First room we checked in stunk so bad we had to get a second room and that second room still had pee stains on the floor and hair in the tub, the front desk person was extremely rude we had forgotten a bag and had called almost an hour after we left about 9:00 a.m. and by 9:00 p.m. is when we got the bag after calling several times and that same front desk associate screamed us on the phone and then we went and picked up the bag head started screaming up us I would not stay here if it was the last place on Earth never been treated so horrible when you first walk in you smell pot I will say the breakfast was decent and that's about it

The shower in the room did not work. The staff was unwilling to provide a new room and only give us access to a shower in a different room. The key card was faulty. Multiple times guess were loud and disruptive. The rooms had broken furniture and hardware.

Don’t let the photos of this hotel trick you. If you have the extra 50-60 bucks spend it on a better hotel. Place reaked of pot all weekend. Not a single car in the parking lot, yet all of the rooms were full. Must have been one of them government voucher kind of weekends to house someone up. Wouldn’t even eat the breakfast because of the cleanliness of it. The folks at the desk that own the hotel or what ever had a great attitude and running the facility the best they can. But you pay for what you get. A bunch of riff raff hanging around too.

I would rate this hotel five stars. The property was exceptionally clean and spacious, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent customer service. My husband and I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, while my daughter, her boyfriend, and their children stayed in a room with three beds, which provided more than enough space for their family.
During checkout, we were in a rush, and my grandson forgot his hoodie while I accidentally left behind my gold chain. When I called the hotel, the staff had already secured our belongings and held them for us. I was truly grateful for their honesty and the integrity of the housekeeping team. Their professionalism made our stay even more memorable.

Milan, the front desk agent who checked me in was Amazing, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. After travel plans changed, I ended up rebooking an additional night here at the end of my trip due to his excellent customer service. Will stay here next time I am in town.

Our room was quite expensive and our tv remote wasnt working so we got new batteries and it still wadsnt working a worker finally came up and basically told us it was fine and did something to the back of the tv and then it worked. Our bathtub plug dudnt work so my kids couldnt take a bath. The breakfast was awful. The eggs and the sausages are microwaved and nasty. And we had to wait almost a half hour to get waffles for my kids. My kids couldnt have cereal either because the milk was gone. I went to the front and asked the desk to refill the cereal and instead of him just doing it he said he will have someone else do it and we needed to wait. The pool was small and the water almost felt slimy and gross and the water was super salty (which it shouldnt be, im assuming it was from peoples bodies, gross). There is no elevator which made it very hard for us with 4 kids. We paid $180 for 1 night and we felt we didnt nearly get our moneys worth.

Overall, my stay was an average experience. I had zero issues with cleanliness which is always nice. However, the internet was super spotty and would constantly disconnect. I also had to wait at the front desk for like 10min because no one was around or answering the phone. Mind you this was around 4:30pm. Other than that I had zero issues and think my stay was well priced for the experience.

Carthage College Music Concert Trip

Check-in at front desk went smoothly. Front desk manager Julia was friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean and quiet, bed comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. Included was a good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold food and beverage selections. We may stay here again on future visits to Carthage College and the Kenosha/Racine area.

Talked with staff 4 times before our arrival date, was told we would have a suite on the ground floor due to my husband's mobility issues. When we arrived we were given a double queen room instead. Went directly back to the desk asking why we didn't have a suite as promised. He informed us that one would not be available for our stay. Since it was late in the evening, we went back to the room but the tv did not, my husband sat in the desk chair to call for assistance and the chair tip over back wards causing my husband to fall and pull the desk with him. They fixed the tv but left the chair. The next morning we went to have coffee, the machine they had would only give us hot water no coffee. That was the final straw, went a got our luggage to leave. At the desk front they would not offer a refund because I used Expedia for the reservations even theyran my credit card for payment when we arrived. Worst hotel expereince ever! Oh but guess what once I contacted Expedia a first floor suite became available magicallly! Too little too late I say. We were out of there, should give them zero stars.
