This room would be legally non-compliant in the UK; however, France may have different safety regulations. The third bed is on a loft (approximately 6 ft × 4 ft) built above the bathroom and can only be accessed via a ladder, which has to be retracted to allow movement on the main level.
There are two beds in the main room, which are just about suitable for an average-sized person. However, space is very limited, and it’s difficult for two people to move around at the same time. One person often has to step aside to allow the other to pass.

A bit out from the city centre but still easy enough to get to—makes sense given the cheaper price compared to other places. Finding the entrance from the bus stop was a bit tricky. I got a room with an awesome view of the windmills by the nearby museum. It was already pretty warm in early May, but I just opened the window and it was fine. The downside was that the hotel’s near a parking lot, and with the window open, I got woken up early by some noisy people out there. Still, the bed was super comfy, and the bath was great. They had free tea, coffee (with takeaway cups), and cookies too, which was a nice touch.

No a/c in the middle of the summer. No fan. Windows open, but no screen, so the bugs come in and it’s very unsafe for children. The sink was clogged up in our first room, so they moved us to a room with a clogged toilet. Staff was ok, but I’d never stay again. Terrible experience.

The hotel is just outside of the main city centre, however for a budget hotel it was very good. Good uber service available. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were a bit small for 3 grown ups to share, but all in all a very nice budget hotel.

Room was tiny. Walls easily transmitted sound from other rooms and corridors. Late at night cars were drag racing and doing donuts in car park next door at windmill museum making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was ok but only one waitress who couldn’t cope with serving and clearing so dirty plates and cups everywhere. Plus points were the reception staff friendly and location close to museum of modern art. Plenty of free parking.

This would have been a reasonable stay if i had only booked 1 room. My family group had difficulty checking in and i was informed i had made mistakes on my booking. We were charged incorrectly for our rooms with no offer to resolve this. The hotel was clean and adequate for our stay.

If there is something local to this hotel you are visiting (within walking distance) then its a great place to stay.

This has to be one of the worst hotels We have stayed at in our many years of travelling. The staff are lazy. The beds were broken. We were Put in a room immediately above a wedding reception which went on till 3.30 am. The WiFi never worked. The towels were grey. The hair dryer ignited when we went to use it, and the desk clerk said, \" what Ican do ?\". The bath taps were coming away from the wall. Two guests, one tea bag??. No sugar. Paper cups in room for tea and coffee. No thanks. Never again.

L'hôtel est dans un endroit perdu,des clochards font la Manche à l'entrée et on a eu des voitures qui faisaient des freins à mains sur le parking devant la chambre. Pas de ventilation, beaucoup de moustiques,il y a un lac à côté.

Chambre avec mezzanine propre. Sachets de thé, biscuits, la base pour moi (pas de bouteille d’eau mais pas grave). Par contre, baignoire (je préfère les douches), le débit d’eau est trop bas, une galère pour se laver. Les toilettes sont propres mais pareil, débit d’eau trop bas, une galère pour évacuer le contenu (rien qu’un papier part difficilement), pas de brosse de toilettes (on n’a pas à demander ça, c’est une base). J’ai eu la chance de ne pas avoir laisser une grande trace de ma part. Le jeune gars de l’accueil devrait faire une formation d’apprentissage du sourire, à moins qu’il ait été sujet à des problèmes gastriques. Lors de mon départ, j’ai eu affaire à une dame et un monsieur qui savent sourire et ça fait plaisir

Nous séjournons dans cet hôtel chaque fois que nous venons passer un week-end à Lille. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié. Seul bémol : les salles de bain auraient besoin d’être rénovées.

Wij hadden dit hotel geselecteerd op de aanwezigheid van een restaurant en een shuttle bus. Echter allebei niet aanwezig, dit hadden wij graag van tevoren geweten. Restaurants waren op loopafstand aanwezig maar moesten wij wel uitgebreid naar vragen. Zelf uitgevonden dat er een taxi tegen een afgesproken prijs bereid was ons te halen en te brengen naar Lille braderie. Hier zou door het hotel wat actiever op geacteerd kunnen worden. Verder een prima locatie en dito ontbijt.

A very basic room without any frills. Hard bed, hard pillow. Hot evening but because tree branches outside were skraping on the window we had to keep it closed to avoid insects and squirrels in the room!! Area ok, quiet but reminded of school campus.

La chambre louée était une 2x lit de 80. La chambre était petite et les 2 lits se touchaient.
Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre alors que ce n'était pas la canicule dehors. On a donc dormi la fenêtre ouverte et on s'est fait dévorer par les moustiques.

De kamer was niet ruim met z'n tweeën maar we hoefde er toch alleen maar te slapen dus dat maakt ons wenig uit.
Waar we wel blij om waren was dat de bedden niet zo hard waren als het vorige hotel. Bij dat vorige hotel smaakte het kraanwater naar chloor maar hier niet dus we konden gewoon water drinken om onze dorst te lessen.
Op 500m lopen zit ook een goede italiaan waar je lekker kunt eten na een dag rijden.
De ochtend van vertrek waren we 30 min te vroeg bij het ontbijt maar het stond al klaar en toen we het vroegen, mochten we al gaan ontbijten dus we waren mooi op tijd weer aan het rijden.
Alleen het tafeltje bij de wasbak was kapot, voor de rest was alles in goede staat

Preiswert mit allem was man braucht
Wir haben hier eine Nacht auf der Durchreise verbracht und das Hotel war genau richtig für uns. Im Zimmer gibt es alles, was man braucht, wobei es mit zwei großen Koffern schon eng ist. Da wir aber nur eine Nacht übernachtet haben, war das kein Problem für uns. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war ruhig, wir haben gut geschlafen.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Les chambres sont confortables, le personnel accueillant et attentif aux besoins de la clientèle, les petits déjeuners très bons et variés. Seul bémol, la salle de bain qui aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie ( traces d’humidité au plafond, éclat dans le revêtement de la baignoire )
