Not so good. Definitely not worth 4 star. One employee to manage all the hotel… Reception, the bar and the breakfast. So you can imagine the level of service. She was so kind and trying to do all what she can.
The photos give you illusion that is a palace which is not the case at all

Very nice comfortable hotel

Lovely hotel, centrally located in Roubaix, very close to the metro station. Staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for our 1 night there. We didn't eat so can't comment on the breakfast, but I would recommend having the hotel breakfast if you stay there are there is no-where else decent, especially on a Sunday morning!
Very convenient for the rugby at Lille as super easy to get into Lille centre.

Nice stay in Roubaix

We had a brief but great stay here. We arrived in the morning after taking an early Eurostar and were thrilled to be able to check in early for a nap! The hotel was quite nice and clean and comfortable and has a perfect location. It's located right off of a nice square in Roubaix, and it's close to the metro that takes you directly to and from the Lille city center. We didn't pay for the breakfast, but it looked nice. All in all would recommend as an option in the Lille area!

Good Hotel, but ....

Nice hotel in centre of Roubaix. However, I have 2 gripes. I needed a secure car park but the car park at the hotel was completely impracticable. It was so narrow that I couldn't even get small VW car through the entrance to underground car park with the wing mirrors folded in. The second gripe is the lack of restaurant facilities. We arrived on Sunday evening & with all local restaurants closed for Sunday night, we wanted to eat at hotel, but the restaurant is closed at weekends!! Both these gripes should have been explained on the hotel website

Noisy noisy stay

It wasn’t great comfort-wise. I could hear people walking up and down the corridor outside. I could hear the lorries reversing early morning. The room service woke me up for the breakfast which I didn’t order, turned out it was for someone else!
Room was too warm, and the air conditioner did not seem to do anything.
However, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous.

Location of the hotel was suitable for our needs. Parking was on street and could have been difficult if it had been busy. However, we were fortunate enough to be allowed to park outside the Hotel. There were unfortunately a few niggly issues with our room. Albeit, overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning not being switched on because it was considered not to be hot enough created a problem with sleep. The bathroom door did not shut.

I have stayed in many other Mercure properties, this was in poor condition, Room switches was worn and looked from a war zone !! No bottle water !!! I have stayed in cheaper properties and they offered complimentary water bottles... esp when you check in late it's difficult to go out and buy !! Weak Internet signals.

We thought the hotel was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good too. Roubaix was disappointing - there’s great architecture and heritage but most bars and restaurants close before 8pm on a Saturday night. We just went into Lille.

good out of town location

stay here if you wish to visit LA Piscine art deco art gallery and have easy access to Lille -which is only half hour by tram or less by metro - the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating- giving advice about local places to eat/visit and our rooms were very tidy, clean and comfortable. Nice range of food for the buffet breakfast.

We were invited to a wedding nearby and wanted a comfortable hotel to stay in. We checked in during the afternoon and spent a couple of hours in the room which was very spacious before we headed off to a late night wedding celebration. The bed was very comfortable and we all (there were 3 of us, my wife, my 8 year old son and myself) slept very well. My son had never slept in such a big bed!

We came from Lille to stay in this hotel with my family. It's a summer day where it was really hot. The hotel didn't have air conditioning in the room. The Internet was really bad. The room was very very old. The toilet wasn't working perfectly. Especially the flush.

I stayed at this hotel as a group of 6 on a cycling trip. The hotel is clean and tidy right on the town square with a number of bars and restaurants in walking distance. A clean and pleasant hotel with friendly staff. One which I will definitely use again if in the area.

Apparently there is parking onsite but annoyingly we were directed to a public car park for the 3 days we stayed. Roubaix isn't much to write home about and everything closes at 11pm!

Had a premier level room for 2 adults and two children for £67. Room smelt mouldy but facilities good. The hotel is 15 odd stops on the Metro from Lille and Roubaix is not a lovely area to spend time in. Overall hotel was good though

Stayed one night on way back to Paris. Well out from centre of Lille, but Metro station 100m away gave easy access to the centre of Lille and the Christmas market. Hotel was very comfortable, but room was a little hot with no obvious way of turning the temperature down apart from having the windows wide open. The food in the restaurant was wonderful and very reasonably priced. Used hotel carpark for 10 euros. only caters for a few smaller cars and was a challenge to get in and out of.

Got this hotel for less than £50 which was a bargain. Great room with a superb overhead shower. Free wifi didn;t reachas far as the roomFood was good (had dinner & breakfast). Downside was that it wad really hot and with no aircon had to leave the window open. the noise outside was really bad especially when the bin men turned up at 5am.

Surprisingly good

When we saw a hotel it was difficult to believe that it wasn't a 4 star. It looked recently renovated and everything was perfectly clean. Maybe only some small finishing details in the toilet or bedroom, or the lack of free tooth brush for guests when asked at the reception would give an indication that it is not a full 4 star hotel. Buffet breakfast was also good, and they didn't mind us being a little late. The hotel was also calm, and we were never disturbed. Wireless internet was included for free. Either way it was excellent! The price probably more attractive because of the location. However the hotel is not too far from a train station, and if you are with a car it is very convenient. There is easily available parking on the street, and we made it to Lille in some 20 minutes (without the gps). Finally, I forgot my phone charger in the room; we sent them an email asking the hotel personnel to send it by post. I received it to my home address in Belgium in less than a week! Most recommended!

Nice hotel, very close to the centre of Roubaix. Rooms are good size and are very clean. The reception staff I met weren’t as inviting as you might expect but were generally ok. Breakfast was good, with the usual continental fayre, plus several cooked items and the staff there were helpful and friendly. I parked on the street immediately outside the hotel, which was free at weekends and on public holidays. There was no problem taking bicycles into the rooms if you were travelling with one, although mine stayed in the car. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would stay here again.

All Seasons Roubaix-a good middle level hotel

This hotel worked fine for me. The room was OK, but lacked certain amenities. Strange sort of shower with only a half-door. Toilet paper holder directly behind the toilet so you wrenched your back to reach it. The water seemed very hard-impossible to work up a lather. No toiletries except soap and a combo hair and shower gel. Also, one of the draperies was partially off it's rod the whole week we were there. Yet, room was adequate. Beautiful lobby with wrought iron circular stairway and wood floors. Skylight-type ceilings. There was a bar, but we did not use it. Restaurant was quite good and prices seemed fair. Ate most of our dinners there. Good breakfast included in our room fee. Nothing hot, but I have never been in France, so I just assume that is normal. Front desk workers were very nice and helpful. Most spoke alittle English and I spoke \"un peu\" French, so we managed. The big attraction in this fairly working-class town of about 90,000 is the Easter Sunday Paris to Roubaix bicycle race over 160 miles including 27 cobblestone (pave) sections. We enjoyed it immensely. Probably will never return to France, but all in all it was a good solid choice of a hotel in a fairly safe neighborhood. The only negatives were parking and not many places to shop. You had to keep feeding the meters except on weekends. There was no parking off-street nor any special arrangement for hotel guests such as a discount card to use in the meters. Would recommend hotel otherwise.

街はゴミがちらばり、お酒を飲んでいたり、音楽をそとでかけていたり、大声をだしていたりと、少し怖い雰囲気がありました。でも。駅でたところから、見える駅近なので、慣れると、こわくないです。
　そんな中ですが、ホテルに入ると、フロントには必ず人がいて、安心できました。部屋は天井が高く、窓も開き、歴史を大事にしながらも、改装されて使いやすく、メンテナンスされてます。働いてるひとたちは、みなさんテキパキとさわやかで、日本のおもてなしのホテルのようで、驚きます。ありがたいです。

Rien à redire sur la chambre: très grande et literie excellente.
Seul bémol nous avons très probablement oublié un vêtement dans la chambre. Cela nous a conduit à rappeler l’hôtel après notre départ.
Toutefois nous avons eu le sentiment que notre demande n’avait pas été prise en considération. Compte tenu de la durée courte de l’appel aucune recherche n’a pu être correctement effectuée.

Pas de chauffage dans ma première chambre que j ai refusée pour aller dans une deuxième ou la nuit fut vraiment mauvaise a cause de bruit de coups derrière ma tête de lit alors que j étais dans la dernière chambre du couloir donc logiquement pas de chambre derrière ...
Moquette hors d âge tachée comme souvent dans les mercure, peinture un peu rafistolage
Bref je ne reviendrai pas même si le personnel est agréable.

Situato vicino alla Grande Place e vicino il Museo La Piscine, l’hotel è mediocre dal punto di vista delle camere. Arredo della camera triste, vista su un muro, atmosfera da motel più che da Hotel.
In compenso il ristorante dove si tiene la colazione è discreto e la colazione è buona e abbondante. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Rubaix è un villaggio privo di charme ma strategico per una serie di gite.

Un établissement décevant et pas du tout compréhensif. Manque de cohésion d'équipe.

Nous devions nous rendre dans le même groupe ACCCOR, mais dans celui de Lille et la direction a refusé de nous annuler nos nuits au profit de leurs intérêts.

Nous avons tout de même joué le jeu et la qualité de service dans sa globalité est vraiment décevante.

Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyés régulièrement, sauf si faire le lit est la définition pour cet établissement de faire le ménage.

Je souligne néanmoins l'effort de 2 employés ( accueil restauration) qui ont fait preuve de professionnalisme, ce qui n'est pas à l'image de l'endroit.

Peut être est-il temps de changer de direction, car établissement à l'abandon...

Très bel hôtel . Bien placé au centre de Roubaix dans un beau quartier. Chambre confortable mais vieillissante avec un matelas un peu dur et constitué de 2 matelas un peu trop visibles.
Insonorisation un peu faible de chambre à chambre.

Pas au niveau

Pas de parking (ou presque) il est petit, trop étroit pour une berline et il est payant (10€).
Hôtel vieillot pas très bien entretenu. Personnel néanmoins sympathique.

Très bien situé à 2 pas de la place centrale : propre, calme, spacieux, juste un petit bémol : parking payant de petite taille, pas toujours de place .....
