The room is not shown as in the picture, no sofa, living area quite small. The check-in time is quite late at 2pm, we couldn't drop our stuff when we arrived at 12:30. It's quite far from the city center. But the atmosphere was nice, also there were no service at the bar when it was 9pm, no lighting and such, maybe because it's too quiet.

Property was clean, staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The property is situated in an industrial estate and would be better suited for those that take a car on holiday. The mattresses were hard and we woke up with sore backs everyday.

Friendly staff and clear Covid rules in place. Hotel was quiet for our 3 night stay. Room was cleaned each day (✓) but bed harder than I would have liked (X). Because of Covid, some of the room amenities had been removed (so no coffee!) but overall a better stay than expected

A ten minutes walk to the metro. Certainly appropriate as a bed stop for the Euro visit to the city. Prices put up for the period of this event for which the staff apologised! Very friendly and courteous staff who didn't laugh at our attempts to speak French! Merci

Great place to stay. Great breakfast. Very comfortable. The only downside was that there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor with some heavy bags. This wasn't an issue because the staff offered to help carry our bags up, but this might be a hard place for someone that has trouble climbing stairs.

I chose this hotel because I'd left my booking rather late and needed to be able to get to the Grand Palais for a conference. The hotel is 10 mins' walk from the excellent Metro (Mairie de Mons station) and I could get to the Grand Palais in under 30 mins. I didn't have breakfast or any other meals at the hotel, so can't comment on those.

When I booked the hotel for our MG car club 13 rooms,I said I needed to have a restaurant on site for our evening meal,when I arrived I was told that the restaurant was closed ,we all had to get a taxi in to town at a cost of 30 euro per car for the return trip,this did spoil our last evening together.

our stay was ruined by group of people whom kept the whole night (from 1.00 am till 6.00 am ) shouting from their room and from out side the rooms, knocking on the doors and the walls, so we were deprived from the sleep. There was no person from the managment to complain to at that time to stop that, we reported that to the receiption in the morning when they were available.

Handy for Belgium or downtown Lille
Excellent stay had at this hotel that is a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station into Lille and only 10 minutes by car to the Belgium border. We took in Brugge and Gent while staying here as well as Lille itself. The hotel is staffed by friendly and informative members of staff and the room, while functional, had a great bathroom (no worries about water pressure in the shower). Terrific value for money if you want to explore Belgium and Northern France on a budget.

Staff very helpful, spoke good English. Restaurant meals very good value-especially daily buffet + special but we were surprised that restaurant was not open on Friday night. Rooms clean but not all had coffee-making facilities. Free wifi was asset. We needed to remind staff at check-out that we had not had breakfast-seemingly automatically addded to bar bill.Overall very good basic two star accommodation.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 3 km entfernt von der Innenstadt Lilles. Der Zustand des Hotels lässt Luft nach oben, da ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten nötig wären. Die Zimmer sind aber in einem guten Zustand.

Le chou craquelin de la profiterole était un regal (pas craquelin mais délicieux) tres rare de tomber sur un si bon chou (ps je fais le tour de France des profiteroles). Pas trop de bruit si ce n'est les portes qui claquent. Attention, pas d ascenseur.

Avant toute chose, je tiens à d’abord spécifier que le personnel à la réception est très courtois et que le service petit déjeuner est top. En revanche, je ne saurai en dire autant de ma chambre (006). Moisissure au plafond de la douche due sûrement à une fuite de la chambre du dessus, moisissures et crasse sur les joints du bac de douche. Pas de chauffage, même d’appoint ou de sèche serviettes dans la salle de bain. Les serviettes restent humides…. La gouttière doit être percée et goutte toute la nuit dans une flaque d’eau ce qui n’aide pas pour dormir. Pour finir c’est la premier fois que, même pour 2 nuits, le personnel de chambre ne passe pas refaire la chambre. Je n’ai pas été habitué à ça dans d’autres hôtel kyriad.

Das Bett war riesig und bequem. Die Sauberkeit im Bad war ok. Jedoch war Teppichboden im Zimmer und die Fenster waren alt, schmutzig und man hat von der angrenzenden ansässigen Firma am Morgen eine hohe Geräuschkulisse.

De ontvangst was vriendelijk, het ontbijt prima en de parkeervoorziening afdoende. Het zou erg fijn zijn wanneer er mogelijkheden komen voor het opladen van de auto. De buitenkant van het hotel ziet er niet zo indrukwekkend uit, maar de binnenkant is prima. Ik zou het aanbevelen als je het niet belangrijk vindt waar je hotel zich bevindt.

séjour fort agréable, l'hôtel est situé à proximité des autoroutes tout en étant à l'écart, on se sent comme à la campagne. le parking clôturé et surveillé est également un plus très appréciable lorsqu'on voyage et qu'on a tendance à laisser des choses dans le coffre pour ne pas s'encombrer. le personnel est aux petits soins, le service est bon et la chambre très correcte

L’accueil de l’équipe de jour, comme de nuit, a été très agréable. Chacun a veillé à notre bien être. Les petits déjeuners étaient sympathiques. Chambre propre, suffisamment spacieuse, peut être pas assez insonorisée quand les voisins sont moins discrets, mais pas rédhibitoire. Nous y reviendrons.
