Everything is amazing about this hotel, the service, the room, the location and etc. if you’re coming to Macau I highly recommend, the room is gorgeous and huge. I had the king size suite and it was the nicest room I’ve stayed in Macau. Amenities were also all there. The in room massage is also excellent

The best hotel! Treated like actual royalty

I wish I could have stayed longer it was without a doubt the highlight of my trip to Hong Kong/Macau region. Exceptional service (every single staff member went above and beyond to deliver the best service). The decor is exquisite, very palatial and beautiful flowers everywhere, they smell lovely and I couldn’t stop taking photos! Plus I had a view of the fountains from my room. There is so much to do from the gorgeous jacuzzi/pool area, the spa was dreamy and I loved my palace pedicure. Thats before the water fountains, the shops and the casino! Which were all brilliant too. I liked the casino as it was better laid out than other casinos in the area and more peaceful. The breakfast was top tier and I tried 99 Noodles which was super yummy. I honestly was not considering coming back to Hong Kong / Macau but now I must just to experience this fabulous hotel again. Thank you so much and I really appreciate the birthday truffles surprise too :)

Overall experience was good. Got a free room upgrade and late check out as VIP access benefits. Staffs at registration and room service were great, very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and big. However, not very happy with the service of a staff called Shawn 姜雙 at the cafe Sweets. He was extremely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. He sounded like he just want to get rid of us when we were paying at the cashier! Also, I was shocked that this hotel doesn't accept Alipay Hong Kong but only accept Alipay China, while even most of the local restaurants accept Alipay Hong Kong. Additionally, this hotel doesn't offer shuttle to Hong Kong and Macau ferry pier, while this is a basic service by almost all of the casino resorts in Macau. From the fact that they offer shuttle to Border Gate and Hengqin Port but not Hong Kong Macau ferry pier, and also only accept Alipay China but not Alipay Hong Kong, it gives the impression that this hotel only welcome mainland Chinese but not Hong Kong travelers, which is very disappointing.

Wynn Palace is a beautiful property. And the food was good in the restaurants and prices to eat were reasonable. A plus, staff let me check-in at noon. Currently, Cotai Express, a shuttle service for casinos, is still not operating. Thus, long lines for taxis in Cotai.

My best weekend escape staycation at Macau!

Overall the stay is all i asked for a weekend escape staycation! Great pool and was so chilled out at the poolside.

The only thing I’m feeling to cut out some points is the cable car works after 4:00pm. So that if you’re going there on public transfer, you need to pull your luggage under the sun to check in or check out. But i think the hours change only becoz we are still under pandemic with few tourist?

Btw, the in room breakfast next to window by the lake, along with the great bluetooth speaker playing my favorite music, was one of my best moment.

I spent my birthday in Wynn Palace, They upgraded my suite to be with fountain view. The room is spacious and clean! They prepared something for my baby. Everything in the room is perfect!

There’s one point that I think they can improve. Under the current pandemic, entering the swimming pool is needed to reserve in advance in order to control the capacity. On the second day, we went to the swimming pool but it was closed because the thunderstorm warning was on. I think they should deliver the message to the customers by a memo or voice message so the customer won’t make a trip but in vain.
Other than that, the stay is pleasant.

We are Hotel.com Gold member and we got a free upgrade to the Parlor Suite. That was a totally unexpected pleasant surprise! We are very satisfied with the elegant, comfortable and spacious Suite. It made us felt like home! Wynn Palace is a high class casino. The casino itself and the players there were all very high class. We enjoy delicious food. There are several really good restaurants in the casino we love. We had a wonderful time during our stay at Wynn Palace. We plan to come back every three months and we would love to experience more unexpected pleasant surprises in the future!

Beautiful but not caring.

I had a supper in the hotel and got a bad stomachache. I couldn't sleep well and vomited till the morning. I asked if they had any emergency medicines. They didn't have and told me to go to hospital. How could I take a taxi when I was vomiting again and again? I couldn't believe I got sick after having some foods in the exclusive hotel and they didn't prepare any basic emergency pills for guests.

EXCEPTIONAL in every way. We stayed for 4 nights, after a cruise which ended in Hong Kong (we took the ferry to Macau). From arrival, they took us the the VIP check-in area, as the regular area had a small line. As an Expedia silver/gold member they gave us a free room upgrade to a huge, 2-room Palace Suite overlooking the fountain/water show - which I dare say is more spectacular than the one at the Bellagio in Vegas (and more frequent). The hotel itself feels like a true palace (large hallways, fantastic decor), and the room is fully controlled by a touch pad (lights, TV, temperature, drapes etc); the bathroom even had an in-mirror TV! Service was flawless, we felt treated like royalty by all staff (check-in, 2nd floor pool, room attendant - they even left a hand-written note for my wife the first night!, gym, spa etc). The room had turndown service with small chocolates; coffee, tea and water all included. We tried multiple of their restaurants and the food was tasty. We also tried massages (30% off as Expedia VIP+ hotel) both at the spa (huge and beautiful) and in the room, with great service on both occasions. Visited the casino too, which seemed professional and busy, but did not gamble (we prefer other forms of entertainment). Everywhere we went, everyone seemed so polite and eager to help, and we felt welcome at all times, even as a minority (there are very few Caucasian foreigners in Cotai/Macau). Would go back in a heartbeat for another vacation.

Service with a heart, accommodation in grandeur

We were overwhelmed by the grandeur of the hotel! Wide array of breakfast selection. We had a relaxing stay at the pool area in the evening. And we have to thank Edward for his warm hospitality to us. We were trying to book for 3 nights but it was fully booked but I saw 1 night that is available so I booked for a night. Sad that we have to transfer to another hotel for our remaining 2 nights.

Fantastic stay

Of all the hotels we’ve stayed in Macau (and not counting the mega-expensive Ritz Carlton), Wynn Palace was by far the best experience. You could really tell a difference in the quality of the rooms (love the massive bathrooms), and more importantly the service of both the hotel staff and the people working at the f&b outlets. Ask for rooms with a view of the fountains that put on a Bellagio-style show (at a much smaller scale though) - they are a pleasure to watch. The highlights were definitely drinks at the bar (small but very intimate), and lunch at the Chinese restaurant. Location wise it’s a little out of the way but there are loads of free shuttle buses.

Everything was perfect! Staff members were very friendly, Fancy at the concierge was so helpful and patient; Emi and Zed were super friendly at the breakfast buffet, we talked and laughed while I enjoyed sumptuous breakfast.

The only limitations I felt that western and south Asian (none) dining options are very limited in the property.

Excellent staff, outstanding accommodation, a gem in Macau. First time staying with this hotel and got upgraded. Room and facilities are top notch. The most impressive part is the wonderful staff. All staff I met were very professional, very welcoming. I want to thank particularly Susan and Mary at the reception to arrange such a nice room according to my needs. There is very different vibes between living area and ground floor entertainment area. Personally, the music on the ground floor (shopping and dinning) are way too loud, and choice of songs are a bit too busy. Also, the bright red carpets do not match with the Italian style dece, which makes the atmosphere too \"grass-root\". Indeed, the hotel room and other amenities are just wonderful. Anyway, very satisfied!

Absolutely palatial, even the most basic of rooms. Our Expedia VIP status was not recognised initially, however it was rectified swiftly, with an upgrade to a top-floor suite - easily the most beautiful hotel room I’ve ever stayed in across the world! We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed - this was the main reason we booked the hotel, and the maintenance was not mentioned on Expedia - however the room more than made up for it. The free shuttle buses into town, central and airport/ferry terminals was also brilliant. Highly recommend the SW Steakhouse, for the excellent service, food, and ‘eclectic’ animatronic shows every 30 minutes! Special mention for the bellboy Peter (NBA fan from Guangdong!) who helped us with our exit, what a lovely guy!

In my opinion the Wynn palace Macau is probably one of the greatest hotels in the world. Everything is far superior than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I stayed in hundreds of them The staff is excellent, the facilities are amazing, housekeeping is incredible, and I couldn’t have had a more enjoyable relaxing trip than I could’ve ever imagined. My only sad point was leaving but to overcome this I will be returning in the very near future. If you go to Macau make sure you block the Wynn Palace. Regardless of the price you can’t go wrong

Returning to this amazing hotel, made us happy. Wynn Palace is a top representative of the Hospitality Industry, whereas for sure the building and rooms are formidable, but here the fame is made by the staff !! A warm welcome and efficiency by skilled people, good service, excellent room service, VIP check out and upgrading to a Palace suite room. Feeling pampered. A superb gastronomical breakfast buffet and a jolly good authentic Thai Resto In the Casino. ( We live in Thailand, so we know). Wynn's Palace can be part of an American Chaine, but this hotel has the perfect match/mixture with warm genuine Asian charm. We certainly will return. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Wynn Palace. With my hotel’s.com gold status, they upgraded us to the Parlor Suite, perhaps the most beautiful hotel room I’ve ever seen. All the details were a perfection. The spa was simply stunning, the massage we received was amazing and we really enjoyed the luxurious facility. We tried Wing Lei and Mizumi restaurants and they were absolutely delicious. The staff throughout our stay was very professional and helpful. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in the world.

This hotel was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere. The design and beauty and attention to every detail of the design is absolutely stunning. Lived like a king

It was an amazing experience start from the checkin till we checkout out. Everything just grand and hospitality is extra ordinary. We got upgrade to suite and it was massive and every detailing of the items on the room(almost 1 bed room apartment ) with all the smart feature in the room, massive full wall window with great view.
Our wow moment was there through our the stay.
