À la llegada el hotel estaba apagado y no había personal. Nos costó encontrar el código y la puerta de entrada porque todo estaba a oscuras. Estábamos en la planta mal alta y no hay ascensor para subir las maletas. La habitación con moqueta bastante sucia. La cama era cómoda. El baño bastante mal porque perdía agua por la parte de abajo del lavabo y tuvimos que poner toallas para ir recogiendo el agua. El desayuno poco variado pero correcto. El personal muy amable pero solo lo vimos por las mañanas, cuando llegábamos por la tarde/noche no había nadie

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé à la limite de Tourcoing et à proxité des principales voies de communication, notamment l'A22. L'établissement est plutôt agréable, avec un petit parc à l'arrière, rien à redire sur la propreté de l'ensemble, l'accueil et le confort des chambres. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, sous forme de buffet. Le seul vrai bémol est que les chambres manquent d'éclairage.

La chambre était moderne et propre avec une très bonne literie. La salle de bain avait une douche suffisamment grande pour se sentir à l'aise. Et pour le personnel je tient à remercier et féliciter les agents d'entretien pour leur formidable travail 👏
Et pour finir j'ai apprécié l'échange avec l'hôtesse d'accueil qui est très sympa par son originalité ,son sourire et sa gentillesse. MERCI et BRAVO à toute l'équipe ne changé rien👍👏

L'accueil a été parfait, l'hôtesse m'a accueilli avec bienveillance ma chienne et moi.
Le petit-déjeuner est complet, sucré salé, et régulièrement rechargé.
Leur jardin est juste exceptionnel, avec potager, petite mare, et même un poulailler.

La situation de l'hôtel est au calme et idéal.

C'était ma première fois et certainement pas la dernière.

Nous avons passé juste une nuit dans cet hôtel. Chambre propre, de taille raisonnable, literie de qualité, grande télévision, salle de douche petite mais fonctionnelle et propre, belle décoration, plateau de courtoisie. Le petit déjeuner était également de bonne facture mais un peu d'attente pour le réapprovisionnement de temps en temps. Très beau jardin où vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner. Salle de jeu avec billard et Babyfoot à disposition. Seule petit ombre au tableau, pas de climatisation et lors de pics de chaleur comme en ce moment, il serait bien d'avoir au moins un ventilateur dans la chambre pour éviter de dormir la fenêtre ouverte car une route passante est proche de l'hôtel. Mais fenêtre fermée, pas de soucis de bruits extérieurs. Bref bon hôtel à conseiller si vous avez un évènement au stade Pierre Mauroy.

We arrived very late and the lady on the desk was amazing. The gates were locked when we arrived and she came out to help us.
We hadn’t booked breakfast but she invited us to go in and have a coffee and croissant.
Very impressed.

Hôtel soit disant rénové mais pas vraiment. Moisissures dans la douche, miroir abîmé, sèche cheveux défraîchis, mitigeur de sale de bain pas fixé, rideau pas fixé, VMC très sale et aucunes prise de courant et les lampes ne fonctionnaient
dans le coin des lits individuels.
La chambre familiale que nous avons eu à notre arrivée n’était pas adaptée à notre famille (avec un lit d’appoint alors que nous avions un adolescent) heureusement nous avons réclamé et avons obtenu une chambre mieux adaptée.
Nous avons remarqué que le portail qui devait être fermé à 21h ne l’était toujours pas après à 21h30…. Et peut-être pas de la nuit?
Seul le petit déjeuner était très bien ainsi que le salon. Bref le prix de 172€ pour une nuit n’est vraiment pas justifiée.

Perfectly fine for an overnight stay passing through. Only downside is paper thin walls where we could hear everything unfortunately, so we didn’t sleep much . Basic rooms with tea coffee . Outside garden area looked nice . Secure parking. Breakfast facilities. Friendly staff.

Superb budget hotel, perfect stopover spot.

We booked a family room at this budget hotel. The rate was very reasonable and worked out at less than £100 for all of us, including breakfast.
We expected a very basic room in a basic hotel and that is what we got. The room was perfectly set out for us. The children had their own beds and were at the opposite side in a kind of cubby. For one night, it was great.
The bathroom was basic but spotless and the shower pressure was good. There are basic toiletries provided.
The room was 100% what I expected for the price I paid. We wanted a quick stopover before driving on to Calais.
The hotel is situated near a massive retail park (5 min drive) and a huge carrefour.
You might think this hotel to be unremarkable, but you would be mistaken if you appreciate good service.
From the moment we arrived we were welcomed. Pierre on the front desk could not do enough for us. We are English but I speak a little French and he was more than happy to let me practice, speaking carefully so I understood or changing his phrasing to suit my level. His English was perfect too. He was so helpful when we came to need to book a restaurant, the hotel one is closed over the weekend however they do serve some very tasty looking snacks! Breakfast was also brilliant, look out for the caramel butter sauce!
The staff belong in a five star establishment. Their attention to their clients is incredible. I simply wasn’t expecting such a great stay here. We will return!

We just wanted somewhere clean and comfy to sleep for two nights and provide breakfast for one day. This was all obtained. Hotel well presented, lots of parking. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Nice breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Unable to comment on local facilities as we didn't use / visit them.

Good hotel stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They spoke a reasonable amount of English, which helped. Breakfast is an all you can eat buffet for 11.35 EUR per person, which we found quite expensive. Alternatively there is a boulangerie at the end of the street, a couple of hundred metres away that does a breakfast deal for 4 EUR (coffee, juice and pastry).

Bedroom was clean and tidy, with standard facilities for a hotel in this category. No air conditioning, which might be a factor if hot, but wasn't a huge problem for us. If you open the windows, there is a reasonable amount of traffic noise from the nearby motorway, even through the night. Not enough to keep us awake though. Parking is plentiful and free.

We had the evening meal one night and it was good, though on the expensive side (to be expected).

Nice patio/garden area for relaxing in an evening.

Not much comfort in this comfort hotel

We arrived on a hot northern france afternoon. After checking into our sauna of a roomwe had a few cold beers out under the trees in the garden area.....lovely. later that evening we went to our room to find it still quite warm inside......no aircons no fridge no fans =no sleep. The next night was even hotter so got changed into another room by the beautiful Yasmine and found this room much better. These 2 top rooms should not be rented out on hot daysas they are ovens. Breakfast was basic but ok and evening meals bellow par but pricy

A simple and clean hotel, definitely nothing fancy but also not bad. The hotel has free parking which was the main point for me choosing here. Though there isn't ever so much within walking distance - even to find a supermarket I did have to drive!.
Breakfast was a good selection - not ever so many of the options would be classed as being healthy, but a wide choice.

Very comfortable rooms with nicer washrooms than I expected. Everything looks as it does in the pictures and my room was very clean and tidy. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. I didn't have the breakfast but it looked good as well. Alternatively, I found it difficult to walk places because the surrounding roads (or at least the ones I walked on) did not have sidewalks. Perhaps I was simply taking the wrong route. Overall staying at this hotel was quite a nice experience.

Hotel exceeded my expectations which had been for a \"budget\" hotel.
The staff were most helpful on all occasions and made us feel very welcome. They were prompt to respond to us at all times and went out of their way to offer information and assistance.
Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. We will definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to return ourselves.

This is an excellent hotel at the edge of an industrial estate. My colleague and I were visiting a customer on the state so it was very convenient. The hotel is very nice with nice size rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are very nice and helpful and the hotel has a very nice beer garden at the back which is secluded and relaxing. Bathrooms are good with a nice shower. Breakfast is also good and has a nice choice of cold foods.

Was very disappointed with this hotel..
I had picked it especially because of there restaurant and terrace area...which looked lovely on the photo..We had been driving all day on Saturday so when we arrived about 4.30 pm were looking forward to a nice rest..afew drinks on the terrace and dinner at the hotel....
We were told the restuarant was only open Monday to Thursday...and there was a private party in for the evening so no food available..
When we asked where we could go to find some food..we were waved vaguely in the direction of Tourcoing or Lille....being unfamiliar with the area..we drove around Tourcoing for 15 minutes before finding anywhere open...and that was a creperie with very loud music....
Not what we had envisioned for a quiet night out and dinner....
The rooms are very small...(no room to swing a cat springs to mind) and the bathroom even smaller...rather like one you d get on a ship!
The area surrounding the hotel is industriel....nowhere to eat ..the nearest being a MacDonalds down the road...(and in desperation we ALMOST went there)
Very very disappointed.....and will never go there again

We stayed for three nights in December. Nice modern hotel with very clean room and bathroom. Not a huge bedroom but more than adequate with a nice view of the park at the rear. Reception staff were incredible friendly and polite. Easy access to the motorway for Lille but some distance from Tourcoing town centre. Would certainly recommend for the price and would stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for the Prais - Roubaix challange. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and had storage ready for our bikes before and after the event. The food was very good for the money and was tailored for a sporting event. They were very accommodating after our 141km bike ride and provided a lot of liquids outside of normal hours as soon as we got back. Rooms were small, but clean, quiet and nicely furnished. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel next year

Good Hotel near Industrial Estate

Visited this hotel on a business trip. The hotel is good with a decent breakfast and good sized rooms, which are clean and well kept. The hotel is on the edge of an industrial estate which was great for the company that I visited. There is plenty of parking as well.

It is surrounded by main roads and the noise is obvious in the pleasant garden. The rooms are well soundproofed as long as the windows are kept shut.
No mini bar only one stick of coffee and two tea bags and no milk. Same in all three of the rooms we booked. Breakfast basic and continental.

Very good value and excellent service

We were trying to stay close to Lille and get value for money. The hotels inside Lille centre were all much more expensive (roughly double). We had to drive in to the city centre but the journey is about 10-15 minutes by car so it wasn't a problem. This is a convenience hotel so don't expect luxuries but the staff are really friendly and it is very clean.

A little oasis in Tourcoing

Great little business hotel tucked in parkland at the end of a modern industrial estate and close to motorway. Sounds uninviting but this little gem is an oasis. Nice garden terrace with mature trees, duck pond, and even goats and chickens! No noise and generally good service. It's a 2-star but well worth a try and the breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. I would go back again.

Room was clean, tidy and in good order. Old format 4:3 flatscreen TV with no English speaking programmes. No airconditioning meant window had to be left open at night and you are then subject to continuous Motorway noise which can be very intrusive. Curtains not lined and do not reach to the edge of the window frame and thus let in too much light. Tea/coffee facilities only set for 1 person but in a 2 person room. Supplies were available from reception. Restaurant good value and convenient - there is nothing else nearby! Breakfast good. There is a garden/seating area at the rear of the hotel which is secluded and would be nice to sit out in if the weather permits. Parking in grounds no problem. Overall - a decent hotel suitable for an overnight stay only.

This hotel was everything it claimed to be.

Of the three hotels we booked during our trip, this was the only hotel that was everything it claimed to be. The only problem we had was that we arrived late. The hotel claimed to be 24 hour, but the doors were locked. They were kind enough to leave a note taped to the door telling us how to gain entry, but considering that neither of us is fluent in French, it took us well over 1/2 hour to figure out what the note said. Once we were in our room, we found it to be very nice.

La chambre était prête à l'heure et tres propre.
Le petit parc est sympa!

Friendly staff and very good breakfast.
Family rooms is spacious.
Rooms are old, floors are dirty, a lot of mold in the bathroom. Not ok, espacially not for the price we paid.

Die Unterkunft liegt verkehrsgünstig nah an der Autobahn. Nach Lille Centrum sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15 min. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam!

Prima hotel voor op doorreis

Prettige ervaring in dit hotel gehad. Wij waren op doorreis met gezin en hebben hier 1 nacht + ochtend doorgebracht. Prima (gezins)kamer, fijn ontbijt. Niet extreem luxe, maar ruim voldoende voor ons doeleinde.
Gratis parkeren voor de deur, vanaf de snelweg heel goed bereikbaar.
1 minpunt: gezinskamers liggen op de bovenste verdieping (4e verd? ), maar helaas geen lift aanwezig, dus niet rolstoeltoegankelijk.

Teleurgesteld

Onze grootste grief was het feit dat restaurant gesloten was op zondag. Wij hebben juist dit hotel gekozen om de aanwezigheid van restaurant.
Receptie sprak beetje Engels.
Leuke tuin erachter. Verder op bedrijventerrein. Kamer was vrij klein met 1 stoel en krukje.
Ontbijt was ok. Tot 9 uur.
