Convenient for travelers using the Macao airport.

I stayed for a week. There is not much around the hotel so the environment was niece & quiet. Cleanliness is ok and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast menu is very basic & the same every morning do you get bored after the second day . It is a ripper for people who are using the Macao airport because it is just across the road. Pricewise,it is very compatible.

A strategic location hotel

The location is very strategic, just a walk away from the airport! So from this hotel to many other famous casinos in Macau, it's ideal to walk towards the airport to take the free shuttle buses available. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel for conveniences around Cotai area visit.

Convience at the Cost of Comfort and Cleanliness

If you're looking for a place to stay that's literally a stones throw from the airport, then this is your place. The people at the front desk were really nice but that doesn't make up for the exorbitant price or the uncleanliness of the room. Not sure if my room had ever been cleaned, and there was still dirty water pooling about in the tea kettle. Other than the convenience of being close to the airport, there is nothing else redeeming about this place. There are many better priced places further downtown.

When your a new comer staying for a night is convinient.Hotel is right in the front of the airport.The room is too dark and terrible smell but clean.
They offer only 2 minibottles of water and nothing to buy beverages.
No shuttle srvice and difficult to communicate in English. I book in a quite expensive rate.

Hotel is located right opposite Macau international airport which is good but not so good if you want to be in centre of town.. There are other hotel shuttle buses that service between airport and the respective hotels..
Hotel provided breakfast which was poor and quite inedible as it did not cater for westerners and the food provided was always cold. There is no coffee in the rooms and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on..there are no extra pillows provided if you just want to sit up..
The food at the hotels restaurant was okay....!
The doors on the elevators are quite dangerous as they close very fast and we often got hit by the doors closing on us.. Otherwise the elevators serviced well..
We were disappointed as the pool is only open for three months in the year and was closed when we were there in November.. There are no gym facilities or communal sitting area. Also almost no one speaks English..

Very convenient if you are flying into Macau. Pretty poor breakfast with no fruit of any kind and fake orange juice. The carpet was pretty stained and dirty in the room, but it is a nice looking place otherwise. Wifi was not good.

Very close to the airport

The entire hotel looks old and tired. We could not breathe well due to the odor in the entire building. Breakfast room staff was rude to chase diners out for LUNCH setup even we had a full cup of coffee.Swimming Pool was closed without prompt signge until we went there with full swimming gears.

Closest hotel to the airport - good for one night

We arrived after midnight for a 13 hour layover in Macau. Our requirements were simple - beds for the night and it had to be close to the airport. The hotel met these requirements. Just walk across the street from baggage claim and you're there. The lobby is immaculate but the rooms definitely could use updating. The beds, as other reviewers have said, were rock hard. Carpets were stained from cigarette burns and now I can see why most hotels in Asia provide slippers. The hardest beds I've ever slept on. I can't say anything about the free breakfast because we were too tired to partake.

Good hotel with the bad experience to find!

Pleasant hotel for a night stay while the information showing the way to get into hotel is bad. It shows in Hotel.com a short distance from Macau Port and is possible on map to walk there. But no more guidance provided on the Hotel Website how to get there from airport and Port. Although it is quite easy to find but before you know it does being difficult.

Bad Stay @ Golden Crown China Hotel Macau

Exterior look seems okay with exterior glass facade and a great lobby but room conditions is bad. Stinky carpet, rundown furnishing and towels are just some of the many displeasure for the stay. Even the taxi drivers gave utterly bad comments about the hotel and some refused to take us, chasing us to drop off a 5 second drive out of the hotel stand.

Hotel is SOLELY for Asians. English hardly spoken by anyone. Hotel.com advertises 2 pools, none in service. Hotel.com advertises 2 x separate restaurants ( 1 for Europeans, 1 for Asians)Not true, only 1 ( Asian) available.Carpets in room (s) stained baldly, manager showed me 3 rooms ( hoping to change) ALL in same condition. Bar ONLY served beer. Executive floor lounge shut. 1 x English TV station. They say it is a 4 star, Sorry, would JUST rate it a 1 plus.Stayed there for 3 nights ( 4 days) asked for manager every day, funny he was NOT around / available

hotel is just across the airport.
from the arrivals area, just take the escalator going up a floor, go out the airport and cross the street

you'll be greeted by the staff in Chinese but they can understand and speak a little English. main lobby and reception is on the 9th floor.

rooms is neat and clean, decent size but since the hallways are a bit small, oftentimes you can hear what the people passing by are talking about

borrowing adaptors required a deposit of 30 dollars each, but was refunded anyway so it was okay

convenient if you want to go to hong kong via taipa ferry terminal since the latter is just 15 mins away on foot. though you have to ask someone for directions as there were really no directional signs

since the hotel didn't have a shuttle bus to taipa ferry terminal, we wanted to take a cab, so that we won't have a hard time walking with our luggage, but taxis there won't give you a ride if you're just going to taipa ferry terminal so just walk

overall, the hotel was okay if you will mostly visit places in Taipa area

Very conveniently located opposite to hotel.

Easy travel to Taipa Village and Macau via the casino hotel shuttle buses at the airport. The hotel only provides a service shuttle to Presidente Hotel in Macau. Disappointment that there are no shuttles to Macau Ferry or Taipa Old Ferry Terminal.

I had a very early morning departure to Hong Kong on the ferry. Enquired about possibility to book a cab the night before or to hail one at the airport. The hotel staff's response was that I have to try and get one 1.5 hours before since it would depend on whether there are any passing cabs! My ferry time was 6am. I was up at 4am left hotel at 4.30am and there was cabs sitting right outside the hotel waiting for any early departure guests.

According to the cabby, there are usually cabs right outside for early guests like myself, so even a 5am or 5.15am cab ride would suffice for a 6am departure!

Pathetic support and knowledge.

The location of this hotel is perfect especially for those who are traveling to Macau for the first time. It is situated right across the airport which is very accessible and convenient because you will only need to cross the road after you exit from the airport and you'll reached the lobby of the hotel. For those who arrive at Macau using the Ferry just like I did, buses that pass by the airport are readily available.

The porter service is terrible, they are suppose to offer to carry luggage but this certain man did not do so when we wanted to store our luggage.
The breakfast that was said to be included in the hotel reservation, was terrible. The food look and taste dull, very little variety to choose.

Nice hotel but not very convenient.

Just in front of the departure area of the airport. Getting a cab during late nights is quite hard tho, and make sure you have local coins for the public busses. And there's no 24hr convenience store nearby too. The K store inside the airport is open until 11pm only.

Great Choice. Right ac cross road from airport. Can take Shuttles to major Hotels from airport, then from Major Hotels, shuttle to Main Ferry (to HK). In front of ferry terminal you can buy a hop-on-hop-off tour (MOP150). That takes you everywhere.We are not major gamblers. We stayed 3 nights. lots of time to get around and see the sights.You can also buy ferry tickets to HK, and Macau Tours in the arrival area of the airport.

The Hotel itself is an excellent choice. Clean, friendly staff, and nice clean rooms. Complement y Breakfast was excellent. Not much food in this area, but across street in airport MacDonald, and a great noodle bar.Lots of food in the \"City of Dreams\" area(take airport shuttle). Would stay again.

The room is fine but lack in complimentary, e.g. only 2 tea bags, no sugar or spoon.
No sanitary bag available.
Worse in breakfast. The food is almost same everyday, no variations and less options. Cold water isn't available.
The waitress is not really nice.
The most valuable thing is the strategic position, just across the airport.

Generous, accommodating and very relaxing

It was a very memorable stay. We almost didn't want to go out of the hotel. It is very accessible, quiet, generous, welcoming and comfortable, not to mention the relaxing view of the South China Sea and the not so busy Macau International Airport. We enjoyed everything including the food served during breakfast. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. When I get the chance to visit Macau again, I will not have to think twice, I'll stay in Golden Crown China Macau.

Lots of positives good room larger than expected for an airport hotel, easy access to taxi, bus & free shuttles making travel a breeze. Had hoped for the view of Macau, which went to one day stays and not the airport we had for 5 nights.

Due to it being the airport hotel they get a high proportion of transient travelers coming and going at all hours; none of whom appear to know how to use indoor voices at 11pm-4am.

Breakfast is not worth it save your money. We tried at different times of the sitting and food was cool or cold. I watched as they refilled the boiled eggs into the warmer from a bag this was good timing as I wanted one, only to find the were still fridge cold. Menu did not vary much just a change in the noodle type. Juice would remain unfilled for most of our sitting and when filled I would need to ask for a glass.

We just cross from airport to hotel, no need to take any transport. Can access the free shuttle buses from airport to other hotels. The hotel itself also provides 2 free rides per day to any location we want during our stay but not upon check-out.

We stayed on 17th floor and facing the airport. Room is big with good view. Can see the plane takes off from runway. Can also see sun rise if the weather is good. But the air-con was too cold. We have to turn off air-con to sleep.

At the time of booking it was told that the hotel had a swimming pool and it was open. But when we wanted to use the same they said that the same was closed for winters. Moreover the wifi as claimed by the site and the hotel did not work at all though a message or two on whatsapp did flash once. Very Dissapointed with these two things. Rest all was fine. But definately the hotel Needs that Something Special. The Location was good and there were no transfers to anywhere.

Generally acceptable, need better air condition

Air condition not functioning, no cooling air even controller set at 10 degree Celcius. Need improvement on air ventilation as outside weather is more cooling and fresher during winter time. Somebody went into one of our rooms to smoke and left Indian smell in other room after we had checked in on the first day. Swimming pool would be better if it is a warm water swimming pool during winter. Unfortunately can't swim during our stay in winter. Morning cafe is a little rigid, we can't just order a piece of cake and a cup of coffee, eventhough they had display of a few choices of cakes but only can buy and take away. Rooms are quiet and nice view of the airport. A good choice of stay as there are many free shuttle buses to the famous hotels like Venetian, Galaxy, Wynn, etc. Expedia need to improve by giving us confirmation of booking as urgent as possible, not one day before departure.

The location is great for us. The hotel is just in front of the airport, as our flight is early in the morning, so we choose this hotel, again their are difference type of buses go to difference casino, so you just need to go to airport and take the free bus. the hotel is clean but it is quite old hotel. We reached hotel at 2 p.m, but the cleaner not yet finish housekeeping our room, in the end we need to wait more than 15 mins.

The room was subject to hall and adjacent room noise which was bearable. Just across the street from the airport where buses to all parts of Taipa and Macau were available at about one fifth the price of a taxi ride. There is also a tourist information service to help with route information. The hotel was well worth the cost and I will return there again.

It was good but not the best - and for me the worst was that the AC only worked for a couple of days and then do matter what I said it did not work again for two weeks. The room carpet was not too old but badly stained. The people were VERY nice in spite of the lack of English speaking people. We befriended one young desk clerk who was an amazing help to us getting drivers and making arrangements - Ryan was super kind and a good friend to us. Being near the airport was the only benefit as far as location is concerned. It is handy for shuttles to and from casinos and everything else and the buses are easy to use unless you have no clue which one to take. We had the benefit of family and friends to seek advice. The food is oriental unless you request \"western\" cuisine but good quality and quite reasonable if you can keep the exchange rate straight in your head - the money sounds high but is not worth as much. A meal is generally between 2-3 hundred in Macau or Kong Kong dollars. It was a good choice of hotel for us even though the bed was like a rock!

WORST EXPERIENCE

The Hotel although is very conveniently located, a good property but highly mismanaged. In-room Menu folder was an absolute disaster. None of the staffs spoke English! The management should at least know that they are running a Hotel in an internationally famous location whereby many foreign tourists visit. They should have English Speaking staff. In-room Coffee maker looked liked it was never ever washed. The tray had nothing in it, no sugar, no Coffee Sachets, no tea. Bed Linens were lousy. I can go on and on and on. Except the Property, everything was a trash inside leaving apart the decors. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Aside from the hotel being conveniently located at the airport, the staff we're very nice and accommodating. You would feel that they go an extra mile to provide great service. The room was clean and our needs were taken care of. They allowed us for early check in, late check out and they even let us leave our baggage for several hours for free since our flight was late at night. I would definitely stay here again if I get to visit Macau again.

Large simple room next to airport and few kms away from Taipa Centre, this is much cheaper than other \"resorts\" nearby in the Cotai Strip. Good for people who don't want to gamble or spend time in the hotel. Fair service and fair in age. Not the best but it is worth staying.

in a city where hotel rooms cost an arm and leg, this hotel is value for money. favourite aspect: dree wifi in the rooms. for improvement: rooms need an upgrade. quite tired looking. staff need to be friendlier and more helpful. doorman didn't offer to unload suitcases from the taxi for example. he just stood there and watched.

I was allocated to a room at high flr with full sea and airport view.The room was clean and cosy. Especially for those who does nt fancy into gaming could find this a suitable location for short stay. At your door step, you get to walk over to the airport and if want to view the neon lights of macau city, may take a free shuttle bus outside the arrival hall.

Can't use a wireless internet

I book a standard room with free wireless internet, but I can't use it.
Non-smoking room is not good as some guest still keep smoking.
Moreover, it is so noisy especially the children in the morning.

Can be stay, but need to improve first.....

The room was too warm, due to air condition not blow out the cool air. whole night did not sleep well. The corridor air condition was cooling than inside room. as the staff told the temperature was control by air condition center system. so would not able to adjust to coolest

Excellent place to stay.

I couldn't be more satisfied. It is across the very small street of a very small airport (Macau International). I was allowed to check out at 1:30PM, and they offer free storage. They were also very friendly and spoke fluent English. You can go to the airport across the street and take a free casino shuttle to any casino on Cotai or on Macau Peninsula. They also offer shuttle services back until midnight, but in case you are partying late, the cab ride is about under ten bucks. Excellent place to stay.

HOTEL LOCATION IS NOT BAD JUST SERVICE IS 0 .
I THINK THEY EVEN DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH .
HOUSE KEEPING IS NO USE AT ALL .
THE ONLY THING AIRPORT IS ON YOUR DOOR STEP .

The room is clean but smell like cigarette smoking but when i checked out, i read a card that it is a no smoking area. I really have no idea where that smell came from.

價錢同住宿體驗不成正比，舊式酒店，裝修及設施都係好舊式，地毯感覺好潮濕，房間亦有少許味道，唯一優點就係響正機場對面，方便夜機/早機想住一晚的人。離市中心較遠

有95分，👌👍可惜只有茶包，無咖啡包，環境都整㓗，以為近機場會有飛機升降聲音，反而好靜，下次會再入住～～

性價比高的四星級酒店

由於是次旅遊來回均利用氹仔碼頭，該酒店與碼頭只是一個輕軌站之隔，交通便利。
服務員不論是在接待處、行李寄存處、房務部及餐廳均非常有禮並有效率。
酒店並非最新式豪華現代化的那種，但是房間設施齊全，性價比高！

만족해요^^

새벽 1시에 마카오에 도착해서 체크인했어요 혼자 여행이라면 공항에서 노숙했을텐데 가족여행이라 반나절밖에 못있지만 가격이 착해서 예약을 했었는데 정말 큰 만족이네요!!! 깨끗하고 조용하고 뷰가 너무 신기했어요~ 바로 앞이 공항이라 비행기 뜨고 내리는게 다 보이거든요^^ 그것 보는것도 쏠쏠한 재미이고 조식 먹었는데 밥도 맛있었어요 종류가 많은건 아니였지만 죽도 있고, 토스트에 볶은밥이랑 춘권, 베이컨 골고루 잘 챙겨 먹었네요 집에서도 아침은 안 먹는데 오랜만에 호텔 조식으로 즐거운 아침식사였어요^^ 직원분들도 친절하시고 너무 좋은거 있죠~ 담에 마카오에 새벽 비행기로 도착한다면 노숙 하시지 마시고 가격도 착한 이 호텔에 묵으세요^^

立地良き！WiFiは繋がりにくいのが残念、、、

立地がとても良いです^_^
空港2階:出発ロビーを出て真っ正面にあります。

深夜にチェックインしたのですが、ロビーの場所がわかりにくく、混乱しました。ロビーは別の階なので、宿泊される方は事前に調べておいた方が良いと思います！

WiFiが繋がりにくいのが不便でした。

しかし、立地を考えると、お値段としてはお得だと思います！

マカオ国際空港ターミナルビルの直ぐ隣で、横断歩道で１分ほど

航空機の乗り継ぎでマカオに宿泊する際は、最高の立地、

空港からはバス、タクシー、それに昨年末に開通したLRT（「ゆりかもめ」と同等で、車両を含む主要設備は日本製）で、マカオ市内への公共交通も至便。

ホテルより空港に戻り、レストランやコンビニ等の施設も簡単に利用できるが、深夜は全て閉店の為、自販機で飲み物とスナックを購入した（マカオ独自の交通系ICカードのMacau Passにて支払い）

当日は宿泊客が少なかったせいか、無料の朝食はフロント脇のレストラン内の1室で提供されたが、バイキングと称するものの、品数が少なく、ファーストフード店並み。そして朝食時間は7時～10時となっているが、10：10頃テーブルに座り離席の支度をしていた処（飲み物カップ等まだテーブル上にあり）、掃除するから移動するようと愛想の悪い男性係員に、何と地元方言の広東語（英語や北京語ではなく）で言われた。（一方、別のテーブルの中国本土男性客はまだ飲食中で、何も言われず）。

宿泊費は決して安くはないが、　サービスレベルは可もなく不可もない水準で、宿泊する場合はこれらを総合的に考慮した上で決めるべきと思います。
