Staff was so rude to us, and had the most terrible attitude... Sadly we encountered this, both when we arrived and when we departured.

Great hotel that is very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for a weekend away. Stayed two nights with my daughter who is 12 whilst having a weekend in Germany together. Ideal for getting the train to Hamburg for the day. There are “dodgy” people outside like other reviews suggest who hang around in small groups, but caused us no issues at any time of day/evening.

Don't let the word budget put you off. Or the outside of the building. This is a smart basic hotel offering large rooms which are very clean and a comfy bed. Excellent soundproofing, I hardly heard anything from inside or outside and I was overlooking the trams/station. My only fault is that there is no kettle in the room. I was able to get hot water from Reception but that is on floor 6 by lift, so not terribly convenient. But honestly, really good value for a large, clean, central room. I would definitely stay again

The hotel can be forgiven for its basic style, as this is essentially what you already know at the time of booking. The customer service however is completely appalling! The lady that checked us in, absolutely could not care the tiniest about you, and would be so out of her personality to make you feel the smallest bit welcome.....it was pretty shocking, and i'd only really come to expect something similar from a hostile country, not Germany!

Talking of hostile, please be mindful that this hotel is situated right opposite the central train station, and you will be 100% surrounded by very distasteful characters that surround the hotel.....and the atmosphere here because of this is very low. Many groups of hooded men of all backgrounds are standing on every corner, and on an evening, after all the main trains have been and gone, that is literally all you see on the streets.....its an eye opener!

We travelled as a family with a child, and i wouldnt recommend it at all!

The hotel was easy to find from the main train station, and was within easy walking distance (or take the metro) from the Altstadt.
The room was very basic (even compared to other IBIS Budget hotel rooms). The bed was in a corner, so that one had to crawl down to the foot of the bed if you wanted to get out of bed. Not enough space to move the bed to ease this problem.
Breakfast was poor. The bread that was placed out for toasting was clearly days old and some of the slices had mold growing on them.

Super convenient. It is across street from the train station with DM and REWE next door and tons of restaurants around. It is also walking distance to the shopping area. I loved my room that over looked the train station. It was amazing view at night. Would love to stay there again for sure. P.s. Staff were extremely nice.

You get what you pay for

Its cheap and suitable for 1-2 nights stay tops. I stayed for a week and found it a bit difficult since there are hardly any furnitures in the room- no shelves, no closet, no drawers, absolutely nowhere to put your clothes in or even your suitcase on. The table in the room is a cheap plastic kids-size table and with the plastic backless chair provided you won't be able to do ANY proper work, or even use the chair without back-pain. So if you're on a business trip or intent to do any work from the room- this isn't the place for you. The location of the hotel is central and its easy to find if you travel via train, but the train station and streets around it are full of beggars and drunks and homeless people at ALL time (even during the day), so as a tourist, I wouldn't want to stay there. Lots of police around, so it doesn't feel unsafe, but just not a nice place to stay. I asked for a quiet room and it was quite noisy actually- how can it not be? on a main road and a train station... I also had issues with room cleaning and keycard not working but maybe its just my luck.

Beautiful Airy Spacious New Bright and Convenient

Beautiful room.. very clean and light. My room had about 6 full sized windows with drapes.. just lovely. Very spacious and safe. Not a complaint just a recommendation that there was space for a bedside unit that i would have used for my mobile phone. That with a power point would have been ideal.. however there is charge points around the room and in the frame of the bed. So all in all... i thought this place was outstanding.. also conveniently situated for shopping eating and exploring

This hotel is “budget” because it’s so close to the chaos and non-coziness that is Bremen Centeal Station. The rooms are v basic but clean and modern. Biggest complaint was having people enter the room to clean twice - at 9 and 10 am respectively- even though our check out time was not until 12pm. When i asked at the reception they acted as though i was strange for finding this disturbing. Otherwise, did the job on a hectic car trip and last-minute booking. Bremen is beautiful and full of character and if you don’t mind being on the outer edge of that because it’s cheap and simple, this is the hotel for you.

Bad check in but good stay. Central and clean

Well. The hotel itself is fine but the staff and check in was horrible. I showed up at 02.20 at night. They didn't let me in even though I had a booking confirmed and paid for. They said it didn't show up in the system. When I asked they said it's not their problem. So we waited for about an hour. Then luckily hotels staff answered (extra charges call to UK) then apparently it seems they had wrong email. So all in all good stay but bad check in experience. No apologies or anything like that. I will definitely try another hotel next time. A big disappointment when you are on travel and tired at night

Case study in how to alienate guests. Panhandlers at the entrance, 6th flloor lobby, confusing triangle hallways with elevator signs marked pointing the wrong direction. Booked a room with double and twin bed, upon arrival was given a single twin. Trekked back up to reception, was told that since I was alone, I could only get one bed. Seriously. I have never before been asked to justify wanting or needing a bigger hotel room (and I had already paid for it). Reception said the hotel was full, but finally gave me a new room, which turned out to have just a double bed, and more cramped than the first. Not even room for a chair or side table, just the double bed. No tea kettle or coffee machine. Although appearing new, room had foul smell. Dismal view from window of cement courtyard and other side of hotel, so drapes need to be drawn. The street facing rooms looked much cheerier, but good luck getting the hotel to honor your room request for them. Passed a very uncomfortable night, hallway noise during the night, no coffee in the morning so had to go up to their overpriced continental breakfast (which is at least in a bright and cheerful room- but if you need to go back to you room for anything, you can't re-enter without paying for another ticket for the turnstyle. )This hotel is simply not designed or run with hospitality in mind. One positive- they will hold your luggage for you.

This is a fairly new hotel and is a 'Budget Ibis' so it is basic, but it was clean and the receptionists helpful and polite.
We didn't try the hotel restaurant as we found an equally new cafe approx 40 metres away that was equally basic but great for breakfast.
The hotel is literally opposite the train station and tram stops and within walking distance of the main shopping area.

Firstly when i got there the staff was rude and had no manners even other people i knew in the hotel said the same thing and when i went the get the key to my room they said the room i have booked is not possible i book a double bed and a twin bed in 1 room and they give me 2 singles which i was not happy about on the first night the fire alarm went off and i could not get any sleep and when i was checking out they was rude to me once again and wouldnt keep my bags i had a late flight so had to carry my bags round all day

Ein Solides Hotel mit einem guten und sauberen Zimmer. Direkt am Bahnhof und in ca. 5 min zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Parkhaus ist auch gut, kann man von Aufzug direkt erreichen.

Leider gibt es in dem Hotel Kakerlaken!!!!Wir sind leider erst am letzten Tag draufgekommen sonst wären wir auf der Stelle wieder ausgezogen.Ansonsten ist es ein Hotel das OK ist.Man darf nicht zuviel erwarten.Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und bemüht.
Das ist aber leider dad einzig positive das ich nach der Entscheidung der Kakerlaken berichten kann

Das Hotel ist ok, aber die Lage für Familien und oder nur Frauen würde ich nicht empfehlen. Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und haben nach 20 Uhr das Hotel nicht mehr verlassen.Um das Hotel sind überwiegend Junkies , welche sich am und vor dem Hotel die Spritzen setzen.
Polizeipräzens ist null!
Man fühlt sich sehr unwohl.
Ich dachte als Berliner kann man nicht geschockt werden , aber auch das gibt es.

Das Hotel ist fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof Bremen n wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel führen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt.
Kissen und Bettdecke hatten einen unangenehmen viel benutzten Geruch.

Voor een mooie prijs dichtbij het centrum verblijven. Alles goed verzorgd, kamers netjes en schoon. Ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid.
Weekend voor Kerst erg druk, waardoor de ontbijtruimte haast te klein was. Verder prima verblijf gehad!!

Es gab „nur“ zwei Badetücher und ein duschvorleger. Zwei weitere Handtücher wären gut. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ausbaufähig, man wurde zwar nicht angebrüllt aber auch nicht angesehen oder gefragt wie es einem geht oder ob der Aufenthalt angenehm war.

Die Zimmer auf der 2 Etage zur Hochstraße sind nur mit Gehörschutz zu ertragen. Absolut nicht geeignet um zu schlafen, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Lärm unerträglich.

Simpelt hotel med central beliggenhed.

Budget hotel med små værelser der dog har hvad der er brug for til en overnatning eller 2.
Indtjekning er kaotisk med meget lang ventetid, der manglede dyne og håndklæde på værelset, personalet virkede irriteret over at skulle yde basal service.
God morgenmad til prisen, dog alt for lille restaurant gæster burde være delt op i hold efter ønsket tidspunkt.

Netterweise konnte ich schon früher einchecken und ins Zimmer. Zimmer größtenteils sauber. Wenn man die Reinigung nicht in Anspruch nahm, bekam man einen Coupon für einen Snack oder Wasser. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Lage direkt am Bahnhof, daher teilweise gewisse Menschen unterwegs. In der Beschreibung steht zwar schallisoliert, leider hörte man aber ziemlich laut die Bahnhofsdurchsagen.

Zu hellhörig sobald andere Gäste ihre Tür ins Schloss fallen lassen vibriert die ganze Zwischenwand ! Erbrochenes auf dem Gang zeigte am frühen Morgen auch nicht für kontrollierte Überwachung. Schlechtes Schlüsselmanagement bei Check out. Man benötigt definitiv noch die Karte wenn man die parkgarage bezahlen will und dann in das 3 Untergeschoss fahren möchte.

Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für Personen, die dort hauptsächlich nur übernachten wollen. Korpulentere Personen dürften sich mit der Enge im Bad schwer tun. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum eher mensamäßig. Das Personal ist international, kompetent und freundlich.

Budget Hotel in praktischer Lage

Das ibis Budget liegt schräg gegenüber dem Hbf. Zimmer sind ordentlich. Plasteschreibtisch und Hocker sind für längere Arbeiten ungeeignet. Außerdem keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer und nur wenige Kleiderbügel an ungeeigneter Stange. Blick zum Innenhof schrecklich, da I'm Dreieck gebaut, hat man nur die Auswahl zwischen Verdunklung oder alle Blicke ins Bett auf sich zu ziehen. Frühstück war ok. wenige bequeme Sitze.

Preisleistung stimmt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Frühstück war gut. Man hatte alles was man braucht und es wurde immer nachgelegt. Wir hatten das Glück ein Zimmer zum Innenhof zu bekommen, wo es wirklich absolut ruhig war. Die Lösung mit dem integrierten Parkhaus war für uns optimal, so konnten wir das Auto 4 Tage parken und die Kosten blieben in einem angenehmen Rahmen. Also für einen Kurztrip absolut empfehlenswert.

Alles super. Ibis, da weiss man, was man bekommt. Perfekte Lage und kein Teppichboden (=sauber), dazu die Matratze mit der richtigen Festigkeit. Mehr will ich nicht.

Praktisches Hotel direkt am Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind selber sehr ruhig. Die Umgebung ist eine ganz klassische Bahnhofsgegend, wer also einen malerischen Urlaub an der Weser wünscht, sollte sich ein Hotel ein bisschen tiefer in der Altstadt suchen. Aber ich war auf Dienstreise, war super an den Verkehr angebunden und fand genügend Versorgungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb weniger Minuten. Ich konnte ruhig schlafen. Ich komme wieder.
