Excellent stay and room was huge and of high standard. They added fruit and conrad slippers. All was all good but when I checked in they said ring 0 to book breakfast for the next day, so it would be cheaper. I rang reception 3 times that night and no one picked up. The hotel is great but some staff are a bit lacking and sleeping next to their Big Ben version is a little annoying having the dongs every hour, overall good though

Great hotel on main strip in Macao - this hotel is part of the londoner group so other hotels like Parisian and Venetian can be accesed easily. Huge amount of options for dining and casual eating but also easy to get to other luxury hotels on strip for shopping and food. The room was spacious and luxurious. Service was fantastic. Stayed at the Conrad because I love the bath product brand Byredo which they use for this resort location. Very convenient that it connects to the other resorts and the room was very spacious. Customer service was great from the reception to concierge. Complimentary shuttle bus to terminal was helpful too!

Conrad Macao was definitely one of my favourite hotels. The entire hotel from outside and inside was very clean & luxurious. It is connected to the Londoner hotel and has an accessible shopping mall so you don’t have to walk outside in the heat! All the hotels are almost all connected, almost like Las Vegas. The room felt really grand, it almost made me feel like royalty.

Seamless and memorable stay at Conrad Macau

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Macau, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is excellent — the rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to offer a luxurious and relaxing stay.

What made our visit truly memorable, however, was the absolutely wonderful service provided by the staff. In particular, Ms. Ada and Mr. Vincent Lin went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and special. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were simply extraordinary. They made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured every aspect of our stay was perfect.

The ownership of Conrad Macau is truly fortunate to have such dedicated and outstanding employees like Ms. Ada and Mr. Vincent Lin. Thanks to them, our experience was not just great — it was exceptional. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macau.

Calls to service line were picked up quickly. The only thing that can be improved is the tv remote control. We stayed in two rooms during our visit. Both tv controls did not work. The one in the last bedroom continued not working after the technician came.

Every hotel staff I have met treat you like a valued customer. They are genuinely interested to offer you the best service and travel advice. I am really looking forward to return to this hotel somewhere day. Unfortunately, I don't enjoy some perks because I don't visit the casinos. But the shopping across the bridge in Venetian is simply outstanding. The gym facilities and staff including free yoga and body training classes were simply something I have not expected before in any other hotels and cruises! I wish I had booked for a longer stay. I stayed only 3 nights because most reviews suggest a shorter stay.

3 of us stayed over the past week. exceptional and attentive service. Brought over a birthday cake just after midnight for us too ! It was a delicious chocolate cake.

_Room was spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds, a large bathroom, and views of the Cotai Strip and Taipa and the big ben. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

There is a nespresso machine and kettle. Just wished there was green tea in the tea selection. Also wished there were 3 cups instead of only 2 each.

The Conrad Macao offers an impressive range of facilities, including a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and a spa. The pool has offered views of the surrounding area of Venetian and big ben.

The Conrad Macao is located within walking distance to several major casinos, shopping malls, and entertainment venues. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the airport, as well as to various locations around Macau.

1. Front desk staff attempted to charge me full room rate although I've paid via Expedia.

2. All the shampoo, bath soap, conditioner, and body lotion in room are provided in refillable bottles instead of brand new small bottles. The body lotion bottle was even empty which obviously someone miss to refill it.

3. Breakfast at Churchill is a mess. At first front desk staff failed to inform me about breakfast details when I checked in although it is booked via Expedia. Luckily I remember I have booked the breakfast and manage to call the CS staff later on to secure a booking time. However, even though I show up on time in front of the restaurant receiption, I still need to queue for more than 20 minutes before I can sit in, and it was a weekday.

有点尴尬的住宿体验：我们一共住了四个晚上，第一天抵达办理入住时，前台的Robyn(?)服务超级友善，令第一次入住康莱德酒店的我们为之惊艳；随后的入住及隔天的早餐，都令我们决定之后就加入希尔顿集团。但之后几天的早餐及服务就每况愈下，特别是最后一天的早餐，可能因为人比较多，整体质量落差比较大。我们订的是套房，尽管酒店整体禁烟，但我们入住的期间，房间弥漫着浓厚的烟味，即便有空气净化器，还是烟味很重。

The Conrad Macao Cotai is a five star hotel and the staff, service, room comfort and amenities are all excellent, as is the location. The room was quite comfortable and the bed was great.

It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I loved the big bathtub in addition to the king sized bed, room service, and friendly staff.

Conrad has always provided me with exceptional service. Their attention to details is what set them apart from most major hotel chains. I was impressed they even surprised my sister with a birthday cake in our room. We didn't make the request though it was my sister birthday when we checked in. That surprises us and impresses us at the same time. The room was comfortable an was huge, had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower that's across our hotel. Conrad truly is exceptional. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel. Location was fantastic as well, near venetian mall as well. The check in process was by far some of the best I've experienced, there was completely no queue and no wait time. I was even shown to my room by the front desk staff.

Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke

This is NOT a smoke-free hotel, as advertised on Hotels.com. We chose the Conrad over other hotels in the area because it said smoke-free hotel (apparently this is the Conrad's fault not Hotels.com). When we checked in, the frontdesk woman asked if we wanted smoking or non-smoking room. We were shocked. Of course we took the non-smoking room option, and of course it still smelled of smoke. The hotel brought an air purifier into the room to help but it didn't work. It was a real shame because otherwise the hotel is lovely - excellent location, very comfortable bed, super friendly/helpful staff. My overall 3-star review is solely to do with the smell of the smoky room. If that's not a concern for you than the Conrad hotel is great. I think most/all casino hotels offer smoking rooms, so it's probably hit-or-miss with getting a non-smoking room that a guest hasn't actually smoked in.

Beyond 5-star service!

Wonderful check-in experience for my first time stay at Conrad! Very kind & thoughtful staff (Mandy) at the check-in desk saw me with my elderly parents, and offered to upgrade us to a beautiful suite. So my parents didn’t have to wait longer for getting our room (standard room that I had originally booked) to finish housekeeping. She even called to our room just to check if anything was fine with us, and whether we were happy with our room! Today is actually the Chinese New Year, and all the Conrad staffs like her must be incredibly hectic with the full house guests already. Nevertheless, for such professional and outstanding service that she had provided to us, we are much appreciated and impressed! Will definitely spread the word, and return to stay at Conrad again!!!
