Service noise woke us at 6am

The room looked pleasant but we were near the service area. That meant we were woken about 6am and the noise continued with clattering and banging of trolleys near and above us.

The receptionist seemed incredulous and although we received a discount because of this, I would not feel confident staying there again.

The rooms feel a little dated. Unfortunately there was a lot of building work going on and the noise was unbearable.
Common areas are fine, standard Radisson quality. Breakfast also fine.

Average hotel, but pricey.

It's an OK, middle of the road kind of hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, however you can hear everything in the hallway. They only supply 1 pillow per person and the room doesn't have a fridge/mini bar. Communal areas are very nice. The bar doesn't serve AF beer which was a let down. Average.

Everyone at the property that we encountered was professional and courteous. They truly made a great stay. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect as well. The hotel was new and clean with a spacious communal area which also served as a bar and restaurant.
It was conveniently located, close to the main tourist attractions.
We stayed on a Sunday and none of the hotel facilities (bar, restaurant) were open. As this a well known international hotel chain, I think it's ridiculous that none of the facilities were available to guests. It's not acceptable.

Not 100%… around 90%.

The negative side was that I was not offered the VIP Gold offerings that I am entiteled. Neither the complementary bottle of wine, one per stay, nor the room upgrade (if available). None of these were offered to me. What is the point in stating to us members that we are entitled certain advantages when the hotels do not give them to us?

Great for dog owners

Nice hotel, well placed for walking

The hotel was well-presented, the staff were friendly and efficient. I needed help with a couple of items and they were superbly helpful.

Location-wise, the old town and plenty of sights are well within walking distance but the area seemed peaceful at the same time.

The only thing that I noticed was that we had to ask for a couple extra pillows and one day the room didn't have any towels and the coffee wasn't restocked. Beautiful property in a great location. The staff were excellent and very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Booked two rooms as 5 guests in total. Spare bed not made up in one but done quickly when reception informed. Other room had strong smell of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Reception informed and another room sorted without problems. They offered free breakfast for all 5 guests too which was a nice touch

Expensive hotel that charges far too much to park.

Stayed here two years ago. Can’t remember paying €25 a day for parking the car. Had we known we wouldn’t have stayed here again. Very central for Bremen but not sure it’s worth it. Overall it’s a large business hotel and one needs to be on a business expense account to stay here.

Hotel is in great location. Also easy access by tram from Airport and main station. Right in city centre for attractions and eating. Only small issue I had was lack of attention by housekeeping, who did not clean cups and glasses and never left sufficient towels. Doors to corridors a re also not very soundproof. Would stay again though as these are just minor issues

Nice property, great location but I booked a room with a king bed and it was definitely not a king size bed (barely a double) and it only had one pillow so I asked for another pillow and the lady at reception didn’t inform me that they would be changing me over 50 euros for a pillow!!!! It wasn’t even a comfortable pillow! That is outrageous!! Had I been informed that the hotel would charge me over 50 euros for one extra pillow that I can’t even keep, I would have gone somewhere and bought a pillow myself or something. I felt robbed! Beware!!

Bathroom quite dated and not as modern as we had hoped, toiletries were limited - one for all hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, no conditioner, room was quite dark and pillows were very thin with little padding in them. Also a security deposit was taken from my credit card without prior warning.

部屋にある空ボトルに各階にあるウォーターサーバーから好きな時に水を入れられるのもグッド。
