Checking was shambolic. Although it was a group booking we had to pay the taxes individually and the check in chap took for ever to do it. The room was clean but tiny with one bed tight against the wall so you could only get in and out at the end. The toilet ran out of water so was disgusting. The dining area stank of sewage so we went to a local Paul for breakfast.

The room was ok but the shower was a bit underwhelming. The a/c didn't actually cool the room, although the fan worked and the white noise that provided was useful. The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the breakfast, which is available until 10am. I arrived in the restaurant just after 9am to find only scraps of ham, no eggs and no way to make a cup of tea - who wants loose tea leaves in a cup?

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, located in a convenient location to get into the centre of Lille via the tram. Rooms are a bit on the small side and mine was a little dark, you can hear noise from the lift and corridor through the door but it was quiet otherwise. Despite this it was a comfortable stay and I slept well. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel as it is a perfect base to explore the various WW1 sites of interest around Ypres. It offers good value for money as hotels close to Ypres are much more expensive.

The rooms are clean but a bit tired and ready for a makeover. Ours was quite big, get a corner one if you can. They do a reasonable two course dinner. Breakfast is a bit pricey but there are loads of cafes on the doorstep. Turn right for the best one.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good, right by Euroteleport tram and metro. It feels quite safe, which cant be said for some areas of Lille or Roubaix. Worth considering if you dont want to stay in the Lille city centre.

Le lendemain matin, je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude pour me laver, la chasse d'eau a cessé de fonctionner et l'eau coulait sans arrêt et il y avait du chlore en grande quantité dans l'eau du robinet, cela m'a brûlé les mains. Situation parfaite quand on veut visiter les points d’intérêt de Roubaix, à deux pas de l’hôtel de ville et du village des marques, proche du tram et du métro. La literie est très bien. Bonne isolation phonique aussi (alors que la fête de la musique battait son plein). Le personnel a l’accueil est sympathique.

Hotel ne correspondant pas à la description sale bouteilles de vin et bière dans le couloir. Forte odeur de tabac dans le couloir cet hotel est en dessous de tous les BandB de la chaine et encore moins d un soit disant trois etoiles nous sommes reparti de suite pour loger au mercure. Cet hotel est une vraie honte hotel.com devrait le deferencé de ses offres

Tres bon sejour, les chambres sont propres et confortables, bien équipées pour travailler. Il a des chambres PMR, sans porte bagages, mais on m'a prêté une chaise. Le parking est dans la rue et il est desservi par un grand escalier irrégulier, c'est tres difficile à monter avec des bagages et une canne. Le personnel est toujours souriant, présent et prêt à aider.

Hôtel juste correct malgré un super accueil tard le soir à notre arrivée. On nous a bien changé de chambre à notre arrivée à notre demande pour occuper une avec baignoire. A partir de 1h 15, 1h 30 du matin, les voisins de l chambre d'à côté ont transformé le 6e etage en un marché de palabres, parlant fort, se disputant fort, avec des amis venant d'autres chambres ou de l'extérieur empruntant l'ascenseur hyper bruyant pour les rejoindre, nous empêchant de dormir. Nous avons sollicité l'intervention de la réception pour calmer ces voisins bruyants, mais quelques minutes après, ça a recommencé, meme en baissant d'un ton. Ayant le sommeil léger mon epouse et moi, notre sommeil et nuit etait gâchés.
J'avoue que la réception de l'hotel a fait ce qu'elle pouvait, et il n'y a que le bruit horrible de la mécanique de l'ascenseur qu'in peut lui imputer.

- Malgré un taux d'occupation de l'hôtel faible, l'ensemble des clients est concentré dans une partie de la structure. Cette pratique est inadmissible: nous ne réservons pas une chambre pour subir les comportements bruyants des autres clients (d'autant plus que nous n'avons pas demandé la réalisation du ménage tous les jours).
- Nous n'avons pas apprécié la manière d'être interpellé par la réceptionniste à la sortie du petit déjeuner. Son attitude n'est pas professionnelle (tenue surprenante pour une professionnelle au contact de clients), sa remarque infondée, et le ton méprisant.
- L'odeur de la cigarette le matin...et celle au niveau de l'accueil...
