The site didnt say anything about the pool and hot tub being shut down for the winter and thats part of the reason i booked the place. The water for the shower was luke warm at best. The coffee in the morning which is all they provide for breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. I reserved 3 rooms for my brothers family, my Mom, & then my family. Each room was extremely gross.

The room my Brother was in had a broken decorative picture frame with the broken glass still in it.

The connecting door between my families room & my moms had a spliced cord running across it. If you stepped on the cord it made the lamp flash.

When I went to the front desk to tell them we wouldnt be staying she said I needed to contact the website I booked it with. No I'm sorry no questions beside which room had the broken glass. When I came back to return the keys there was nobody to be found. I tried calling the number on the front desk, ringing the bell, & even calling out for someone.

There was garbage when we walked in on the floor when I walked into my room. My front light did not work so I made my way to the back and I seen a roach by the TV. I ran out and I left and I’m working on getting my refund.

We only had one towel when we got there for 2 people, was like 2 half rolls of TP when we got there and we were there for like a week, towards the end of trip only one keycard was working. We found a half dead bedbug so seems like they know and still taking guests. Breakfast bag was an option we didn’t try. We thought it would be like a normal breakfast with like pancakes/eggs ex.

We were offered four different rooms, and each one had cockroaches, black mold, dirty sheets and broken furnishings. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was that it had a swimming pool, which turned out to be inoperable.

The room was filthy- broken walls, stained bathtub, and mold on the ceiling. The pool was locked, when we looked inside, there were green stains on the far left side of the pool. The front desk was unattended the entire time. No breakfast was provided. The entire night we spent here felt unsafe and unsanitary. My daughter told me that she would have rather spent the night sleeping in the car than in that room. If I could give negative stars, I would. This is unacceptable.

I feel the proper needs a lot of updates. The whole carpet was filthy. The only thing good I found was the front desk. Clerk took good care of us. Other than that I gave a total rating of 3by the way. The mattress on the bed I filled the springs in it. The pillows are hard.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament, it was cheap and not too far away. We got what we payed for.
The staff was very nice, and tried their best to be accommodating. The staff is the only reason for higher than one star. It is a place to lay your head, but not one I would likely revisit.

The bed was similar to laying a cardboard box onto a pack of springs. I asked to try a different room thinking it was maybe that one, and it was not. If you stay get a room with double beds, the king mattresses are abysmally uncomfortable.

The \"breakfast\" is a sack breakfast, an apple, muffin and yogurt in a bag. Better than nothing, but definitely not what was expected.

The pool area was ok at best, it definitely needed some cleaning and maintenance. The \"hot tub\" says it can seat 6, but really it would be 6 children comfortably, unless you REALLY like the people you are in there with.

One of our friends rooms was missing the smoke detector and stunk of cigarette smoke. Our shower did not drain properly and the water when started had an interesting smell to it. (would not drink the tap there)

I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to check in. The servers were down. The man at the desk was very helpful and kind though. The room wasn’t too bad. The sheer curtains were torn up the toilet lid didn’t fit the toilet. The roomdid seem clean. The ice machine was very dirty. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault but the fighting at 5:30 in the morning in the room above me was not the most pleasant thing.

The room was literally in shambles. I wasn't sure if Freddy Krueger had stayed the night previously but our curtains were shredded, ceiling was peeling off, bed sheets had black streaks of unknown original and it took over 15 minutes to check in due to no one being at the desk. Would highly not recommend.

Quiet environment with functioning security cameras. The space was clean, and all amenities—including the fridge, microwave, pool, and hot tub—were in good working condition. The mattress was quite firm, and I would have preferred additional pillows, though that is a matter of personal preference.

Upon arrival to the hotel, it was 9:30 PM and there were no other rooms available so I believe I got the last room. Room 110 was hard to open as the door was stuck when we were trying to open. Then when entering into the room, there was a musty mildew smell. After bringing our items in after a long day of moving my daughter into the college, we realized there was mold on the back of the door as well as the walls near the bathroom. Looking up, we saw a ceiling tile that had water damage and you could see black mold on the tile ceiling. I then noticed mildew on the back door and went to the front desk. They said there were no more rooms they were booked in the area. Nick from the desk came with Clorox bleach wipes, and we both wipe down the walls and doors. We were only staying one night so we went to the pool for about 20 minutes where there remembers vaping and had glass alcohol bottles on the table. When I returned to the room, he decided to go to sleep however, when I woke up the next morning, and the sun was shining through the window. I noticed there was mildew and mold all over most of the walls and on more of the material in the room. I took pictures as well as talked to the front desk Nick again, and he was going to talk to their supervisor. I called Expedia because I thought my funding went through them, but they contacted super eight and I was informed there would be a 50% refund, but that never happened. I’m now in the process of contacting else where!

We found our room very satisfactory except that the window curtain was hugely torn, hanging in tatters. They could just have taken the whole thing down and it would have looked 100% better.
The rear entrance was heaped with piles of trash and was revolting. I would not have rented the room if I’d seen that first. I expected rats.
The food next door was excellent and the staff was very cheerful and kind.
This motel needs some cleaning and fixing up!

Garbage was piled up near the back walk in entrance. The shower drained very slowly. The pool was closed all weekend for maintenence.That should have been posted on the websight.The hallway rugs need replaced. They look dirty.
The whole motel need a much needed remodel.

The place is dirty just plain and simple it’s a cheap hotel. The staff was nice. The bathroom and room just smelled horrible like mold and dirt. The pool and hot tub..clearly doesn’t get clean properly the levels of the pool water are clearly off being green and like still water like no chlorine is used..the hot tub the same they put some kind of cleaner in it like Mr bubbles I dk but there was dirt floating above the top of them..I’m not really a picky person when staying at cheap hotels but this place needs some major tlc..it is cheap yea I guess it’ll do..the washer a dryer there work and are cheap do the job but come out smelling musty.. the restaurant next door is alright but when I was there they didn’t have a lot of things don’t expect the pictures on the menu to look like what ur ordering at least the shrimp but good luck i recommend else where.

FILTHY & MOLD IN THE POOL & Hot tub area tiles.

Dont stay here. I spent $180 for a Saturday night, because this was the least expensive.
The pool and hot tub the water smells horrible and the water was scummy not clear, both had visible mold in their tiles. The bathrub drain was moldy.
I called Hotels.com to contact them for a full or partial refund. It was misunderstood that I was asking for a cancelation refund, so Super 8 said no as I was already there.
I was asking for a full refund of ny money, or at least $100 because of the pool and hot tub conditions. NOPE DENIED! The reason that I booked here was for my family to enjoy the pool & hot tub.
This hotel does not meet Hotels.com standards and also Super 8 standards. Oh by the way. 2nd floor room with no elevator. Breakfast bag is a muffin, juice & yougert.
If you stay here you are absolutely crazy. Only good was the bed was comfortable. If I had unlimited funds, I would have paid hundreds more and had a better place.
no matter how desperate I may be, I will never stay there.

our first room, which the number was switched 4 times was very musty smelling, very damp and over 1/4 of the carpet was soaked. the bedding was very damp. we couldn't even use the comforter. the next room, was better but the carpet was still very damp. couldn't walk around in socks, in fact my socks were damp in the morning just sitting on top of my shoes.

Worst experience at a super 8

Our experience with this hotel was the worst i have ever had at a super 8. The whole floor was supposed to be non smoking but the people next-door we’re smoking in their bathroom and it was coming through the bathroom vents into our bathroom, When we went to speak to the front desk about it, the front desk attendant did nothing to Remedy the situation. He came to smell our room and bathroom, established there was a cigarette smell and did nothing. I had to go back up to the desk and ask for air freshener due to the smell making me sick. He handed me an empty bottle of febreeze and offered no other assistance. I went back the next day with the same complaint and he again offered me no solution. I asked for a number for corporate or a general manager and he refused to provide any information for either. He stated he would have his manager get in contact with us when they got in and we never heard anything from anyone. Our stay was from Wednesday to Saturday. I explained to him that his customer service was awful and that he should have done something to accommodate us. He then told me ,” well I was going to offer to switch you rooms but you asked for air freshener so I figured everything was okay.” I also would like to comment on the fact the hotel room was covered in black mold. It was around the windows and air conditioning unit, on the curtains and on the ceiling above the shower. When this was brought to his attention , he again offered no solution.

Last minute booking. Won't make that mistake again

Not worth the $. Room was dirty, crumbs on carpet. Wrinkled dingy sheets. Cracks in bathroom wall. It was apparent that folks were living in several 1st floor rooms, with their doors open. Hotel website says free continental breakfast with picture of dining room with normal variety of choices on counters. What we got was a small paper sack (smaller than normal lunch bag) with a small yogurt, muffin & small bottle of juice. Desk clerk was not friendly; commented that we came very late (well before check in time ended). The next morning he said I looked tired. Person checking out before us asked why dining room was closed (doors were shut with sign to go to desk for breakfast). He was told there was no dining room but was given a small sack. I couldn't help laughing at this but asked the clerk for our breakfast. He walked away, saying nothing. After some time, he came back carrying a case of yogurts, clearly irritated that he had to open it. He packed our little sacks and set them on counter. We've told several friends about the odd to-go sack breakfast and it gets many laughs. It was memorable but offering no breakfast would be better. We could have then at least planned to find a restaurant.

My husband just had knee surgery and has problems with stairs. We were given room 216. I asked for a room on the 1st floor and was told they were full for the night. No elevator. The minute we walked in the room reeked of cigarettes. The housekeeper was still nearby so she sprayed the room with air freshener. She told us someone stayed in the room long term and they've been trying to get rid of the smell for 4 months. Why put someone that wants a non-smoking room in a room that you know reeks of smoke?? Someone loudly knocked on our door at midnight and woke us both up. My husband thinks it was the front desk person. The man asked my husband his name and then left. No apologies for waking us up. I would never stay here again.
