The room is clean, the staff are nice. The property was very busy even on a weekday. Very limited transport option. The schedule is sparse and there’s always a queue for taxi. So spare enough time for hailing a taxi if you have reservation somewhere.

bad hotel free pickup transport

Hotel Transport zoom past at pickup point, didn’t bother to check any customer is waiting at pickup point. Very bad transport sub-Contractor they have engaged. We took cab to hotel ourselves, after wasted IDD calls and lost hours warning in vain. Hotel did refund the CAB fee post our feedback, but good old time already wasted.

Hotel is new and clean, a bit too far to go casino.

Great Stay but hard to get in and out !

It was nice little getaway. The Room was very cozy with sectional lighting control. Fast response from room service. One opportunity that needs to improve is the frequency of shuttle bus services. An hour a bus is too long and no more bus after 8pm is not too helpful consider the location of the hotel ( Not easy to find public transports, ONLY Taxi...)

Globally okay, great room but bad service

I was expecting more from a 5* hotel. I booked a Studio Suite which was really nice and enjoyed a great view. Nevertheless, some details such as cleaning, bathroom switchers or bad isolation of the door would let me a mitigate feeling for that range of price. The personal was not that welcoming, a bit pushy and had difficult to speak English.

The global experience was great but too expensive according to the service

Affordable price with 5 stars facilities ! Modern high tech room with either balcony or full size cushioned window sill which can be an extra bed! Nice swimming pool, convenient location (only 10mins from Taipa Pier), free shuttle bus, delicious restaurants in reasonable price, nice souvenir shops. I recommended my friends to this hotel already. This will be definitely my choice to stay in my next trip!

Hotel shuttle service terrible and shuttle bus driver was very rude who was talking on phone during the whole time. The shuttle was from Taipa Ferry
to Hotel on Nov 9@ 5:15, route 3 bus driver. There were mosquito in the room. When you leave the room, did not have clear instruction how to activate the function.

the hotel direction is too bad. the car park and lift is too dark to see. no greetings in the hotel except the door man. check-in wait too long and most of the facilities in the room is not working like the TV and bathrrom mirror. totally cannot understand why it got the best designed reward in 2017 cos the room designed are too wired. you cannot watch TV while you lay down on your bed. i booked i suite and i cannot eat on the sofa cos there is no table. i can't mention all those things cos it just too many small stuff make you feel bad.

Bad location and user-unfriendly facilities

Location is no good at all with only a few shuttle bus, rather inconvenient.
Also, the bath tub and shower area was combined into one, there was no clear separation of the area, just a plastic curtain, so water easily spill all over the bathroom.

Good Hotel at Bad Location

The hotel is good. Clean, fancy fascility,good service. Staff welcoming and helpful.
Downside is the location, not too convenient for food, can not find any place to eat within walking distance. Especially with Macau no more Uber, very difficult to get a cab to go anywhere.

No shuttle bus to any other hotel, that is a big disadvantage.

The place is definitely A+, the people... Oh the people are so nice. I'm from the US so that's where most all the 3rd world mindset hostile and aggressive people come to live out their lives and reproduce, but to come here and see how nice people are... it was just an amazing experience.

Need to try harder on shuttle bus service.

Even though their location is located at cotai macau.. But their transportation service is horrible.. Taxi queue is super long.. They say they dun help in calling taxi.. No taxi even entering this place.. Taxi driver also mention if they never drop off passenger here.. No body will come here.
Another thing is their shuttle bus only come every hrs.. And the queue is super long.. Once the bus is load full.. U need to wait another one hrs for next bus.. Or join the long queue to wait taxi...

For of thd traveller is complaining due to the hot weather and long wait.. Wish i believe this is their last time staying in this hotel..

Bad Service Experience

Unstable water temperatures even after room changed. Door to the room can be pushed open after locking.
Should have arrived early in the morning for better room selection and not to take the advice from the hotel to arrive in the afternoon!! Otherwise you will end up with the worst room on that floor.

The Suite that I booked was actually a room with balcony…. Bed positioning in the middle of the room was unexpected and not comfortable for me… I had to use a stool as nighttable. Room or “Suite” did not even have a shower stall and was forced to shower in a bathtub holding the shower head with 1 hand. Hotel wasn’t close to anything but they do have a shuttle service which was helpful. I had a lot of functionality issues with the light switches, layout plan, even the door lock….. front desk can’t even accept credit card for safety deposit and forced me to pay $1,000 cash. Overall, not a good experience and frustrated with the room design layout!!

Stayed one night. Wouldn't mind the location away from the main strip but next to Taipei's residential area. My room has a very good view toward Hengqin China. I do not like the layout of the reception and lobby. Need to walk a U turn to access the guest room elevators, passing through 3 to 4 retails, and seems no security. The interior design of the hotel is too much in motifs and patterns. Very dark design. The guest room is far from enough lights level and walls are in black color. Bathroom walls are in black marbles with relief patterns that looks like some kinds of ritual motifs. Bed side table/tops, work tops are too narrow that you can't put anything after the house phone, hotel's promotional leaflets, etc. Anyhow, bed, air conditioning, shower are good. Funny thing is, the hotel would hold your check-in room deposit for a month after checking out if you pay by credit card.

首先感謝升級馬會景觀，房間幾靚，窗邊有長椅，可以攤著欣賞風景，採用硬地板，不是地氈，感覺比較易清理，缺點是交通不方便，浴缸沒有花灑，難以沖洗浴缸，而且浴缸附近容易積水
