We stayed in the Cotai Vista Suite. Exceptional facilities, fabulous view. Really large room,with multiple facilities.
However,the service and staff left a bit to be desired.
The checkin took almost 45 mins. And there weren't too many guests either. Probably 8-10. And this with 6 people handling them. It was painstakingly slow.
Same while checking out, we asked for someone to get our luggage to storage and it took 20 mins for someone to come. And then while collecting the luggage,it took another 20 mins for them to find out luggage, even with a proper tag and everything.
Rest property and facilities are excellent. Lots of decent restaurants.
Look out for Food republic,Din Tai fung and Gala,both have reasonably priced food. Most food places close by 10 pm though. The really pricey ones stay open. Keep that in mind.

The Celebrity Tower at Studio City was very busy for check in, and there was lots of noise due to building works going on in the hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful, the room was perfect. Good overall experience at a very reasonable price 👌

I recently stayed at Studio Macau Hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience. We had booked two rooms, and the staff went above and beyond to arrange them right next to each other, which we really appreciated. The service was excellent throughout our stay—everyone was professional, attentive, and welcoming. The reception team, in particular, was outstanding, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free experience. Overall, a great stay with top-notch hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future!

Studio City is conveniently linked to the Lotus LRT station, which is 5 stops away from Airport LRT station and only 1 stop away from the Hengqin LRT station where the Macau-Zhuhai customs is located.

No complaints about the hotel room except for the occasional booming noise at night caused by the Grand Illumination Show at the neighboring Parisian hotel

Hotel isn't as grand as the other hotels in the Cotai Strip, but have more affordable food options at Studio City.

I had a wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel and would highly recommend it!

The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for two people. We were pleasantly surprised to find free snacks like Oreos, Calbee biscuits, and M&M chocolates, as well as complimentary drinks, including Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Macau beer, and herbal tea. A nice touch was the free-flow plain water available at all times.

The bed was incredibly large and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic—right above Don Don Donki for convenient shopping, and there was a stunning, clear view of the Macau Eiffel Tower from our room.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with a clogged toilet bowl, but the cleaner promptly attended to it and resolved the problem immediately.

One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful surprise the hotel arranged for us. We mentioned that we were there to celebrate our anniversary, and they prepared a beautiful rose along with a delicious cheesecake with red velvet inside. They also arranged a lovely flower bed display, which my husband and I truly appreciated.

The front desk staff was polite, friendly, and very welcoming, making us feel at home. Additionally, the hotel offers shuttle buses to various places, which makes getting around extremely convenient. It’s also within walking distance to major malls like The Venetian Macao, The Londoner, Wynn Palace, and City of Dreams.

Overall a lovely property and there was even a free minibar thrown in. Service level of the staff was also excellent and in line with that of a five star casino resort.
The downside of the hotel is that there are limited dining options available in Studio City.

Requested a non smoking option and they could only supply a smoking room with they said they cleaned which still smelt heavily of cigerets and found blood stained on some of the pillows. Looked to be bleached or attempted but was very unsure. Paid for an upgraded room and didnt get what we asked for.

There is no customer service regarding the shuttle bus drivers. Their attitude is obnoxious. I’m a first timer to this hotel. The bus stopped at a hotel. I’m honestly not sure if they are the same place or a cluster of places that share a bus stop. So I asked the driver while I was getting off. He could simply told me I should get off at the next stop. Instead, he blamed me for not hearing him clearly. There is another time when I wanted to know if I could get on this bus or where is the bus station. The driver was unloading passengers and I waited till everyone was out and then I asked him if I could hop on. He did not even bother to answer but simply waived at me/brushing me off. It was that bad.
And here comes the second problem: the shuttle bus hall direction is unclear. It has a sign at the main entrance with shuttle schedule. But it does not say that the shuttle stop is somewhere else. Naturally, when someone sees a bus schedule and would assume that this is the place to get on it. They should put a sign or print something next to the schedule that says this is not the shuttle bus hall. Indeed, they have overhead signs that says where the shutttle bus hall is. But it is not clear enough. I hope they can improve it. Everything else is great.

Amazing hotel for family with kids
So many options of fun for kids from indoor water park that is better then Disney’s and I have been to them all !
The hotel stuff from the house keeping team all the way to the hotel manager were friendly and intuitive to make our stay perfect.
This is our second time here and we can’t recommend it enough .

Staff assigned me for a higher floor and picked up the key, he mentioned the room wasn't ready (5:30pm). After 2 mins the conversation was changed saying the room is OOO and new room assigned to lower floor. If booked for the basic room that's completely fine. However, a suite was booked and the staff didn't know what he was talking about. Honestly wasted an hour just to figure that out. Nothing but fraustrated.

First of all, all the staff from front desk to the lobby are very friendly, helpful and polite. They are very willing to help and answer you all question. For the spacious room they arranged is on high floor with a great view of the water park. The toilet is spacious. The shower is cozy. They even provide bath salt which is so thoughtful. We enjoyed that view and the room a lot. Really recommended to stay at the star tower of this hotel, so as the water park.

I love this property! There is something for everyone. Shopping, gambling, and dining, to name a few. The Golden Reel was also fun. It was too cold to swim when we went there but how I wish it wasn't. I haven't seen a better pool in Asia to date. Perfect place for a family vacation. Surely people with kids will appreciate this place most.

My worst hotel experience in Macau

Checking in at the front desk spent us not long but 3 other staffs has come to look at the computer screen and chatting. My privacy was totally not being respected.

Trash bin in toilet was full of used tissues, and the toilet paper roll wasn’t tidy up when I first got into the room. I called to the front desk to complain and they just sent a guy to replace the trash bin and toilet paper roll. Not even to sterilise the toilet area.

They agreed to give us another room upon our request but has kept us waiting in the room for 15 minutes and then a staff knocked on the door to pass us the new key while playing his mobile phone.

I have requested for a smoking room and late checkout at 1:00pm has been remarked for the first room. But the new room I got was a non-smoking room, we didn’t call the front desk as we were too hungry and rushing out for dinner. So my friend had actually stopped smoking throughout our stay.

And finally, front desk called to my room at 11:20am and told me I am late to checkout. Obviously they have forgot to copy the late checkout remark from the first room to new room. My day was ruined as I was waking up by a call which telling me “I am late”.

As per the current Coronavirus outbreak, I trusted every hotel is taking serious precautions to make sure the entire premises is clean, but they has even forgotten the most basic room cleaning procedures.

Customer service was terrible as this is a 4.5 stars hotel of a well known corporation.

We were very satisfied of the warm welcome given to us by the staff. Actually, we were surprised that our booking was in the star tower (higher category). Received numerous complimentary upon arrival till departure (Stayed 3days/2nyts) and we were glad as well as overwhelmed of the well accommodation given by Ms. Cloris (front desk staff) and Mr. Arman (conceirge staff)...It is our first time in macau but felt very welcomed by the studio city staff!

I loved the service! From the concierge, bellhop to the front desk to the room attendant, service rendered was excellent, plus everyone was friendly and pleasant. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. As for areas to improve on: personally I think, you have a lot of wasted open areas that you could maximize use of, by adding more food choices and/or better yet, putting up more entertainment facilities for both adult and children guests in the future. Uncomfortable beds! Extra fees for everything.

There was a top up fees of HK$230 for changing to a room with 2 single beds, which I found it was rather unnecessary. And for buffet, they don’t even have discount for senior guests. Everything was more expensive there, although this hotel is lacking in facilities and variety compared to the other casino hotels. Couldn’t sleep well due to uncomfortable sinking beds.

Staff are amazing, from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you walk out. Our first room was noisy due to renovations, went to reception and they gave us a room swap without any questions!
Premier bar was our go to for a drink every night - Kaye was amazing! Always welcoming and going the extra mile to come say hi and make sure we had everything we needed!
Would highly recommend this place! Something for all ages to do! Thanks for our stay!

Enjoyable stay with good services of staff. Hotel is new and comfortable.
Special thanks to front desk Ms Heejin for the very good staff who took us up to the room and introduce. Also thanks to luggage counter Arman for the considerate and ask if we need a paper bag for our box of fruits which helps a lot and easier for us to carry. He also send us to the taxi station to catch the cab! Unforgettable stay!

The pool is amazing for the young ones. But for adult indoor pool, we were unable to access.

Staff are very helpful and check in was a breeze.

My room faces the Parisian and definitely wish to thank the hotel.com website and hotel for the beautiful arrangement.

Overall stay is good, just that when i check-out and the reception took quite a long time with the checking. As i was told that how come when i check-in and the reception collected HKD3500 as deposit from me, instead of HKD2500, which i already made a full payment earlier on. I heard the reception lady called (Abby) called and checked if i'm under POA??? Anyway, i still managed to get my deposit HKD3500 back.

今年三月住過新濠影匯的\"巨星匯\"之後，我就對其高質量的服務品質印象深刻，深具好感！
這次再次入住，品質仍舊一如既往的美好！
客房空間寬敞、整潔舒適，臥床及枕頭軟硬適中、非常舒服，給我一夜好眠!
備品齊全、好用，所提供的水果、飲品和食物，其品質鮮美、可口，讓人滿意(唯一美中不足的是所提供的\"白開水\"稍嫌不足) 。
無論前台人員或是後勤的行李服務員，其態度都非常積極且親切有禮。
更令人驚喜的是，我大約13:30提前抵達，前台客服很乾脆地讓我即刻入住，並且讓我延後到14:00退房，這份體貼讓我莫名感動，感覺她簡直就是個天使！可惜我視力不好，看不清她名牌上的名字，無法在此點名向她道謝。
總評：經過這二次住宿巨星匯的體驗，在我心目中\"巨星匯\" 無論人、事、物等軟硬體之表現，都是一流的，以後到澳門旅遊，我仍會將其列為\"必住\"的選項之一。
