This was our second overnight stay at this hotel en-route from the UK. The hotel is spotless and the beds are very comfortable. Our shower, however, had a gap in the doors which spewed water onto the bathroom floor whenever we used it.

There are no tea & coffee facilities in the room, only 2 bottles of water, which were welcoming. There is also no fridge. I did send a request to the hotel via Expedia asking if they had any rooms with a fridge and I received a reply saying it wasn't possible but they would try to accommodate us but when I asked at reception I got a firm 'No'. They did, however suggest that we could go to the kitchen and ask for an ice bucket and ice cubes which we did, the kitchen staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The evening menu is very limited, we ordered the burger and have to say it was one of the best burgers we have ever had.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful with everything you could ever ask for, there is fruit and cereals, cold cuts, and lots of hot food choices, bacon, sausages, mini sausage balls, baked beans, scrambled eggs, ratatouille and potato wedges.

It is an easy exit from the motorway and although the motorway is close by it was very quiet.

All in all a good stopover hotel and we would stay there again.

Maximum recommended place to stay

We booked a standard double room for our stay over for a night, but then one of our friend decided to join us. We called the reception few hours before our arrival and asked for a room change, instead of 2 rooms we got a full apartment in Mirador Apartments behind the restaurant complementary. The whole apartment was really clean and had all amenities needed, even a small kitchen and a balcony. We were really satisfied with the service and also the buffet breakfast in the morning. It had everything fresh and locally sourced like eggs, fresh cucumber and tomatoes, croissants, few types of marmalade etc
The hotel has a pool facility as well and it’s located in the middle of Black Forest with plenty of possibilities for a wonderful day out and about.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here in 30 days.

First time was excellent, beautiful large family room, brilliant breakfast, great facilities and friendly staff. Top notch!

But we stayed here on our way back from Czech Republic on 10/8/2023. Lovely sized room for us but when we opened the bathroom door the smell of fresh lit cigarettes and an open sewer was intense.

We reported it to the staff and they said 2 others reported the cigarette smell also and she’d investigate

Upon returning from the spa windows were open to allow the room to ventilate but in the morning it was worse and the smell from the toilet was vile

I like the hotel but room 539 il never stay in again or anything on that floor

I would have expected to be moved if space allowed but no note or communication was left.

On departure I mentioned again and they said they’d get maintenance to check.

If no other rooms available on other floors next time, I think We will use a different hotel sadly

Excellent hotel - arrived tired, left refreshed!

I loved this hotel and would make an effort to stay again. It's modern, spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The Spa was amazing and just the tonic to relax with. The bed was fantastic. I slept so well. I arrived jaded and left relaxed and refreshed. The staff were really great - friendly and helpful. A great find, thanks in part to the previous positive reviews.

Pretty bad no accommodation for disabled people and a service dog had extra charge. Parking was almost a block away to walk to hotel room. No disabled parking outside entrance! Hotel staff would not accommodate this necessity!

Happy repeat customer when in Frankfurt area!

Very convenient drive to Frankfurt airport. A very clean, quiet property with plenty of parking and an early sumptuous breakfast which was included with our stay. Room included very comfortable large bed and well appointed bathroom with a convenient magnifying mirror on the wall. Sauna and pool were relaxing and excellent. Front desk happily and quickly printed off our travel documents when we asked. The hotel is situated right off the autobahn and walking distance into the town and near a small area of various shops including a grocery store.

Check-in and check-out was amazingly fast. Thank you!! Very clean room and hotel, friendly staff. One fish and one meat dish at the dinner food buffet (or a la carte but we didn't choose that option). Breakfast buffet also had ample choice. But don't be late for breakfast, the buffet closes on the dot (even the coffee!! ARGH!!)

The hotel is in a good location not to far from the main highway. The hotel is clean. Our dinner was disappointing not the food or the speed it arrived but the staff. Our waitress with long blonde hair, not tied up might I say which I thought odd. Was not very professional. I asked her about a large plate of food as I was hungry and she recommended a dish which turned out to be smaller than my wife's even after I repeatedly mentioned that I was hungry and looking for action plate of food and she did not mention the buffet. After our food was delivered we are and she did not return to see if we were enjoying our food until we were finished and she was not very busy we were watching. When she cleared our plates she did not ask us if we would like anything else and left us sitting with empty glasses for 10 minutes. We them had to ask someone else for our bill. However the breakfast was very nice and the staff friendly

Hotel was a bomb site!

Not at all impressed. We had not been advised in advance that some considerable building works were currently in progress to refurbish the reception area. The actual temporary entrance was not easy to find. The usual main entrance was closed. Parts of the hotel resembled a bomb site! Not very pleasant! The room was ok without being impressive. The food, evening meal and breakfast were ok.

Nice hotel if you don't want to stay in nearby Wiesbaden. About 20 Min. drive to Wiesbaden, Frankfurt and the airport.

The hotel no longer has a full service spa which is the only reason we stayed. We got put into a separate building from the main building which made getting to facilities difficult. We had to wade through a business convention in our swimwear to get to the pool. The pool was very small and only 4 ft deep all around. We had planned to stay for 3 days but after the spa let down and the distance of getting around we checked out the very next morning.

Disappointment at the Ramada

The location is remote to everything, requiring a pre arranged taxi for going anywhere. If you need to change dollars to Euros forget about the front desk, One of them looked at me and said: \"Sir we are not a bank. \" I said you are not a hotel either, so why are we here???
The so called airport shuttle is nothing more than a shared taxi that you pay 20 euros fee. And you might have to carry one of your bags on your lap.
The attitude of the staff especially the Front Desk and Restaurant is nothing short of arrogant. Never again would We stay at this Ramada. And if this is indicative of their overall management philosophy , We will never stay in another Ramada hotel !!

Dog friendly comfortable hotel with great WiFi

We checked in half an hour after the stated check in time after a very long car journey to be told our room was not available, and we had to wait another half an hour before it was ready which was quite annoying. There was no offer of a tea or coffee or drink from the bar, which would have been a better way of dealing with the delay! Other than that, the hotel itself was great for an overnight stop, good (although quite hot) room, comfortable beds, great free WiFi, good shower, and plenty of tea and coffee supplies. The Bistro restaurant was not open but the alternative was a buffet restaurant which also had a la Carte choices and we had a nice meal with very good service. Breakfast was also good and included in our rate. The hotel is next to large theatre and close to the motorway but not much else within walking distance. The hotel was very dog friendly which was important to us. The staff provided some food and a water bowl in the room.

Good: Excellent sauna and steam bath

Bad: the pool is a star shaped soaking tub. Pool, sauna, steam, fitness area is only open in the evenings. Forget your morning exercise routine.

For example, on Thursdays the pool tub/sauna/steam room/fitness area is open for only 2 hours (8-10pm)

No air conditioning controls in room - very hot in July!

Restaurant is quite expensive.

No aircon and no bar!

Arrived from UK on motorcycle in 38°C to find hotel didn't have aircon nor could they provide us with a fan. The receptionist wasn't at all helpful and didn't appear to be interested despite our obvious discomfort due to the heat wave (though she did have her own fan to keep cool!).
Once we'd unpacked in the very basic room (no fridge, tea/coffee making facilities) we ordered tea in the room. When this arrived we then had to order milk as it wasn't supplied with the tea (though sugar was). When we decided to go for a cold drink we were informed the bar was shut even though it was a Saturday night. Also one of the 2 restaurants was also closed leaving us with a very limited menu in the 1 remaining facility that was open. However the breakfast buffet served the following morning was to a high standard.
Overall this is a conference hotel that is not geared for the traveller. It's in a remote location that is only useful if visiting the adjacent theater which was also closed during our stay.

I came for trade show in Frankfurt. The hotel is about 30 km from the city. Night before fair cost 50 EU and during fair 170 EU. No Coffey set in the room, no fridge in the room, no iron in the room, no swimming pool. Opening hours of bar and restaurant very limited. Nothing to do nearby at the evening. Everything close at 8 pm. For that price I expect more.
Breakfast was grate, for extra price.

This place sucks the bed was extremely hard there was no shampoo only 1 towel the sheets smelt like smoke and I ordered a burger which was 11 euro on the menu from room service they charged me 20 dollars for it at check out and I only took 1 bite because it looked like it was cooked the day before it was nasty and I told them about it and they said we'll you already signed for it when I received it

Great Journey Breaker

Decided to break our journey to Belgium, handy location, easy parking, friendly staff and well organised. Bar was shut, but there's a 24 hour refreshments dispenser with beer and wine at reception. Room had a quirky offset triangular design to transform the standard box into something a little more interesting. Breakfast choice and quantity was phenomenal. UK 3 and a half star experience at UK motel prices!

Great experience, the steaks are superb!

Stayed at this hotel a view days ago, nice renovated rooms. A little bit at the outskirts from Wiesbaden, but next to A3. Had a Steak at the Micadors, dry age beef at a great Price compared to other restaurants.

Das H+Hotel ist ein normales großes und modernes Hotel in der Nähe einer Autobahnausfahrt. Die Zimmer sind groß, gut ausgestattet, aber etwas steril (weiße Wände ohne Bilder). WLAN und Saftspender waren bei voller Auslastung etwas überfordert. Die Parkplätze sind etwas weit vom Eingang angelegt. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass nach der frühzeitigen Stornierung meiner Partnerin fast der gesamte Preis einbehalten wurde.
