This is the perfect spot if you’re visiting Bremen to enjoy the Christmas markets (as we were). Easy to get in and out of the markets, choice of places to eat and so convenient. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only issues we had was 1 of 2 lifts out of order most of our stay (we were able to use the stairs instead to our room on floor 4) and the rooms aren’t the most soundproof (we were woken by loud voices having an argument in the early hours from the floor above and could also hear our neighbours talking fairly late. Neither of these would stop us from visiting again - we’d recommend.

Property is ideal for exploring Bremen and the tram stops are just a few yards away so super easy for getting around. The breakfast is great with a variety of foods and drink available. The rooms are large and spacious and the bed is really comfy. Pillows are a bit too soft but thats personal preference. Coffee machine instead of a kettle which was ok but can be loud and inconvenient for making tea. Overall though, fantastic hotel.

Right in the heart of old Bremen

Right in the heart of the old part of Bremen, this hotel couldn’t be in a better position for all the wonderful buildings, cafes and restaurants. Very attractive, spacious bedroom with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Large sofa and two chairs. Separate bathroom and toilet. Bathroom has a large shower and sink unit. Tea and coffee making facilities and two small bottles of water are provided. Air conditioning works well and is very quiet. Love the cutout wall decoration of the Musicians of Bremen - very clever and unique. Only a couple of niggles - a makeup mirror on the desk/room divider would be a useful addition. Also the bath towels were small and thin and got very wet especially as there was no housekeeping provided for our three night stay. Finally no woman wants to wash her hair in shower gel which is basically just soap - no separate shampoo or conditioner was offered in the bathroom. Other than that we loved Bremen as a city and would stay in this hotel again if we return which we hope to do in the future.

H+ Hotel has an excellent location and amazing breakfast buffet. On the second day, we needed to leave on an early train, and they provided us with an abundant lunch and snack in lieu of breakfast. Very safe and welcoming atmosphere. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed finding that the Trek Bicycle store was in walking distance.

In the heart of the old town

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Reception staff were friendly. The room was a bit small for two with luggage but the location was convenient for us as it was super close to the old town, canal and Schnoor. I like that there was a coffee machine in the room and glass bottled water. Motion sensor night lights were a nice though too. Parking nearby was expensive at €30/day and quite narrow spaces but that’s not the hotels fault.

The hotel is located in the city centre for convenience. Hotel seems nice and new with a lovely scent welcoming you on arrival.

The downsides are the rooms, not well kept in terms of cleanliness. We saw stains all over the sofa and stool. The bed and carpet had blonde hairs on them. Doors were dirty and the toilet smelled of urine. So clearly when it comes to cleaning it’s all compromised.

The best place to stay in Bremen

This is a great hotel right in the historic part of Bremen. It is a short walk to the Schnoor and transportation. We could walk out the door and be right in the heart of things or head to any other part of Bremen. The hotel was clean, eco-friendly and had THE BEST breakfast. Would stay again.

This is an extremely noisy place to stay and if you want a good night sleep, definitely I would avoid it! Right on top of a pub, with lots of noise from music and people at night. Doors betweens bedroom are so noisy, you hear every time someone close or opens their door. You hear next door people conversations! We had to wear very strong earplugs in order to sleep, and stuff don't care at all, only one of them seemed friendly. When we arrived they gave us the wrong room and waited for an hour to sort it. Avoid it all! Better go to an apartment outside the centre, overall Bremen is very noisy city and this hotel dees not have proper sound proof, if any in fact

Set in a prime location that's a doddle to find, our recent stay proved to be a rather pleasant affair overall. The staff were the epitome of friendliness, always ready with a smile and keen to assist, which set a welcoming tone from the off. Our room was a revelation in terms of space and the beds were comfy, ensuring a snug night's sleep. The hot shower was a boon, especially after a day of exploring Bremen, and starting each day with their breakfast was a delight, thanks to both the quality and variety on offer (just no croissants on the 2nd day).

However, it wasn't without its niggles. The room's lighting system, though innovative with motion sensors and proximity sensors, proved to be more of a faff than a feature. The low lighting activated by motion sensors near the bed was particularly troublesome, disrupting our child's sleep without the option to turn it off. Additionally, the overcomplicated switches could plunge the room into darkness or flood it with light unexpectedly—a bit of a to-do when all you're after is a midnight sip of water.

On a brighter note, the room's decor paid a charming homage to Bremen, a refreshing change from the usual functional but uninspired hotel room aesthetics. It felt unique and personal, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.

The only real point to improve our stay was the cleanliness. Discovering a champagne cork under the bed raised eyebrows, and a stained bench at the bed's end, though partially cleaned upon our request.

I booked a slightly larger room, which I think was a good option. It was at the end or a corridor with several windows. It was a quiet room and included a fridge. Despite staying on a Sunday night, it seemed to be very popular judging from the number of people at breakfast. The breakfast was included in the room rate, and there was a good selection of items.

Overall very impressed with this hotel. Room had not been made up as requested but this was immediately rectified. Staff very willing to assist. Location for the city centre perfect. I was disappointed that it did not have full range of toiletries, when I see toiletries advertised I always expect, shampoo, conditioner and body cream but this was eco friendly one soap dispenser for hair and body. No issue with this but maybe should be advertised as such.

Breakfast options fabulous even for the vegan we had travelling in our party. By far the best vegan options she has had from a hotel.

I absolutely would recommend this hotel and would stay again without hesitation.

Great location, public parking very close but of course expensive, like anywhere some staff were great - others not so much. Internet was terrible. Hotel was full and therefore internet connection was way overloaded and unusable. When reported to staff, I got the answer “…. Well, it’s not our internet, it’s a public hotspot. We can’t do anything about it….” Thats unacceptable. For this reason I’ll probably never stay here again.

This was a terrible experience. I was looking forward to my stay in Bremen and 4 days before my flight I caught COVID which meant that I had to postpone my trip. H Hotel insisted that my reservation could not be changed to a later date, and they refused to issue a refund. I cannot recommend H to anyone and will enjoy other hotels in the future.

Great Hotel in the middle of Bremen

We all know that COVID-19 has hampered almost all service providers, hence our overall impression: This a good Hotel right in the middle of Bremen!

Our only complaint would be the Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant - it was terrible! The service staff was completely overwhelmed, and the food, only just, worth 2 of 5 stars. There was no choice, you got what you got, either you love more than hard boiled eggs or you hate them, but don't ask for a soft one - not possible. No choice of coffee, not real milk for coffee, only condensed milk - or sneakily get some from the cearial bar. On top it took us 20 mins to get seated, and a further 20 -30 minutes for coffee and hot chocolate :(

The good news, the Hotel reacted well and reimbursed us for the paid breakfast next day and are building their own Restaurant.

Good rooms but terrible breakfast and service

Hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, nothing else delivers: the check-in was chaotic, and so was the breakfast, with the waiters running around hectically due to clear understaffing. Breakfast food itself was terrible. We ended up leaving and paying for breakfast at a café close by. Overall we cannot recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately I can’t really provide any scores to this hotel, as they had overbooked themselves and we therefore had to stay elsewhere, so please ignore my evaluation.
The two ladies on reception however handled this situation very well and they were very friendly.
They ensured we got a room in a nice hotel and we were not inconvenienced much at all. So thank you ladies,

Even better than expectations!

Our stay totally exceeded our expectations.
I have stayed at the same hotel years ago and couldn’t believe the transformation. The location is perfect for exploring Bremen and we had a huge modern and comfortable family room and they allowed us to bring our (small) dog too for a small few and they had a bed for her, treats and a bowl.
We would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy the best of Bremen.

Disappointed with hotel in an amazing city

Booked online and when reached there the receptionist wasnt able to provide crib as no other staff is around and because we booked late, she cannot provide the crib.
The room was too small for 2 adults and a crawling 10 months baby. The breakfast didnt have options to suit babies and we had to select boiled egg or scrambled egg (cannot provide other options).
The only good thing i might say that the kettle worked perfectly fine.

Right smack in the hearth of town. The elevators and layout is alittle complicated with some going to different sets of floors. The breakfast spread was good. The decor modern, swanky and new. The room was quirky. The potty was in a separate room with a door but the shower room did not. There was a Nespresso machine and mini bar. Cool helpful floor level light fixtures that activate in the night as you try to get to the toilet in the dark. Power sockets all over the place. You will never want for one. But you need to request a kettle from the reception.

The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the airport tram old town square restaurants and main attractions. Inside of the hotel is modern although outside looks old. Room is small but have all the basic facilities. Internet speed is slow. Breakfast buffet is provided in the restaurant next door and has hot and cold food.

What a beautiful hotel! It has been fully renovated and the rooms are very modern. The location is central to everything - the main square with Town Hall and St Peters Church is right on its' doorstep, as is the 100m street with the Glockenspiel nursery rhyme clock (worth visiting!). Schnoor is also right across the main road. Everything in Bremen is walkable from this hotel.

The rooms were so clean and spacious, exactly as described. The bathroom was so well thought out with a revolving door which closed off the toilet or the whole bathroom depending on which way you turned it. The only slightly down side was that the AC wasn't very powerful but this didn't bother us too much as it wasn't too hot in Bremen.

The beds are sooo comfortable, as are the duvets. The pillows were feather filled - not my preference but you may like this. There is also a sensor light built into the headboard so when you stand up in the middle of the night, a little light comes on to show you where you are stepping - amazing.

Staff were so friendly and breakfast was brilliant! Wide selection of hot foods, breads, yoghurts, fruit and lots to drink. The tables were plentiful and cutlery etc very clean.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The location of the property is excellent. The room
was very nice and spacious, well appointed, beds were comfortable and nicely prepped. Park next door in the Radisson lot, 24 hr was about 25 euro. The rest of the facilities are very minimal, this is just a place to sleep and that may be all you need. A hiccup with the shower, the drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom, when we went and told the front desk on our way out she said she was the only employee on and would have to check when we returned. When we went upstairs a few hours later, the drain cap had been replaced but the soaking wet towels that we used to clean up were left in the shower... with no replacements. A bit odd but not a deal breaker. If you are looking for a higher end experience book at the Radisson next door- but this is a more than adequate stay for anyone on a short visit to the area.

Bis 23 h waren im Zimmer im 3. Stock laute Basstöne aus der im EG gelegenen Location zu hören.
Die Polsterung der Sitzbank war dreckig. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht sauber gemacht worden. In der Dusche waren 2 Schimmelflecken.
Leider gehört zum Hotel kein eigener Parkplatz. In der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage kostet ein Tagesticket 30 Euro.
Positiv: gute Lage, fast direkt beim Marktplatz.
Nettes Personal.

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer mit BabyBett und ausgeklpapter Couch, hatten wir nicht gebucht... War kein Problem ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, sehr abgewohnt,, zerissener Lampen schirm, Haare an den Wänden im WC, Zimmer hatte 15 Grad, wohl länger unbeheizt am 3.1.....in der Nacht hatten wir dann eine erträgliche Temperatur erreicht... An sich ein schönes Hotel, aber bitte pflegen Sie es!!!!!
