We had a wonderful stay until our last night. Apparently there was a wedding scheduled so the restaurant and bar were closed to us! no mentioned that would take place when we checked in. How can a hotel close it's restaurant and bar to their guess! My daughter and I went next door and bought a pizza when we return MmeTonnel saw us walk in and said you can not eat pizza in your room. so we started to the empty bar and she not in the bar either. This was very early 1700 hours- she pointed out a small table in the empty restaurant. She was very rude! We had traveled to France to visit our family. we stayed in 4 different hotel, no one had been rude until then-

My feedback is a joined feedback for Expedia and the Bercail Hotel. I paid extra 16 euros on the Expedia site that stated allows me to cancel or change the reservation if needed. I reached out to Expedia to use it. They told me that they need to check with the hotel. At the hotel, nobody was available to approve the request. This should not be the case: the Expedia extra service should not be in conflict with the hotel policy.

The Bercail Hotel offers a modern ambiance, but there are areas for improvement. The carpet is uncomfortable, bed sheets are rough, and bathrooms are inconvenient for shorter individuals. Breakfast lacks non-dairy options, and the scrambled eggs and bacon were disappointing. Unfriendly staff further detracted from the experience. The hotel has potential for improvement, and I wouldn't stay again.

A clean, hi-tech, and comfy hotel. We like the room design, lights are bright enough,it has two smart TVs , one in living room, one in bed room. Beds are decent size , bedding are high quality. It is not in city center, good for those who are driving. There are a Pizza restaurant and a fishmonger just 1min walk for the hotel. The only missing item is kittle or a coffee machine. It’s a top 3 Star hotel.

La première nuit, le lit canapé était inconfortable, j'ai eu l'impression de dormir sur une extrémité de terrain de babyfoot. Creux au milieu, surélevé sur les extrémités gauche et droite au niveau des pieds, la tête vers le bas, j'ai peu dormi, c'était pas reposant. Ils ont refait le lit canapé pour la seconde nuit, c'était plus confortable que la première nuit, j'ai mieux dormi. Ce n'était plus surélevé aux pieds par rapport à la tête.

Rapport qualité - prix du petit-déjeuner à revoir si nous faisons une comparaison avec un hôtel de même gamme : peu de choix de fromages ! pain (baguette) qu'il a fallu décongeler puisqu'il était chaud ! Miel d'importation alors qu'il existe des apiculteurs locaux ! Manque de viennoiseries ! Ce qui tranche avec le slogan du restaurant (100% local, 100% maison, 100% français) que nous avons testé !

Magnifique séjour (1 nuit, 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Hôtel très beau, propre et bien décoré. Les suites (pour 4 personnes) sont superbes, spacieuses et propres. Très bonne literie et linge de lit. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très bien fourni. Le personnel est agréable et souriant, ça fait plaisir!

Tout était très bien. Il n'y a rien à redire. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses. Le lit confortable et la déco merveilleuse.
Il manquait juste un petit café ou thé dans la chambre, le matin pour ceux qui partent avant le petit-déjeuner.
