This property is our favorite in Macau. As an expedia Elite guest, we got upgraded to a beautiful suite room, they have a wine and cake waiting for us as we entered the room. My wife was happy with the personalized Anniversary card.

Was looking forward to the waterpark at the galaxy but was disappointed to learn that its under maintenance until March.

There's a Japanese tea set in the picture. I was expecting one in the room, and I be able to make some nice tea. But unfortunately, there's none in the room. The tea included in the room is not even that nice. And not coffee machine, only instant coffee.

It’s quite good, not only facilities but also staff attendance.
For my son, Hotel celebrates his birthday.
Giving us a bottle of wine for celebration.
Also at the restaurant, Yamazato Japanese restaurant,
Surprisingly they celebrated with birthday song and birthday desert.

Check in was challenging because they had conflicting records though it got sorted out. All the staff in the hotel were so nice and welcoming especially when we encounter Filipino members.

The bed could be better but it's alright.

Better coffee in the room hopefully.

Great location, used to stay at Galaxy but booked Okura because of the Water Park as I was traveling with my Son and his 2 young daughters and other members of the family. Individually booked 4 rooms. Unfortunately, Swimming pool and Water Park were closed during our stay. The two little girls were disappointed as they were looking forward to having fun at the Water Park

I am writing to complain about the facility and staff during my stay. On 12/8 (3pm) The front desk (at G/f) told me that I was under superior group which cable to check in at 6/f. When I arrived there, I had been wait for more than 30mins without a proper seat to check in.
When I got into my room, I realised the WiFi, plug and tv didn’t work. I called to front desk and asked for help. A worker came and explained he will find a IT worker to fix the WiFi in 10mins but failed. I called to front desk again and asked a manger to come so that I can explain the problem. She came in apology but explained that their staff always try everything before releasing the room to guest. It made me super upsad and felt that all the failures in the room was caused by me?!?
Finally, I didn’t want to waste my time to stay in the room for fixing the issues, I went out for dinner and everything was fixed when I returned. However, There is no more explanation/ apologies about the failure. The most important thing is... all the issues happened at the hotel screwed up the 80th+ birthday celebration of my mother in law! I spent $1500+ per night at this hotel and totally didn’t worth it at all! Super disappointed.

Amazing rooms but check in was a bit slow

Rooms are amazing and well maintain. Strong showers and huge bath.

Check in was a bit slow in terms slow. They also got our name wrong, number of nights wrong, and we didnt get our complimentary bottle of wine until after two phone calls and it was only a small bottle when we got it. The hotel did generally sort things out quickly though so was still satisfied overall.

Impeccable service. Staff knew my name every time I got off the elevator. Upgraded to king superior, which definitely makes you feel like one! Took advantage of water park— definitely have never gone down waterslides and used a lazy river before work before! Access to very high end shopping and casino, if that’s your deal, as well as to wide array of food options at Broadway, all without going outside. ccess to your friends and colleagues staying at other galaxy-affiliates properties (JW, Venetian, Galaxy), also via corridors rather than sweating outside. Metro coming soon.

Second visit to this hotel so hoping for great things. Service following an incident with the room door [safety catch] faulty and unable to shut left us frustrated and no apology.We were stuck in a room not able to get out until an engineer arrived. Staff unable to bring a small quantity of milk for our morning coffee without a payment of MOP 60. We were woken up by persistent knocking at 2.40am and then a phone call demanding that we open the door for room service [ which we did not order] Took ages to sleep again and then slept through breakfast.
On check out we pointed out these disappointments and were left with silence, then sorry sorry and bowing.No one could take responsibility and give a sincere apology.Sorry, Okura, but not going back.

We upgraded to a suite which was lovely and completely worth it, but the executive club wasn’t great. Very little food that would please a western palate and also the beds are tiny in the standard rooms, which we aren’t used to. The service was nice enough but I was travelling with myself hubby and two kids andvthe booking said breakfast included but then we had to pay $20usd per kid for breakfast even though we’d paid extra for the club and paid for a room with breakfast. It all actually seemed like money grabbing. The pool deck was nice though.

staffs are extremely nice and attentive, I was amazed by their services.
The centralized air condition is filled with smoking smell for our non smoking room during the early morning and make us not feeling well, my kids and I were having seriously respiratory allergy after the stay .
Besides, i was expecting 3 sets of amenities when I book for myself and my 2 kids, but only two sets of everything in the room.
other than above, everything is perfect and i would definitely stay here again next time.

The whole room and furniture reeks of cigarette smell, weird as I was being double-confirmed at check-in that I don’t need a smoking room, and I barely had any sleep that night. Even worse, the shower is greasy, the floor is like oil-coated and I had to wear my slippers to shower. Found mold on the tea cup as well. It is very disgusting.... it’s the first time I’ve ever seen something like this in Okura, out of all the times I chose to stay here is because of the hygiene pursuits, this is the first time I get disappointed like this.

The best hotel in Macau. I always choose this hotel when visit Macau. It has the best location, Nice casino, Good restaurants and Shopping mall. Just across street to local restaurant and Broadway street food. Free Shuttle to airport and ferry. Also the pool is large and very impressed.

Check-in service was great, the staff brought us to the executive lounge to check-in. Served us some tea and cakes while during check-in. Felt that the hotel has more privacy compared to the main Galaxy hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were big, clean and in good condition, housekeeping was done well. Rooms with the \"Resort View\" had a very nice view.
Hotel is in the Galaxy complex, very convenient with plenty of food choices, shopping and a movie theater.

First I would like to say the GM really tired hard to accommodate us - really appreciated that.
Negative is the fact that all though the rooms are supposed to be non smoking the stink of smoke, so I wouldn’t recommend to go there with kids

A perfect hotel with a a relaxing atmosphere. We stayed 2 nights in a room with 2 double beds. (Be aware 2x125cm each) We enjoyed the facility’s including the large pool area with wawe machine and lazy river. We are definitely going back. The Galaxy area was also great with good shuttle buses to other compounds and also the ferry and airport.

A low quality 5 star hotel

We requested a baby crib but actually its not for sleep but a play crib. The bedding is hard and definitely not for sleeping or even not a hotel quality. We have to asked the room service to add a cushion or bed covers whatever but finally we just leave it all night and baby sleep with us.

The king size bed, comparatively cleanness is not enough and can feel itchy on skin.

The bathroom is fine, up to standard with a Japanese style electric toilet.

The balcony, not able to access coz the glass door handle is broken. Don't even want to ask to fix and nothing interest out there.

Intermittent disconnection of WIFI.

The only thankfully is the top floor Japanese restaurant who did a very good service for our lunch.

The hotel swimming pool is one of the reason why I chose this hotel, it is fun and you can spend the afternoon there with your family or sun breathing. There is also a indoor swimming pool and gym room at the top floor. It is really sweet of the hotel that arrange the surprise for the birthday guest. However, I found that there are few lights broken in the hotel room and it was a little bit dusty.
