Hotel is very new and grand style, room is very nice, we can see Parisian Hotel in front of the window. Toilet is very comfortable with shower facilities which we can relax after a busy day.
Concierge staff is very helpful. They introduced good restaurants to us. We will definitely stay here again !

Lobby was very nice and staff were quite friendly, however there aren’t much affordable things to eat, no breakfast before 8am, most restaurant open late. Room has no carpet but wood floor, easy to clean but not too comfy. Bath tub hard to get out and toilet ventilation needs improvement. Room with 2 queen bed is a bit small. Spa is quite good but shouldn’t require appointment for hotel guest. No heated pool.

Modern, spacious lobby and location is strategicin Cotai area, staff is helpful with smiles!

I was delighted with birthday decorations in the room and a birthday cake together with a plate of fruits were delivered to my room, pleasant surprise!

Chun restaurant serves yummicious Cantonese cuisine though prices were slightly high!

Overall, I had an excellent experience with the hotel and will return again!

It was the worst.
There was no apology for allocating a room below the grade I had reserved.
When I arrived at the room and described it as not a room I had reserved, I offered an alternative, but I finally got in the lobby and got a proper response.
I had to wait more than half an hour to check in, and I wasted two hours in total until I got the room back.

Room setup for business travelling not for holiday

Hotel has small shopping arcade with limited shops & restaurant selection. No shelter link way to nearby mega complexes such as Studio or Venetian, they do have shuttle bus service for travelling to major tourist spots. Room size is relatively small compare to others of same price bracket.

Super stays in MGM Cotai Macau

Stays was fantastic. Professinomal and attentive hotel staff. Having wonderful breakfast at COAST. DInner at CHUN was a marvellous. They are all well train and provide more than a 5 star service.

MGM room was the most comfortable room I ever stay. Clean spacious, nice design.
Is little disappointed that MGM do not have a souvenir shop, unlike The Parisian and The Venetian.

The location was perfect in Cotai area, nice modern and clean. Easy access to everywhere because they have shuttle services to a lot of places (you can check on their website). The staff was very warm and welcome, the guest relation even emailed me weeks before my staying date to make sure my smooth arrival there. In the room, the amenities were high quality (for me it’s a must for 5-star hotels to have high quality of soaps, shampoo, body lotion, and toothpaste). Also, they gave my daughter a little sweet treat in room. She was so happy. Well done, MGM!

The bus stopped right at the basement of the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The room partition was very well made with clear window in the bathroom that allows natural light to go into the bathroom area. The wooden floor is neat and clean and the hallway was bright.

Room was nice and clean. Just few shops inside the hotel building. All special requests for a family listed on the \"Hotel.com\" booking was not recorded when check-in at the hotel. It was a Friday after 4pm our booking for 2 non smoking double beds room still not yet available. We strongly complained until a front office assistant manager was called to look into our problem, and we finally offered 2 non smoking rooms in 19 and 20th floor at around 30-45 minutes for the 2nd room after cleaning. The hotel staffs are generally very friendly during our 3 days visit.

Nice place to stay in Macau

It was overall a nice and comfortable stay.

The hotel is in Cotai, which is a reclaimed land in between Taipa and Coloane. This land was originally residential, but somehow the plan was beaten by growth of casino industry. In the area there are only hotels with casinos and big shopping malls. The good thing is the shuttle services provided by the hotel are very convenient. There are shuttle buses to airport, 2 piers, Taipa and Macau city centre, keeping you in reach of major visitor attractions as well as catching up with your schedule.

The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Not sure if it was because we booked through Hotels.com, we could even consume minibar drinks for free. There were just 2 small complaints: The design of the toliet space was so confined that it was like the interior of a closet, and the blow dryer was connected to hidden socket so it could only be used in front of the mirror in the bathroom.

One funny thing about the hotel is, if you are lucky enough to be in a room facing Wynn Palace, the fascinating view may make you wish that you were staying in Wynn Palace instead. But frankly speaking the room price of MGM is cheaper than Wynn Palace, and indeed you can go to Wynn Palace and have a skycab ride for free, so it is not that bad.

Although you should try some local food or Portuguese food at Taipa, Coast at the hotel mall is also a good choice for dinner if you prefer a more relaxed night.

Good Location and overall nice hotel

We stayed at hotel as were visiting for a music concert in their venue.
Upon arrival although we booked a non smoking room we were asked to take a smoking room. We explained that was unacceptable and after @10mins we were given the correct room choice. However upon entering our room it still smelt as if people had certainly smoked within it at some point. We didn’t complain as only had 30mins to get to the concert and needed to shower and change!

For family with energetic kids, pls remember to check if the pool facilities is in service cos the gym only allow entry by guest over 16y! A lot of people packed at the food counters. Food variety is a bit limited.

I had an excellent stay and cannot wait to return in a few years; even there was a language barrier that did not hinder us being able to communicate. I had a short wait time for anything that I ever needed. As long as I can get a non-smoking room again; I will stay at MGM again. The location was perfect for me too.

Tbh this is kinda good, one of the new hotels ive been to, everything is remote controlled (except the “curtains” of the bathtub).
Its a bit annoying that you have to walk to the door of the bathroom to change the curtains,
Other than that everything is perfect!
Bed is good enough for some good good action at night

New, high-tech hotel

Location is decent; not right on the strip but it is very walkable. Casino and restaurants are eh, the other resorts have nicer of both. The rooms are lovely and very high-tech and the pool is really nice too. They are militant about the 3 pm check-in time and will not let you check in even 10 minutes early and I found that most of the staff didn’t speak English. It all worked out okay but I spoke to 4 different ladies at reception and none of them really spoke English at all which I found odd. Normally large resorts have check-in staff that are fluent in multiple languages. Everyone on the staff was very nice though.

Nice stay.

Comfortable hotel and nice staff

The check in process is very efficient and no need to wait. The receptionist is very nice and provide us with useful F&B information and let us have a upper floor room with great view of the fountain. Even though there is no bathrobe in the room, but we could request it from the housekeeping.
Besides, there is shuttle service that you can go around the hotels in Cotai, very convenient and easy. I have gone around the hotel in early morning and found the hotel is stylish design and spacious. I have good impression for this hotel, I must come back next time.

I couldn’t check into my room until 5pm and then didn’t get my luggage until nearly 6pm. At first, I was told to come back at 3pm. At 3pm, staff told me to return at 5pm for my room. That’s the main problem now - slow check-ins. Besides that, the hotel is brand new and nice, with plenty of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and seniors get a 50% discount. Wynn Palace is a 5-10 minute walk.

Pleasant Surprise in Cotai

The MGM Cotai was so far in excess of my expectations - I was seriously impressed - I think mainly because I expected an average experience but received a very high quality one!

This hotel only opened last September and it had super legit modern everything (e.g. Cordless phone chargers, Bluetooth speakers throughout the room including shower, etc). The room was immaculate and it had the all-important rain shower. Service was 8/10 - I was surprised how low the English capability was but then again I suppose the primary market is Mainland Chinese visitors. Despite this, I was incredibly impressed and satisfied with this hotel.

Rooms a bit small, lower floors not as nice.

we checked in late around 10:30 pm, was told that the higher floor non smoking king room was full. I didn't mind for lower floors (was given 3/F, the lowest one) thought it was ok, however, didn't expect that outside had a window cleaning elevator there, and the workers were right outside in the morning. Luckily i put up all the blinds. The corridors were quite dark and with RED themes, probably i am not artistic enough to appreciate it. The room was a bit small, much smaller than Wynn Palace. I thought usually they will have bathrobe, but there was none. Best part was everything in the mini-bar was free.
