The pool was very aesthetically pleasing. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the frozen yogurt robot in the lobby :). Also a pleasant surprise was the on-premise food, from the hearty breakfasts (read: eggs, meats, oatmeal with add-ins, cold cereal and Mickey pancakes!) to the Flamingo Bar and Grill. There were no negatives.

The rooms were clean and staff were nice. The A/C in our room was broken when we checked in and we just dealt with it for a few days because we're a family of 5 with 3 small children and didn't want to have to move all of our stuff multiple times or have someone come into our room during the day while we were at Disney. The room temperature did not get below 73 degrees even though the thermostat was set to 68. On our last night there the temperature rose to 75 and we finally had to be moved to another room. The girl at the front desk said she would reimburse us for all 5 nights of our paid parking(parking at the hotel is not free, $20/night) but I was only reimbursed for 4.
Also, there were 2 school groups staying at this hotel while we were there and they both came down for breakfast every morning. Just one of the groups had 300 students(we asked a chaperone). Made for very long lines for breakfast and inconvenienced many other hotel guests. Consider this before booking here.

Visiting Disney and after checkout daughter left a stuffed animal that disappeared. 1000% left in the room and was called about less than 10 hours after checkout. Sad that a good trip ruined by staff that helps themselves to items left behind. Marriott policy states items arw supposed to be sent to lost and found. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN THE ROOM..lock you things up, if they take something like a stuffed animal imagine leaving something of true monetary value.

We booked a 3 night stay in a King Suite. At 2:00 pm, we were told room was not ready and they would put priority cleaning on room. We came back at 4:00 pm, (which is their check in time), room was not ready and wouldn\"t be ready for another hour. We sat in Lobby for 30 min. When front desk clerk offered us a queen bed suite, which we did not want. I asked if they had a King room, which they did and we were given a King room. This king room did not have a chair and ottoman just a desk chair. We asked for daily refresh service, and they did not refresh the room on our 2nd night. Very disappointing. They did refund the parking charge for parking in their parking lot and half of one night stay. Which was very nice. However, we did not get our King suite for the entire stay and no refresh.

There’s a plaza next to it with a target and plenty of food to choose from.
