It's my secnd stay in this hotel and I would pick this hotel again if I will be in the area. Rooms are spacious, well presented and equiped (except few wear and tear I have no concerns), also staff are very friendly and helpful. Also check out at 12pm... the best!

The receptionist was particularly helpful and the rooms were really clean and spacious.
The only thing was the room was too hot (but we were able to open the balcony door to cool the room down. However it was very cold outside so maybe the reason.

Etablissement très récent, lumineux, agréable et très propres situé dans un quartier en pleine rénovation. Les chambres sont confortables, avec une vaste salle de bain bien aménagée. Le seul bémol pourrait consister en l'équipement de la partie cuisine (c'est un Apart 'hôtel) un peu limite .pas d'assiettes plates, pas de tire-bouchon, ni de décapsuleur ni de vraie cafetière (à filtre ou expresso). L'insonorisation semble bonne.

Client fidèle de votre établissement, j'avais jusqu'ici été ravi de mes passages chez vous. Malheureusement, ce dernier séjour a été catastrophique. À notre arrivée, la fenêtre était grande ouverte : avec les températures extérieures actuelles, la chambre était glaciale.
Le manque d'hygiène était flagrant : des taches sur les petits oreillers, un flacon de lait percé et vide pour le petit-déjeuner, et des couverts sales que nous avons dû laver nous-mêmes. Enfin, le meuble de la salle de bain présentait des traces de liquide suspectes. C’est très regrettable pour un hôtel que nous apprécions tant d'habitude. J'espère que vous saurez faire le nécessaire auprès de vos équipes de ménage.

Durant mon séjour, le chauffage n’a pas fonctionné. J’ai signalé ce problème à plusieurs reprises, car les matinées étaient particulièrement froides (température extérieure d’environ 12 °C). Malgré mes demandes quotidiennes, la réception m’a fourni chaque jour une explication différente, sans qu’aucune solution ne soit apportée. Ainsi, je suis resté sans chauffage pendant cinq jours.
