Very disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated with subpar facilities and amenities. Rooms are old and shabby and full of conwebs. Towels and sheets were poor quality, ripped, and dingy. The TV didn’t work, and the kitchenette had no in-room amenities. The refrigerator smelled like fish.

The room had no toliet paper in it, there was a wrapper by the coffee pot, microwave was still flashing food and the bottom heating for the coffee pot had white crud all over it. The bathroom itself had hair and dirt all over the floor. One bed was squeaky and the other had black hair on it. The room had a bad odor I had to sleep with window open. Not a good night sleep when traveling from one town to the other for work.

We stayed for two nights and the hotel is reasonably clean and comfortable. Location is good, right off the freeway. Only complaint was that the stairway (which I used often due to how slow the elevator was) had a bad smell, kinda like pet urine. But overall, it was a good stay.

Decent Property But Bad Personal Experience
The hotel itself is nice but there were several things wrong with our hotel room. We were supposed to have two queen beds with a reclining chair but our room didn’t have a reclining chair. We also were given a handicap accessible room even though we didn’t book one so everything in the room was really low to the ground. The shower and kitchen sink both had really bad clogs in the drains. The kitchen sink drain was filled with old decaying food scraps and was absolutely disgusting, the garbage disposal in the sink also didn’t work. We were at the hotel for two night and after the first night, when we talked to the front desk lady in the morning, she said that she would have someone come to our room to snake our drains but no one ever came so we had the same issues the following morning. Also no one came to our room to replace our towels and make our beds etc. Our room also had a bad musty smell that wouldn’t go away probably due to the food in the sink. We were never offered to change rooms and the front desk lady we spoke to in the morning was fairly rude/dismissive. When went to check out on the last day, there was no front desk person in sight. We waited for over 5 minutes and even called using the phone in the office like their sign stated to do and still no one came. We ended up leaving our room key on the desk. It was an overall pretty bad experience. The younger front desk lady who worked both night shifts was nice though.

This is my 4th time staying at this location. This time has me questioning if I should return or find a new place to stay. There really only seems to be 1 employee that cares and wants to make sure people have the best experience.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. My only complaint would be the smell of the water, it was pretty bad. Coffee in lobby tasted like it was made with it.

Here for a lacrosse tournament. Conveniently located. Great air conditioning, which was perfect because it was really hot. Full size fridge was great, but if you use ice, you’ll want to bring some because the ice maker doesn’t start until you turn it on, and there is no other ice machine on the premise. There are no utensils, which I assumed there would be with a stove. This was never stated, so that misunderstanding was my fault, but bring pans, plates, and cutlery if you plan on cooking. Overall, great stay for a great price.

The girl working the front desk, she was absolutely amazing and the horrible thing was she was cleaning rooms as well as checking everyone in! I wish I would've gotten her name because she deserves a raise! Room needs repairs, counters are sliced up from cutting food and the edging is coming off!

They messed up our booking. I booked over 2 months ago. They called us the day of and said they are fully booked for our booking. They offered to give is 2 rooms, instead of the one we booked. Of course, since it is the same day, we didn’t have any choice but separate our family way with young kids. They can do better with focusing appropriately.

Could have been a little cleaner. It’s a pet friendly hotel and I looked under both beds to ensure my cat would not get into anything and found someone’s deodorant cap as well as a Bobby pin on the bathroom floor. Quite the variations in smell when using the stairs by the time you get to the third floor like they needed a little more air circulation. The kitchenette was a nice option with full fridge/freezer and ice maker, sink, coffee maker and stove top as well as kitchen cabinets. It worked well for our quick stay in town.

I was put in a room after a few days of my stay, the room ceiling cracked open and water coming down in the bathroom. I was given a different room but has strong cigarette smell.I have asthma ask the nice lady. I was given another room where the toilet seat is wobbly when you seat and dirty water coming out from the bottom of the toilet, Disgusting. I ask to have it fix because the room is good but not the toilet. It took 3 days to get it fix but the man only sealed the bottom of the toilet but not the wobbly toilet seat. I just scratch my head and I said… whatever. I extended my stay for the same room til Sept 30 because of the location of my work but decided to leave early due to my worst experience with the front desk staff who had given me the rudeness and harshness and impolite customer service. I had issue with her on multiple occasions and yesterday Sunday 8/8, she checked me in again and made a mistake charging my card after I told her that the reservation had been fully paid last week for 22 days reservation. She was lecturing me about what to and which room to book with a code number which I had no clue of what was she was saying. As a guest I do not have to know that info. That is something that a front desk to use to check in the guest what I know I go online to book the room and make reservation no code to pick, no clue of what she was saying but the thing that was upset me is her negative attitude towards me. I cried in my room and can’t sleep and went to work

The room is excellent. It's a fairly newer hotel. Area is quiet. The only thing I don't like is that the person is not at the desk. The food was also sold out near the counter. They said they're going to make a decision whether they're going to go full-time and do the food sale later. A really great check in here. Attentive staff let me know everything I needed to know with the facility. My room on the first floor had a window looking out to the next hotel, across a parking lot. Not for the views so it didn’t really bother me. There was a stagnant smell that required air fresheners and, the window to remain open. My bed was hard as a rock with old style mattresses and I believe some sort of pillow top cover. Bathroom was very usable, plenty of towels for me. Kitchen was very helpful. The recliner is old and nasty and most likely where the orders are emitting from. Throw it out and replace it. I covered it in a towel. Room shots taken a day into the stay to give that “Lived in” feel. lol. It really is a good place situated perfectly near the Freeway 94 @ exit 333. Prices are very affordable as well.
