Decent hotel about four or give tram stops from the city center (7-8 minuts). Small but modern rooms with excellent beds.

First of all, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. The hotel is the first I've seen that operates a code system for the rooms. The first room we tried to check-in to, the code did not work. We went to reception and they gave us another code, which also did not work. No matter, they switched us to another room. This time the code did work, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drains. You needed to keep the bathroom door shut or the whole room would smell bad. The room was small but adequate, comfortable bed.
I also paid for use of the underground parking. This is another code. It worked the first time, no problem. However, after we used the car the next day to visit Hamburg. We returned late in the evening with the car and the code to enter the car park no longer worked. The reception was closed and there is no number to call. There does not seem to be any way of contacting the hotel management when the reception is closed, which is concerning if your room code suddenly stops working. We could not access the car park and had to park some distance away on the street and walk back to the hotel in the pouring rain.
The next morning, I went to the front desk to complain about the parking code the night before, I was told to email the hotel to ask for a refund of the parking charge. I did this immediately and more than a week later, have not received any reply or refund.
Very disappointing and I would hesitate to stay at another B&B hotel.

Very clean and good family room, may a bit compact. Easy transport(tram) or walkable into the City. Just car parking was free, but outside opposite car park. Thought it was under the hotel parking for small charge only complaint.

Hotellet låg med bra anslutning till egen parkering i garage vilket var bra. Frukosten var en besvikelse. Fanns knappt något att välja mellan, några få skivor gurka, 2 sorters bröd, gammal nutella och ägg. Väldigt tråkig!

Parkeringshuset’s klokke virkede ikke og gav os nogle start vanskeligheder. Men personalet var venligt og overordnet set var det et fint sted- meeen toilettet stank af skidtfisk. Det var virkeligt ulækkert.

Rummen var stora och rymliga, bokade ett 4-bäddsrum. Men när vi kom till rummet så luktade det avlopp från toaletten. Vi fick byta rum till 2 dubbelrum istället. Servicen var bra från mannen i receptionen. Stor och fin parkering i garaget med möjlighet till laddning av elbil.

Helt okej hotell! Bra familjerum. Tänk på att frukost och parkering tillkommer när du jämför med andra hotell där det är inkluderat. Parkeringen kändes bra och säker och det gick hiss direkt från garaget. Saknade en vattenkokare och kylskåp på rummet. Frukost är på gränsen inte riktigt värd priset då den är ganska mager men fräsch.

Det var rent och snyggt. Men väldigt enkel, avskalad design och inredning. Även frukosten var enkel med endast det nödvändiga som bör ingå i en enkel frukost. Har ej bott tidigare bott på något B&B hotell. Antar att det är B&B som valt att det skall vara så på alla deras hotell. Då kommer jag nog inte boka ett B&B hotell igen. Det går att hitta bättre och trivsammare hotell i samma prisklass.

Der Check-In Prozess war sehr frustrierend. Wir wollten entsprechend der Angaben um 15 Uhr einchecken. Das kontaktlose Check-In funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Lange Wartezeit am Schalter und schließlich nachdem gesagt wurde, wir müssen noch auf unser Zimmer warten, wurden wir über 20 Minuten nicht darüber informiert, als das Zimmer bereits frei war.

Blev mødt af personale der bestemt ikke så ud til at vi var velkommen, parkeringskælderen virker kun hver 5 gang og så skal man hente en fra receptionen der ikke gider og puster og stønner af irritation. Der bliver kørt ræs hele natten lige uden for hotellet. Kommer ikke igen.

Vi är mycket nöjda, fräscht och bekvämt. Mycket smidigt med garage i källaren för bilen och hållplats för spårvagn precis utanför hotellets entre med direktlinje till centrum. Mataffär fanns just runt hörnet. Luftkonditionering på rummet var skönt att ha. Barnen gillade våningssängen som blev som kojer att krypa upp i. Det fick plats mycket i rummet trots den lilla storleken.

We had a 4 bed family room, and it was very clean, modern and comfortable. While the room was not spacey, it is a super value for the price, and we enjoyed it very much.

Gelegentlich hat man das Trampeln, oder Tür zu fallen lassen gehört. Ist aber nicht störend für uns gewesen.

Flot nyt billighotel, tæt på Bremen Messe. Morgenmad ok, men ikke overdådig. Ligger i en ny bydel, hvor der bygges meget, der er alligevel blevet plads til i nogle gode restauranter i gåafstand.

Leider war das Hotel sehr schmutzig. Im Bad waren überall Flecken und Spuren,als ob jemand dort erbrochen hat. Das war eckelhaft und unhygienisch.
Da in den Zimmern keine Getränke gab, ging ich zum Automaten, der sich in der Lobby des Hotels befindet, um mir eine Flasche Wasser zu holen. Das Automat war defekt. Musste leider um 21 Uhr wieder ausfahren,um Wasser zu holen. Aus den Wasserhahn zu trinken hätte ich mich nicht getraut, da das Badezimmer so eckelhaft war.
Der Boden im Zimmer war auch schmutzig.
Das Bett quietscht.
Nach 6 Stunden fahrt und da wir nur für eine Nacht im Hotel waren, wollte ich nicht zur Rezeption gehen und um ein anderes Zimmer oder um Reinigung bitten. Ich denke auch nicht, dass die anderen Zimmer besser wären.
Das Zimmer war zu klein, man hat keinen Platz einen mittelgroßen Koffer aufzumachen.
