The room we were initially staying in had bed bugs my husband got welps and we have pictures talked to the manager they moved us rooms. The other room was ...better but still not great the hotel needs work bad holes in the floor dirty headboards with oily fingerprints it's falling apart

Pool was out of order, the bar and lounge were closed. They were smoking stuff in the property and in front of the property. There were no lightbulbs in my room. The night auditor would not help for anything. He refused any hospitality on any level.

This motel is horribly neglected, unkept, borderline dangerous, wreaked of weed being smoked, unsavory characters, broken fixtures, crusty carpet.
Feels like a flop house. Completely misgraded at 2 stars. Wyndham should shut it down as it horribly tarnishes the name.

Where to start, 1st 3 days I had no tv that workers they were told about it but they ignored me. Finally got me one after I went to front desk and pushed the issue. 2nd issue, electricity went off in the middle of the night and woke up freezing with no heat. There was no maid service at all for the 5-6 days I stayed there. All rooms you walk by smelled like weed. Then my key card stopped working so they had to actually give me a key to get back into my room. The sink and shower drains were blocked and did not drain. Very loud and noisy as well. Not a good stay at all.

Room was messy unvacummed and there were Cheerios piled behind the tv stand. Toilet didn’t flush only filled with water and slowly drained. Bar was cold due to no heat being installed(sub45°). room was never cleaned and no towels were added or removed for washing the entire three night stay.

The room was cheap and decent overall. The smoke alarm had no batteries, so it was beeping upon my arrival. The parking lot is located on a dead-end road with the exit at an awkward intersection. The bar and game room are closed due to new owners, and the hot tub in the room was not clean.

Online pics are deceiving. Outside doors were wide open, full trash cans at each door, hallways dirty, room floor dirty, no chairs for table that had a chunk missing out of the corner, missing microwave, wobbly toilet, tv remote filthy with batteries taped into it. Not to mention the woman across the hall screaming at and spanking her kids.
Only plus was the bartender. He was AWESOME!

The location is very good. The employees try to do a good job but their efforts are tarnished by the physical condition of the building. The bathroom sink was detached from the faucet s. Too many things wrong with this place. One of the beds in our room were broken at the base. There was a roach in the bathroom. And I was triple charged and they said they couldn’t do anything after speaking to Tawnya. I had to call and dispute the charges with my bank. This place is HORRIBLE. Don’t stay there unless you really need a cheap place to stay!!!!!

Unfortunately i didnt read the reviews before booking my family tried to have a great weekend and we ended up staying at a total hole. Our carpet was not vacuumed our wall had a hole no remote in room the window was broken and we had silverfish. Our neighbors were smoking pot in smoke free rooms and there were tweakers in the parking lot

This is not a hotel. It is a homeless shelter. I can’t believe Hotels.com has this property listed on their site. I brought my kids here. I did not feel safe, and everyone in my family got sick after staying here. Very very dirty, broken doors. The reviews are accurate and not an exaggeration. This place needs to be shut down. Hotels dot com should be ashamed for making money off this hotel. Wyndham should not be associated with it.

The place is questionable. The pictures make you think oh it’s not that bad. The floor was wet in the hallway. The room felt damp. The carpet felt damp. The toilet moved when you sat on it. The place really is sketchy. Needs some major work. Just don’t do it if you can afford to not to.

Close to the Racine North beach

Convenient location, 10 minutes to Racine North beach. Outdated motel, but spacious room and moderate clean. Microwave and fridge available. Bed is very soft. No writing desk or chair, air dryer is broken though. Large parking lot, but not much lights. Didn't feel parking lot is secured or safe enough though. Luckily, nothing bad happened. Overall, it is OK for one night stay. No breakfast offer, only coffee.

Horrible Conditions

The first room we were given was uninhabitable. The smell was horrendous, there was debris on the floor (easily caught with a vacuum), the beds were dirty and had torn sheets, and the chair had what appeared to be many bodily fluid stains.

The front desk employee was very understanding and gave us “the cleanest room.” Because this was the handicap accessible room, she claimed it wasn’t used as much and was in much better shape. The room was cleaner and did not smell as bad but had a very bad humidity issue. We opted to stay in the room for the night as it was getting late. After waking up in the morning and inspecting more, the bathroom vent fan had been removed at some point, not allowing proper ventilation and adding to the bad humidity problem. After looking around in the daylight, we discovered mold growing on the shower curtain (the mold smell was horrible after opening the curtain) and mold growing on the carpet.

I’ve stayed in not nice hotels before but this was a health hazard.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

Bathroom sink basin filled immediately but had no stopper. Grimy bed linens; desk staff kindly gave me replacements then discovered unpleasant stains all over mattress cover. Non-working telephone; moved table & found an empty bottle & jack unusable. Unsafe unlocked exterior doors. Trash & debris around property & parking lot. And all this is such a shame, since the location on the river could be maximized with minor improvements.

We were in town for a family reunion and wanted to stay overnight so we didn’t have to drive back to Chicago too late. Upon check in I was informed that there was $100 incidental fee and was to be paid in cash only. I never carry cash and their atm machine was broken so I had to go across the street to draw out cash. I only checked in at 3pm but left to head back to the reunion which was 15 mins away. I ended up dropping my adult daughter back off at the room because she wasn’t feeling well and she said the linen on the bed had stains on them and the bed had spots on them. The bathroom had a used rubber band with hair attached on the bathroom sink and the hotel itself smells. The entry lock to the room was wobbly as if someone kicked it in before. I went back to pick her up and went to check out. The guy did offer another room but no because now in my mind, the whole hotel is nasty. Tried to get my deposit back and the front counter guy stated I had to wait until the morning which was an inconvenience because I stay 2 1/2 hours away. So I ended up driving home and having a relative pick up my deposit. When I spoke to the manager Twana the next day, she didn’t seemed bothered by why I couldn’t stay when I mentioned the room was dirty.

It was absolutly disgusting from the minute we drove in the parking lot where there were several abandoned cars. The outside doors were proped open and the secuity lock brocken. The was a bad odor throught the place, the floors were sticky in the room, there was an extremely beat up disgusting couch in the room, the bathroom door was stuck in a half open position and it had dingy lighting (one lamp didn't even work). Then they charged us double what we signed up for becuase a Harley Davidson convention came in to stay and they raised the prices for that. Overall an extremely bad experience. Never, never, never stay there!

When I walked in it had smelt like stale cigarettes. Once I had walked into the hotel room it was dirty and had small piles of dirt I mistakenly thought was bed bugs. Black mold on the ceiling light, and drips of what looked like a week old barbecue sauce. I asked the front desk if I could have my room cleaned and I was told that room service would be there to clean in the morning for me although I was staying one night. For 150$ you’re better off camping, going to a motel or just sleeping in your car. I had also accidentally put in the wrong dates and never showed up for one of the nights and the staff hadn’t given me a refund or helped at all wasting another 100$

Key cards did not work at all, Dirty, stained hallway carpets and stained furniture fabrics in the room, light bulbs out on the table lamp. Room layout, no 2nd nightstand on the opposite side of the bed. Flimsy security lock on the adjoining room door, could have been defeated very easily by an unscruplus actor. Bed too close to the AC/Heat unit vent with no access to manuver between the bed and the wall without having to either disturbing your spouse's sleep or contorting by sliding down the bed towards foot board. Security doors leading to outside had no working locks and finally no dog disposable bags in an empty dispenser.
N:B - Good points, ample lighting, marble foors and counter tops, updated bathrooms, laminated floors, working AC, clean room enviornment.
Seems like the property is under some renovation, keep updating furniture and security to take it to the next level.

booked this hotel for the bar/restaurant located inside. The room key did not work, so we were given an actual key. Came in late, ready to relax with associates, was told there was no bar/restaurant because they did not have a licensed bartender. Such a shame. 9 pm was too late for any neighboring locations. Disappointing stay all around. The room was very clean, but the maid was also insistent on cleaning it at 11 am. She even walked into my room while I was naked, getting ready to leave.

It was close to where my my uncle's house is was the only thing good.
Stained sheets, stained towel, only 1 towel in room for 3 people. The fridge froze my food even with changing the temp. One bed has to be fixed in order for my son to sleep on it. The frame was messed up. Every time we sat on the toilet seat, there was a loud bang sound. In the shower was left the prior person that stayed soap and wrapper on the shower shelf.

3 people in one room only 2 towels. When we ask for more towels front desk automatically told us that we have to wait until morning. So I had to go to the store and bought my own however for 70$ a night I wasn’t expecting much. When checking out it was very unpleasant. Cheaper hotels around the area are so much better.

The front desk girl was excessively RUDE. I called 1 hour ahead, we were arriving an hour ahead of schedule. I was told \"im NOT checking anyone in before 3 o clock.\"
Then we get there check in, theres a broken piece to the sofa bed, and hairs on the bathroom sink.
My DISABLED husband walked to the desk, asked SAME lady where the ice was... she says \"2nd floor and NO we dont have an elevator\" he walks with arm crutches... the rudeness was appalling. She sat down while checking me in, never stood no direction to my room nothing. Definitely rethink before booking again.. if it wasnt paid already we would have stayed somewhere else.

Unsafe Parking Lot View Hotel

Booked two nights but we were so disgusted with this property that we left after one night. The pictures show a riverfront setting, but since the bar was not operational, nobody could enjoy the view. It should be called the \"Parking Lot View Hotel\". The security doors were propped open all night - we did not feel safe. The room was barely adequate, but due to a supply shortage there was no Kleenex. Stay away - stay far away.

The card reader on the door did not work. So he handed us a real key. The bed had an ankle knocker as the mattress and box springs were not centered. The shower control was wonky. And we asked for clean towels on our second day and were told they were out of towels, this was at 8pm.

Bad service and room

Shower was dirty, old soap from last person still in the shower. No hot water. Bed sheets were dirty like they only made the bed and didn’t change the sheets. Tv remote didn’t work. Heat smelled like something was burning. Was probably burning the bed with how close it was to the heating component. Then when I asked for a room change he claimed there was no other rooms. He could have at least offered to clean the room but that was never an option he gave. Worst service ever. Will never be back. Didn’t even stay the night was there an hour or less.

The outer doors were propped up with rugs and bricks because the outside key locks weren't working.

My room door was broken and I needed to use a master key in order to get in.

A mechanic decided to fix the door lock at 9am while I was still in the room. In the end, he didn't fix it.

There was pounding and knocking all day while things were being repaired.

My shower drain did not drain properly. It was clogged and there were a few inches of water left after I finished my shower.

There was no desk in the 'suite' I had, and the only chair in the room was filthy.

When we tried to check in the staff was unprofessional and tried flirting with me while I was standing right next to my wife. The hotel smelled like weed as soon as we entered the building. We were woke up at 7am by the room next door playing extremely loud music and we had to listen to a prostitute with 7 men in the room. We also heard a baby crying in the room. I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I went downstairs and the front desk worker stated their volume was turned down. I told them about the issue and they refused to knock on the door or call the police.
