Our room was upgraded to Macau’s view. The room is clean and comfortable, the property is new. The hotel location is pretty convenient for our visit to chimelong ocean kingdom and seafood street. About 20 mins taxi ride from the hotel. The dining experience has room to improve.

The staff were unable to communicate effectively in any langage. Response time to deliver orders in the bar area was far too long, 15 minutes ti take an order 19 minutes to deliver order, bathing caps required in pool at a resort hotel? a gym maybe....but not a resort..pool bar closed, staff didnt know hours of restaurants or bars, blood on sheets on bed brought wrong size to replace

This hotel is really nice, not much choice of anything within walking distance though. Service was very nice, especially fir the morning breakfast...excellent staff! My room smelled a bit like a litter box on arrival but housekeeping freshened it up without even asking. Overall would definitely stay again

I really love this one

I spend a lot of time in hotels every, mostly 2 to 3 nights for business trips.
The Sheraton Zhuhai is one of the few where I do look forward to my stay very much, because the rooms are just nice, big, clean, and very pleasing. And I love the balcony and the resulting option of having fresh air.
The hotel around it is nice, great breakfast buffet, and I like the bar and the \"junk food\" when I occasionally need something non-Chinese to eat. \"Junk\" in quotes of course, because the burger is delicious.
I am looking forward to my next stay!

A lot of mosquitoes

I stayed at the hotel for two nights before Labour Day holidays. The hotel was very full as it is one of two international hotels in Zhuhai which gives it a duopoly position. There are no restaurants nearby and the traffic is slow. There were a lot of mosquitoes there and I was bitten multiple times at the lobby.
I was particularly not happy that we were forced to order teas before dinner at 8:30pm. In the end, the restaurant at the hotel agreed not to charge us the tea, but it was not a nice experience.

I also asked the hotel to book ferry tickets to Hong Kong which was outsourced to an external agent and I was charged additional 30 yuan for each ticket.

great hotel bad service

The hotel is very nice but the outside pool was closed for renovations which was not detailed on the hotels page. This was annoying. Also the room service didnt serve non chinese food after midnight. We waited for 1,5 hrs for our sandwiches which they claimed they didnt have in stock but later said they did. Oh dear. The lobby lounge was also super slow for service.

Not quite perfect

The fundamental hotel is unchanged. Good fit out, plenty of nice staff. Some issues with this stay however. 1) breakfast looked immaculate in the buffet. But it was cold. It was only 7am. I think they make it all early, then leave it out. Cold sausage, cold hashbrown. Disappointing for a 5*. Time to revisit the set up. 2) bath plug would not close. Only ran at 10pm, and tired so no time to complain. But surely regular room check can cover this. Makes we wonder if maintenance is starting to effect the excellent fit out. So hotel - get on top of it, there are enough staff to check! Room 1066. Room service food was good. I still like this hotel though - so I hope they can fix this soon.

Zhuhai is not part of Macau

I had no idea I needed a visa for zhuhai as WOTIF site showed zhuhai was in Macau . I couldn't stay at the hotel I booked as I didn't have a visa and they wouldn't refund my money!!!! I won't trust The WOTIF site any more.

Zhuhai convention

I decided to stay at the new Sheraton hotel \"attached\" to the new conference center in Zhuhai. It is LONG overdue that Zhuhai had some decent hotels. Accommodations were very nice. The Pantry in the lobby serves the best coffee that I had in China!! We had a great meal in the traditional restaurant on the 19th floor. Breakfast was standard buffet style found in most decent hotels on mainland.
An area that needs work is the service in the lobby lounge - at best, clumsy and slow with poor selection. Hopefully it will improve over time with some additional training.
A nice fitness facility and swimming pool.
I would stay here again as it is very convenient albeit somewhat isolated.

Great business hotel

Brand new hotel, amazingly comfortable beds and great rooms. Friendly service. Close to international exhibition center but far from anything else. Only downfall is the Wi-Fi: very poor free signal in lobby, better in room but chargeable - this is unacceptable for a business hotel. Otherwise great for business, would stay there again.

The hardware in the hotel is good, while the outside is not. The traffic is not good.

Beautiful, wonderful hotel

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was super luxurious and spacious. Check-in process was a little difficult since the staff didn't speak fluent English, but luckily I was able to communicate with my shabby Cantonese. I don't know if it was the time I went, but the swimming pool (in-doors and out) was completely EMPTY. It was so nice to have the pool to ourselves, but the bar wasn't open and getting to the pool was a little complicated.

Clean, modernized, quite hotel

The hotel is located away from busier area of the port. It only takes about 15-20 minutes cab ride. It's spacious, clean and modernized. We enjoyed the quiet stay here. The ocean view room allowed us to see Macau. It's very relaxing.

My stay was a 4days-3nights one. There was problem with the aircon for the 1st room assigned - way too hot and suffocating. Informed the front desk to check 1st thing in the morning on the 2nd day but they did not do anything.

As they did not take customer’s comments seriously and did not actively verify/solve the issue, the same thing happened on the 2nd night. I woke up around 05:30 in the morning for 2 consecutive nights as it was way too hot.

Asked to change room on the 3rd day and asked them to make sure the 2nd room was OK. Issue was still there. Just the airflow was stronger…..

I could not see a reason for a return stay for this hotel.

連續入住兩晚，出門時已跟前台說了可以12點打掃，結果到下午三點回到房間發現沒有清潔房間。再到前台叫他才派人過來。房間沒有冷氣，非常焗，管家給我們一台風扇。竟然在五星酒店吹風扇。他們熱水供應不穩定，沖涼時，水溫不停變動，時冷時熱。
已注明是周年紀念，但沒有安排裝飾房間或表示心意都不要緊，自己安排了花束，

酒店大堂有一座非常大的中式古建築佈置。登記入住的小姐姐非常迅速，不到五分鐘便取了房卡了。
房間非常大，設施保養也不錯。有一個小露台可以看到港珠澳大橋和海景。
酒店後門附近有一間小小的便利店美宜佳，大約5 分鐘路程。
購物：最近酒店的是十字路華發商圈 B 區，步行大約15分鐘。沿途開揚，但沒有遮擋物。商圈食肆有很多，有烤肉、冒菜、煲仔飯、新派茶飲、炸串、麵包店。B1層有AEON永旺超市。購買簡單藥物，例如喉糖維他命可以去Hotmaxx，比屈臣氏更好。

登記入住等了很久，感覺人手不能負荷入住高峰時間。外賣到達酒店後送上房間的時候需要半小時，咖啡都已經涼了。房間很熱，空調調校溫度是沒有用的，而且空調出風非常嘈吵。

My room no. 1368 the room is too warm when we arrived. It’s hard to adjust to a comfortable temperature throughout the room e.g. the desk area is too windy while the rest of the room still too warm.
Service at reception is super nice Leon Wu is very patient and helpful.
The housekeeper service is professional they helped us clean the toilet floor after my daughter vomited i feel
Sorry but the cleansing lady is professional with great attitude.
Breakfast buffet has a wide selection for Asians value for money.

今次揀了海景的房間，能夠望到澳門同埋橫琴嘅建築物，亦有一個廣闊嘅海灣，景色令人10分舒暢，房間寬敞，亦都好整潔，沖涼嘅地方，亦都係好舒適

酒店人員服務態度殷勤，對待我們，感覺好親切，亦都能夠照顧我哋嘅需要，整間酒店大堂嘅設計非常華麗，有一種古色古香，令人心曠神怡嘅感覺，我哋自己揸車去，泊車都10分容易，酒店內有一條好長嘅海邊長廊，夜晚亦都係一個非常好嘅地方，可以兩個人靜靜地行吓。

酒店房间本身不错。但是周边有很多工地，而且附近没有商店及餐厅，做什么都要打车出去。最大问题是早餐自助餐人太多，而且部分人不守规矩，有太多小孩，用餐体验非常不好。 估计我们暂时不会再来。

마카오 보이는 룸에 묵었는데 2박 3일 넘 편하게 지냈어요…수영장도 괜찮았고 침대도 편안했고 무엇보다 뷰가 좋았습니다.
첵인, 첵아웃도 빨랐고 직원들이 배려해 준 부분들도 있었어요.
조식은 짜지 않아서 좋았는데 종류는 좀 부족하고 매일 달라지지 않고 똑같은건 좀 아쉬웠어요
