Great hotel location for exploring Bremen on foot. On-site parking for an additional charge. Room was clean and comfortable. We don’t take hotel breakfast so can’t comment on the food. Front-desk staff were always helpful and polite. We would stay here again.

We are moving from Norway to France with our electric vehicle. Unfortunately the charging station did not have cords attached - and ours from Norway was not compatible.

Max went above and beyond to try to help us find a solution after a stressful day of driving from Denmark. I feel if anyone should be employee of the year - it is Max.

The rooms were quiet, comfortable and very clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel 😊

Clean but stiflingly uncomfortable stay

Condition and cleanliness were excellent. Personnel professional. Prime location for access to city centre. This also means the surrounding streets are noisy with vehicle and foot traffic into the early hours of morning. This would normally not impact sleep if windows are able to be closed. and air conditioning were working. As it was, our stay was extremely disappointing with stifling room temperatures. After mentioning our concern to the reception, a technician was sent to check our a/c which got the fan going but still only warm air was circulated.

No one from the front desk followed up whether our concerns had been addressed. - A hotel of this calibre not even providing the basic amenity of a normal room temperature? Sorry, will not be staying again.

Good quality hotel in central Bremen

I only stayed one night and the room was a good size and clean. I found the bed to be a bit too hard and uncomfortable. Also the sound insulation in the building is not so good. I was on the top floor so above noise was not an issue but I could hear a neighboring room's tv until quite late which did disturb my sleep somewhat.
I ordered room service which was prompt and good and the breakfast was also decent.

I have stayed at the Atlantic Grand Hotel in Bremen before and have enjo. Unfortunately, the hotel had pre-booked all onsite parking. I believe that the hotel should ensure booked hotel guests have first access to the onsite parking.

What upgrade?

Upon check-in, the lady recepcionist said loudly that we got an upgrade. I corrected her saying I booked and paid for a suite so there is no upgrade. The next day, while inquiring about breakfast price, another lady recepcionist mentioned, again, that we got an upgrade. So I asked about the upgrade and she said we (3) can use the bicycles for free. Excuse me, that is considered by this hotel as an upgrade? A full day's train ticket for the three of us costs EUR14. We paid EUR23 per day for parking at the hotel basement, EUR22 per head for breakfast which is not worth it. So let's put things in perspective. I would consider an upgrade to be free parking or breakfast included for example.

Great hotel at the best location in Bremen

We loved our short stay at this hotel. We booked the studio which was perfect for our small family as it comes with a full sofa bed in a separate room. The hotel looks modern despite it being situated smack in the middle of Bremen's beautiful old town. We'll be back!

This was a great hotel. Super close to all the sites. We were lucky enough to stay if Christmas time and the markets started just outside the hotel. From the 5th floor, there was also a little surprise out the window in the corridor - you can see a different version of the Town Musicians of Bremen statue!

Clean, great amenities and the beds were super comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Loved it but a bit cramped

We booked two rooms, one for 2 persons and one for 3 persons.

For one the 3 bed room only had 2 beds when we arrived. When the bed arrived, there was barely sufficient space for it. So the room was very cramped.

Great location & excellent service!

All I have to say is that there is a pillow menu! So, if your pillow was too hard or too soft, they would bring you one that works for you. Been traveling around Europe for almost a month now and this was by far my best hotel experience- and there was no compromise on location. Literally steps from all the hubbub, but nice and quiet inside.

The lounge is ok but a bit too small . Lots of complimentary stuff in the room but i m still confused of whether it is as it wasnt made clear anywhere . After all its germany . Although its made clear in many hotels . I travel a lot by the way and asdumed it is complimentary , such as coffee ( the coffee maker was great) water , tea ... i liked the smell if their soups as all were made available to buy , good idea. A bit harsh on hair though . Overall very comfy ! Location is fantastic ... loved it and would stay again

Terrible bed, the worst I have ever had in a quality hotel. It is not a \"king bed\" it is effectively two single beds pushed together. A ridiculous gap in the centre and two single quilts.

Completely unsuitable for a couple and very difficult to sleep.

From the time we checked in to check out , the experience was fantastic. Lovely front counter staff; in fact everyone was friendly and did as much as they could to make our stay enjoyable. It was typical German hospitality. As it was New Years Eve, check out was 2pm and breakfast finished at 2pm too so there was no rush on New Years day to get checked out. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Central to old Bremen - very accessible

From a wheelchair user’s perspective. Excellent underground hotel parking for drive from wheelchair VW Caravelle. Fully accessible hotel facilities and rooms, brilliant staff, fully deserves star rating and positive reviews. Very fair value, based on location, facilities, service standards and predominantly business/professional user client base.

Dog & People Friendly

Although it was only a one night stop the two of us and the dog were treated exceptionally well. The staff were very friendly, the dog could accompany us anywhere in the hotel including bar and restaurant. The facilities were great especially, including the sauna and steam room, the bedroom was fantastic and the food and service in the restaurant were fantastic. We will definitely be going back to see Bremen as it looked a great city to explore and we will certainly return to the Atlantic. A truly 4 Star hotel. Thank you for a great experience.
