Everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only improvement I would suggest is changing how they serve the breakfast buffet; they need a more efficient and easy way to dispense the meat as you open this hatch-like door to a small drawer where you have to dig your bacon/sausage out. You can’t see anything very well and the handle came off when I opened the “hatch” door. The workers were apologetic but not their issue. They were also frustrated because I was not the only one who noticed how inefficient the serving situation was.

Perfect hotel for quick or long term trips.

All the rooms are very clean and kept up with. Breakfast provided in the morning is also excellent with plenty of options. During the evening things were nice and quiet as well compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. It’s definitely going to become a staple for my yearly trip to the renaissance faire in Bristol.

We were taking the family to Bristol Ren Faire and this was perfect! Only about a 15-20 min drive and it was pet friendly so we could bring the dogs.
I love that breakfast was included and they had great options for everyone.

This property is farely new. Was very clean and excellent service but the main issue i had was that when we got to our room after checking in was it was the wrong room. We booked a king suite and got a double queen. I looked at my phone to make sure i did in fact book a king. Went downstairs to address the issue and they told me that someone \"extended\" their stay and they had to switch us. Now im pretty sure you're not supposed to let someone else buy your room that you paid for. I wouldn't of had an issue if you called me sooner in the day or even told us when we checked in instead i had to get to a room that wasn't mine.
So if you stay here your room apparently can get bought out from someone else.

Amazing place

We were so impressed with this hotel. We’ve stayed at different Home2Suites before and always liked them. But this place knocked our socks off. It’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen. The room was completely spotless, including the drawers and dishes in the kitchen. The bed had a good mattress and we slept well. It was super quiet in the room. After breakfast the staff moved every chair and piece of furniture to clean under them and restore the lobby to perfection. I saw someone polishing the ice machine with zeal. I even heard the staff make a phone call to have roadkill removed from the road near the hotel. It’s a gem. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with hot options like eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon. The pool was great, decent temperature and plenty of towels big enough to wrap yourself in. We will be back.
