I booked accessible room and received confirmation so assumed I was good to go. Upon arrival I was informed that their accessible accommodation was unavailable and the occupant has it reserved for a year. I was told my confirmation was not valid because it came from Expedia and not them. They were totally inflexible, would not reimburse our reservation. I was told to contact Expedia as it was your fault and thus your problem. By my way of thinking you all are responsible. If you are selling reservations for them you all need to get on the same page. We got by n a standard room for 2 nights. Very inconvenient for wheelchair and I was unable to shower as it was not accessible! I don’t understand how you can get by sending out confirmation for room that was clearly unavailable. If I had the means for legal help there would be a lawsuit here for sure. You CAN NOT conduct business this way! I obviously am frustrated with the poor service. We haven’t received even a hint of apology and certainly no offers of future discount or reimbursement. Expedia and Comfort Inn don’t qualify for even a one star rating from me. If given the option I would go with about negative 5.

When I walked into the lobby, no one was at the front desk, and I waited for over 10 minutes before someone came, ringing the bell twice. There was complimentary curry soup in the lobby, filling the space with a bad odor. I could not understand the person checking me in. Then to my room... the door was either hung wrong or just not a quality, straight, hearty door; there was a two-inch sliver of light that shone in from the top. I did not feel safe! There was also a problem with the thermostat in the room. I was roasting, even turning the temperature down to 63 degrees, and it was in the negatives outside, and still so hot. Something wasn't right. The breakfast options were slim, and the coffee was awful. I will not be staying here again!

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, peeling paint in the bathroom, the doors didn't close fully unless we pushed them hard and even then they didn't always latch, the breakfast had green bananas, the service was great. The desk people were very friendly. The room was gross, to be honest. The beds were ok but the bathroom was not ok

Stay was not of good value. For the cost the hotel had very limited amenities (no pool, gathering space, small gym). I also was put in a room right next to the elevator, and there was a compressor of some sort intermittently going off all day, and yes, through the evening too. Had terrible nights of sleep because of it. Rooms were also small for what they charged.

Not so good coffee in Mount Pleasant.

Room was nice for the price. Comfortable and quiet. The only thing that we did not like was the coffee during breakfast. We tried it two days in a row but it was undrinkable. Mini waffles were delicious.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had requested an early check-in due to an afternoon meeting, and they were more than willing to help. While they couldn’t guarantee anything right away, they assured us they would do their best—and they followed through. Their attentiveness and positive attitude made us feel genuinely welcome.

Another highlight was the complimentary breakfast. It far exceeded our expectations and was a noticeable step above the typical hotel breakfast spread—fresh, well-stocked, and with a great variety of options.

Overall, the staff’s hospitality and attention to detail really made a difference in our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great for short stay

Breakfast was great and the property is clean, well kept, and very suitable for short stays. Check-in was excellent; the agent was polite and very pleasant. This was a family trip and my son and his fiance had their Shih Tzu and was given a room on the 1st floor. They did not have a 1st floor room available for me even though both rooms were booked in my name days before. That was not an issue.

My only draw back was that I was not able to stream YouTube from my phone to the TV. My son and his fiance came up to my room to assist me and took the dog with them. It didn't work and we called front desk. The agent who came up to my room was more concerned that the dog was present (even though he was being held by my son's fiance) than the technical issue he was there to fix. He proceeded to mention that we have two rooms and the pet belong on the 1st floor. He left the room to reboot the internet connection and my son, his fiance and their Shih Tzu went back to their room. The issue with the TV was not resolved.

During the night and the next morning, I heard all kinds of dogs barking on my floor, and to think that we had no intention of breaking the rules.

Spoiled eggs!

We always stay here when coming to Milwaukee. We enjoy our stays, beds are comfortable and pillows are amazing. The only complaint I have for this stay is that I went to breakfast and when I tried the egg omelet, it was spoiled! yuck. I had that taste in my mouth all day. I could not complain as no one was at the front desk and the kitchen staff were closed off rather than available to the public as they normally are. (Coffee has improved though.)
