Klimaanlage gibt es aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen nicht. Dafür dumme schlaue Sprüche mit Gardinen und Fenster zu machen. Das hilft NICHT gegen ein überhitztes Zimmer im 4. Stock. Freigeträne müssen 2 mal nachgefragt werden bevor etwas kommt, Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage. Gleiches bei Toilettenpapier. 1/2 Rolle war vorhanden und musste 2 mal nachgefragt werden. Das Frühstück an einem Samstag um 07:15h: 3 Billigwurstsorten, trockenes Brot und kleinste Minibrötchen. Müsli war massenweise vorhanden, aber nicht mein Fall. Würstchen kalt, Backschincken kalt. Latte Macchiatto füllt 1/2 Tasse, muss man also immer 2 mal Knopf drücken. Fiterkaffee gabs dann auf Anfrage. Ich bin mehr wie enttäucht. Nachhaltigkeit ist immer einfach für Sparmassnahmen zu nehmen. Bei diesen Preisen aber ... nein danke. Achat mit 4 Sternen ohne Klima ... never ever. EInzig Positiv: das Personal war freundlich. Aber das erwarte ich in jedem Hotel.

The only issue we had was the room was very hot and it was very incomfortable to sleep because of the heat. NO aircondition is a big issue during hot summer days. A fan was provided but it was not sufficient.

Staff was friendly and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Room was sober equipped. WiFi connection was poor with regular disruptions / disconnections making online meetings hard as well as working in the Citrix environment. Fitness facilities were advertised as 24-hours, but actually opened from 9.00 am, so no morning training to energize for a new business day. Nice park in environment for outdoor walking.

the rooms are only cleaned on the outside, very dirty carpet with large stains after some substance that has several months. disgusting. Breakfast at the hotel was tasteless and just cold. Unfortunately, I ate outside the hotel in Italian places. Breakfast and dinner, I didn't want to eat in the hotel restaurant at all because I didn't want to have the same experience with food. I ate at the local restaurant.

Hotel advertises itself as 4 star. No toiletries in room, and none supplied when raised. Staff couldn't care less. Still no toiletries two days later. Lots of noise outside hotel all through night. Aircon didn't work and when window opened, couldn't sleep because of the noise

This is a lovely, clean hotel in a quiet part of town. I was disappointed that when I arrived at 20:30 the kitchen was already closed and the reception staff weren’t particularly welcoming. The hotel itself is very modern and comfortable! It’s worth knowing that the car park garage has height restrictions, but street parking is also available and is free overnight.

One of these hotels you must pay upfront. No possibility to do a pre-authorisation so if you want to use the bar/restaurant, you pay at check in and again at check out. Despite having been asked if the stay was for business, the desk in the room was so small and covered with clutter that it was not possible to even put a laptop on it and nowhere else to put the clutter...

Ok hotel but very misleading description. There was no \"feng shui consultation\" on check in as promised - one of the little quirks that made us book this particular hotel. All three of our rooms were on the same floor and from what we could tell the floors only differ on colour schemes. The \"free mini bar\" consisted of two small waters, one small Coke and one obscure brand bottle of alcohol free beer - hardly a perk with having. The rooftop wellness area had a small sauna and a small steam room and some sun loungers on a viewless and roof - again disappointing. The location is central but very near to the dodgy shops etc which surround the station.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a 4 night stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it when looking for an excellent place to stay in Bremen.
Our room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. We also ate dinner in the hotel and were very satisfied with the quality of food served.

The elements hotel looks completely new. It is very smart and everything is more upmarket than I was expecting - more like a 5 star hotel. The hotel was largely empty when I stayed there, so perhaps it is still early days. The location isn't very picturesque and there was quite a bit of noise on the Saturday night that I stayed there, but it is handy for the city centre.

1. Parking garage was full. They told me that I was on my own, they cannot do anything in regards. The lady just told me to leave the car in the street.
2. I ask for an Iron and an Iron board...., the answer: you need to come and pick it up. There is no one available to take it to your room! (i have never had to do that before!)
3. And maybe the worst... I did request a wake up call (unfortunatelly to the same lady in the front desk)... guess what happens? they didnt make it, and have no escuses to explain what happened. I almost lose my plane back to America.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und ist modern eingerichtet. Hier und da gibt es kleine optische Mängel, ist bei der Größe aber auch normal / ok.

Hyggetur til Bremen, der som altid er fantastisk. Hotellet er fint, masser af plads, fine madrasser og puder, dejligt rummeligt badeværelse, hvor der både var badekar og en brusekabine (familie værelse), der er køleskab (minibar) og pengeskab. God morgenmad, med lune retter og friskt brød, + alt muligt andet (dårlig kaffe) og om aftenen var det der en meget hyggelig og velassorteret hotel bar. På minus siden, klimaanlægget virkede ikke rigtigt, selv om vi tændte for det og skruede helt ned for temperaturen, og der er generelt dårligt lugt på gangene.

I thought the room was ok but is was very basic. There was no option to make tea or coffee. Also the pillows and blankers were very thin and I couldn’t sleep comfortable because of that. The room was hot and the temperature was hard to manage. First day we did not get hot water in the shower. Location was very good though.

Alle Wünsche bei der Buchung wurden erfüllt. Wir waren schon Mittags angekommen und konnten ohne Mehrpreis unser Zimmer beziehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut. Die Lage im Bahnhofsviertel ist total ok, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das Hotel hat leider nur wenige Parkplätze. Aber umliegend sind mehrere Parkhäuser, die auch günstiger als die Hotelparkplätze sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dort wieder buchen.
