This is not even a 1 star hotel .I booked this hotel because it was close to our school .When we arrived it was filthy. The room was in very poor shape ,sink was falling apart, the heater didnt work ,bed was hard so many things .My employee tried to get another room but nothing was available so the hotel said .He stayed the night sleeping in his clothes to stay warm and not to touch the nasty bed spread. The next morning he told the front desk about the problems and asked again to move they said everything will be fixed ,nothing was done .After arriving back from a long day at school a cold dirty room was not what he deserved. We moved him to a different hotel .I then called the manager and let them know we would be leaving due to the conditions ,,,,at this point they found another room ,after asking for our money back for the night .i was told we cant give you anything back but maybe the other room was better .I would think long and hard before you book this hotel .This is 1 of the worst hotels i have ever sent anyone to stay at.I didnt know because exspedia had them at a 5.8 star .google has them at 3...Do yourself a favor look at of there reviews online .

1. The floors were sticky
2. The room had a gnat
3. The refrigerator in the room looked like someone peed in it and threw french fries in the bottom.
4. I woke up to bugbites on my legs.
5. No tub stopper, room phone and 3 broken TV remotes.

It was a non smoking room but it smelt like nothing but cigarettes the entire night I sprayed and that didn’t help. Like a pack of cigarettes lit at once it was horrible and couldn’t breathe. The cleanliness of the tub was not clean at all to the point I didn’t even want the pictures in my phone. Horrible experience.

Motel was “run down,” but was under new ownership, and several rooms (20 ) were under renovation. Our first room had damage done to the bathroom door. When we reported it to management he apologized and gave us a different room.
I’m fairly certain that this motel will be a decent no frills place to stay once renovations are complete.

Unfortunately, this motel leaves a lot to be desired. It was dirty, even though it was just cleaned. The floor was sticky and there were roaches. I don't know how this place is in business the way it is. I wish I would have read any reviews prior to staying there. Never again

I have no idea what the hotel was like because they literally changed their policy on pets after I made my reservation and wouldn't allow me to check in at midnight when all other hotels in the area were sold out. Luckily Expedia was able to help, but I did have to sleep in my car in a gas station parking lot the first night because of this.

Worst hotel room I have ever been in. I run a baseball road-trip for a group of teachers and try to balance comfort and price. We don’t expect much because we sleep shower and move on. We could not do any. The place was disgusting stained sheets roaches stench that can’t be described. We knew from previous reviews it was not good but thought how bad could it be??? Well we have been doing this since 2006 and have never spent over $85 for a room and this was the worst ever by a wide margin. Should be condemned and rebuilt. Pillow was soiled with no pillow case sheets were stained and not washed.

There was stains on the blankets, sheets, mattress, and even the curtains. There was dried mud on the floor, and hair in the bathroom. The ruin room smelled like weed. We checked back out within 2 hours of checking in. The motel refused to give us a refund for any of the stay (3nights)! I was willing to pay for the first night but they refused that either! Just said you need to email management!!

I had booked two nights at the Knights hotel. What interested me in this hotel is that there was a hot tub.
After checking in and driving to my room I realized there was a lot of walking around activity. Once in the room I can smell the cigarette and weed smoke. The room was not visibly clean. The tub had rusted marks, the bathroom door must have had water damage and was falling apart at the bottom.. ( concerned for mold?)The was dog poop before entering my room.
The activity going on outside of the room was concerning. I could not stay a night with my spouse in this room. I checked out at the front desk requesting a refund and I was told they could t and I would need to contact management by email. I notified the clerk my concerns about the room but the biggest about the people that looked like they were under some type of influence walking around.
Nothing against your rooms but I ask that you please understand that this is not where I felt that I could keep my wife safe.

If we wouldn’t have been so tired we would have looked somewhere else. Place looks like a flop house. I think people are permanently living there. dumpster overflowing, trash everywhere outside Smoke detector missing, burn marks on the sink and the tub. One trashcan in the whole room. There was a slit in the side of the mattress like someone had cut it open with a knife. the bathroom door looked like it had flood damage The floor was uneven with stick on tiles covering half the floor. The office was dirty.

On December 4, 2023, we made a reservation with your hotel for January 19, 2024 to January 27, 2024, after a search through Expedia. When we arrived early on Saturday, January 20, 2024, and arrived at the hotel, we found a totally different hotel than the one we had booked. I proceeded to tell the Front Desk that I didn't like it and that I wouldn't stay there. To whatever it was, he replied that he couldn't do anything because we had a reservation already made and he had to proceed with it. I told him to let me see the room and he told me that I had to pay first. Since we had communication problems, since he did not speak Spanish and I did not speak English, we got a translator to help us. He explained my concern and disappointment, so they agreed to cancel my reservation and charge me for just one night, since it was 3 am and we were extremely tired. They charged me $73.52, which I paid cash. The Front Desk gave me the room key without even explaining where it was. When we entered the room we did not find the following:

1. The front door did not open.
2. The bedspread on the bed, besides being old, had tears from burns.
3. There were cockroaches running in the bathroom.
4. There was no toilet paper.
5. The pillows were torn with the filling outside.
6. Broken and dirty curtains.
7. The bed sheets looked dirty and stained.

Booking on Expedia and check-in at the sight were smooth, but the room had signs of not being cleaned well, the temperature control unit was unplugged and I could not get it plugged in right, the beds both had long hair on the pillows, and there was intermittent loud domestic fighting outside in the parking lot from 10:00 pm until around midnight when police came, and then periodically afterwards. Finally, Expedia advertised \"breakfast included\" as an amenity, but there was only coffee offered.

We checked in and checked out 15 mins. later. Everything in that room was filthy and I took pics. Microwave, refrigerator, floors and the bathtub was disgusting. Big hole in the wall. So I didn't even sit on the bed cuz they probably weren't clean either. And I reserved a king and got 2 full size beds. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Just disgusting. Creepy people around there.

DO NOT STAY HERE! ROOM WAS DIRTY! NATS WERE EVERYWHERE. HAD TO GO BUY SOME SPRAY TO KILL THEMM... DIDN'T MATTER.. MORE SHOWED UP. TOOK A SHOWER.. WATER LEAKED ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR. SMOKE DETECTOR WAS BEEPING, CALLED TO GET A NEW BATTERY, GUY UP FRONT SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY BATTERIES AND NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE MORNING TO FIX IT.. SO I THREW IT OUTSIDE THE ROOM AND I TOLD HIM I WAS AND HE SAID IT WAS OK TO DO. IF I WASN'T I DESPERATION MODE, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE L ON THE $$ SPENT AND GOT ANOTHER ROOM SOMEWHERE ELSE. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE EVER STAY HERE. I should have taken pictures.. Didn't even think to do that was so disgusted.

Nothing like the site said there was holes in the wall and in the furniture if you want tilted paper you had to go to the office if you want clean towels you went to the office told them how many then you had to go to the laundry room to get them we was know house keepers the hole week we stayed we will not be useing them again

We got to the hotel and it looked really dirty outside. There were boxes and trash everywhere. There were kids and dogs running around everywhere in thw parking lot. We got the key and opened the door and it smelled like cigarettes. The blankets were dirty, stained and covered in tobacco from cigarettes. The floor hadn’t been swept. The shower curtain had mold and mildew all over it. The pillows looked like someone had used them already.

Such a DUMP!

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Expensive for a mattress that feels like it’s a box spring. It wasn’t even made and took 1/2 hour to get them to make it. Didn’t have any soap except the used bar in the shower until I made a comment about it to the lady next door. The lights, if you can call them that, are so dark. You can see the overspray on the ceiling and the shade that covers most of the light that might shine if you could see it and turn it on; or does it have a burn out light bulb? Can’t open the curtains because they threw it over the curtain rod. I don’t know why they charge more for the weekend when you can see they don’t care at all about their business any day of the week.
