chicks hair still all over the lounge, hair all still in the bath tub, the foldout bed collapsed with my 5 month old on it, the water temp in the shower changes dramatically nearly burnt my baby. The aircon is in the cupboard of the bedroom which looks like the first aircon ever invented its loud and not cold. What do you expect for 3 star accommodation.

Overall reasonable place to stay close to the city. Unit we stayed in was okay but could have done with more thorough clean. Also need to provide more dish detergent to enable guests to maintain dishes and cutlery hygienically. Shouldn’t have to pay for additional detergents for multiple night stays. Some of the appliances did not work appropriately. Bathrooms a little tired and a bit grimy. Overall a pleasant stay just a bit of feedback for future improvements.
