It was a OK stay

Staff was kind enough, the room was clean enough as well. negative aspects are 1, the wall is very thin so you might be bothered by neighbor's snoring like we have experienced. 2, the toilet flush was super weak! which I believe they have to fix it. overall it was fair enough.

Hotel sited within 5 minutes of tram and approximately 8 from metro station making travel to city centre effortless. Also local travel tickets are combination covering tram metro and bus at a good price. Friendly staff and very helpful. Restaurant good with plenty of room.

Okay for the price.

Its not the worst one i have stayed in. You pay for what you get. The staff are very friendly which helps. The room is ok. Needs a bit of a refresh. The toilet has limescale after what must have been a long leak in the past. The light fixings have a bit of rust. But you can have these roblems in more exspensive hotels too. Its fit for purpose and a good price.

Weekend in Lille

This was a very pleasant hotel, all the staff spoke English which was useful. The breakfast was first class, the hotel nice and very clean. The room was very quiet as was the neighbourhood. The major criticism of the hotel is that it is very difficult to find, the signage to the hotel is very misleading as, you appear to come to a no entry situation just off the motorway. Maybe in the how to get there, it would be useful to give some additional instructions as to how to proceed once you have exited the motorway.

Very Comfortable

Recently updated hotel, given decent room with very comfortable beds. Restaurant very good and not over priced, although closed on Friday and Saturday I believe. Lovely staff. Free parking with trams nearby if required.

Ok for one night - if you're desperate!

There is nothing wrong with this hotel other than the location, the lack of air-conditioning, and the extremely uncomfortable beds!

It is located in a light industrial area about 5km from the centre of Lille. There is nothing within walking distance nearby in the way of food or drink. The nearest amentities are a Carrefour shopping centre about 3km away.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. However as it was a stinking hot 30 degrees and the rooms aren't airconditioned I would not recommend staying here in the summer months.

So, all in all, okay for one night if you just need a cheap bed - but really you can do a lot better.

Mauvaise expérience Réservation annulée à mon insu

Réservation pour 3 nuits. Besoin d’annuler la première nuit mais réservation non-modifiable. Mon compte a été débité du montant total pour 3 nuits, ce qui était attendu. J’ai prévenu l’hôtel de mon arrivée un jour plus tard que prévu mais l’employé de l’hôtel m’a noté en “no show”. La réservation est donc apparue comme close. Heureusement une chambre était disponible et l’hôtel ne m’a pas fait payer la nouvelle réservation.
Par ailleurs la chambre qui l’a été attribuée était une chambre communicate dans que les portes intermédiaires ne puissent être fermées à clé. Je l’ai signalé à l’accueil qui n’a rien pu faire. Heureusement les personnes occupant a chambre communicante étaient honnêtes et ils n’ont pas tenté de pénétrer dans ma chambre.

De kamers zijn behoorlijk gedateerd, verlichting met een tl bak vond ik niet fijn. Badkamer simpel en oke, bed prima, alleen jammer van dat plastic matras beschermer.
Ontbijt was incl en dat was echt erg goed, gezond en lekker.

Indigne d’un Ibis Styles

Hotel sans climatisation bien que indiqué sur site web. Toilettes innommables que nous avons du nettoyer nous mémé. Personnel de réception très désagréable qui a refusé de donner un croissant à un gamin qui était arrivé 5 mns après la fin du petit déjeuner. Avons demandé à voir le manager ceci nous a été refusé par la réception avec dédain. Réponse «  nous n’avons pas que ça à faire » tout en fumant une cigarette à l’entrée de l’hôtel. J’attends toujours l’appel via ce message

Actually good, but...

Very friendly and helpful staff, but I had to sleep in a single bed even though I reserved a queen-size bed. Furthermore, I explicitly asked the hotel beforehand for a QUIET room. I got a room on the 1st floor next to the air conditioners, see photos. The doors slam very loudly and because of the poorly soundproofed floors you can hear every click of the shoes.

Really bad for the expensive price!

By the way, the hotel is in an industrial area with nothing around.

Stopover für eine Nacht, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter beim einchecken, merci Ludovic ! Zimmer sauber und in gutem Zustand, Bett rückenfreundlich. Etwas laute Umgebung- Autobahn und Hauptverkehrsstraße in der Nähe. Aber erträglich. Die anfahrt ist etwas verwirrend, da es in einem Gewerbegebiet liegt. Frühstück war reichliches Angebot und auch da wurde das Büfett immer aufmerksam nachgefüllt. Etwas nüchtern eingerichtetes Restaurant.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, der Preis ist top !

Juste parfait

Nous avons passé un week-end inoubliable avec ma femme, nous avons eu un très bon accueil à notre arrivé. Le petit déjeuner était parfait et très diversifié et le départ à vraiment été un moment de pur bonheur avec Aïcha notre hôtesse d'accueil. La chambre était parfaite et nous avons passé une excellente nuit. Merci pour tout et si un jour nous repassons dans votre région nous viendront dans votre superbe établissement.

Plafonnier de la chambre et 2 lampes sur 3 en panne dans salle de bain.
Lorsque signalé le lendemain matin à l’accueil. Personne très désagréable me disant que je n’avais qu’à demander à changer de chambre. Je lui ai répondu que déjà installée n’ai pas souhaité changer mais aurais apprécié qu’elle me dise juste que le nécessaire sera fait et qu’elle était désolée. Ce qu’elle a fait ironiquement.
Je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement

Funky, confortable et au calme, proche de Lille.

Séjour très agréable en famille dans cet Ibis Styles aux portes de Lille. Si bien que nous avons décidé d'allonger notre séjour d'une nuit. La déco est funky et les lits sont confortables. L'emplacement est calme, en tout cas le week-end, étant situé sur un parc d'affaires. Il faut compter environ 10 minutes en voiture pour se rendre à Lille centre depuis l'hôtel. Il est probable que je sélectionne de nouveau cet hôtel si je dois séjourner sur Lille de nouveau à l'avenir.

L' ensemble est satisfaisant, quelque difficulté pour trouver l' hôtel nous avons téléphoné et après une musique de plusieurs minutes, une personne répond \" désolé\" et raccroche, nous avons fini par trouver mais cela nous a surpris et pas forcément dans le bon sens, en dehors de ce détail, notre séjour agréable, repas très bien, petit déjeuner de qualité, chambre rien à dire .

Le séjour a été globalement bon, mais...
1°) La salle de bains n'était pas en très bon état.

2°) j'ai oublié ma sacoche dans la chambre.
Appel de la réception le jour même (dimanche) : la personne me dit que la sacoche partira le lendemain a 11h et que l'hôtel prend en charge les frais d'envoi. On me dit qu'on me recontacte le lendemain en début de matinée pour me valider cela, ok...
Lundi matin, passé 10h30 : non, la sacoche part a 15h, et on me demande le numéro de ma carte bancaire. Je trouve cela inadmissible de me dire tout et son contraire...!!!

Très bon hôtel pour un weekend

A deux pas d'une station de tram desservant rapidement le coeur de Lille, cet hôtel est un compromis parfait entre éloignement par rapport au centre ville (permettant de bénéficier d'un tarif abordable) et proximité avec les principales activités. Le personnel y est sympathique et accueillant, la literie est confortable, les chambres sont propres.

Mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner qui offre un choix rarement égalé dans les hôtels de cette catégorie.

Siden vi ankom sent og en av oss har bevegelsesproblemer, så valgte vi dette hotellet fordi det hadde en restaurant. Den var stengt, og intrykket var at den rett og slett ikke var i drift. Betjeningen var hjelpsom med å bestille tilbrakt ferdigmat. Hotellet ligger utenfor allfarvei og egner seg kun til overnatting eller eventuelt til konferanser og seminarer. Ellers, så er det nytt, rent og rommene er gode gitt denne prisklassen

Dans la zone EUROPE à procimité de Wasquehal et de Lille, l’hôtel est moderne et pratique d'accès. L'isolation interne et externe est très ben, la décoration (mural et mobilière) est affreuse mais c'est une histoire de (mauvais) goût. Le parking est suffisament grand pour y accueillir votre véhicule <= INDISPENSABLE
