The poor comments on Trip Advisor were unfair. Our room was adequate and the new manager was most helpful. When the room was not cleaned or towels changed he refunded the cost of a breakfast for each of us. Evening meal quite good for a budget hotel. Premier Inn next door was cheaper though.

La chambre et la salle de bains ont été rénovées et en très bon état. Toutefois, presque pas de papier toilette, plus de savon dans la douche, serviettes à récupérer à l'accueil. La présentation extérieure est lamentable !

Un hôtel moyen, une chambre prope mais insonorisée, ou ont entends son voisin toussé, mais surtout le trafic routier, j'ai été réveillé à 4 H20. :( ,de plus en vérifiant mon identité, il conserve mon numéro de permis, je n'apprécie pas sachant le trafic sur le web..

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 16h le jeudi 05/09/24, après 600km de route, nous avons eu la surprise de trouver l'hôtel fermé alors que la chambre devait être disponible à partir de 15h.
Impossible de joindre quelqu'un de l'hôtel : mobile sans réponse et Hôtel.com !!!!
Après presque 2h d'attente dans la voiture, nous avons pu récupérer la clé de la chambre et là nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de trouver une chambre très rudimentaire et une salle de bain très sale. Nous avons dù nettoyer nous-mêmes la salle de bain avec des produits fournis par l'accueil !!!
Cet hôtel ne mérite vraiment pas ses 3 étoiles, une étoile me semble plus près des prestations fournies.
La fermeture était causée par la décision de la gérante suite à un problème d'effectifs !!!!
Cette dernière nous a expliqué qu'elle n'avait pas pu nous prévenir car Hôtel.com ne lui fournit pas nos coordonnées.
Je trouve cela inadmissible et je trouverai normal d'obtenir un geste commercial fort de la part d'Hôtel.com pour tous ces désagréments.
Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel.

Quand on demande de changer de chambre on se fait prendre de haut et quand on demande poliment ce qu’il est possible de faire pour un remboursement du au fait que l’on ai pas dormi de la nuit on se fait traiter de « bouffon » et la dame de l’accueil menace en disant « tu vas faire quoi » à la limite d’en venir aux mains.

Hôtel correct même si l isolation n est pas suffisante. En revanche pour le service c est compliqué. On ne prend pas son petit déjeuner ou on veut et on est prié d aller là où on vous a préinstallé. C'est très désagréable. Enfin quand on va chercher la note il n' est pas possible de l avoir au bon nom.... vraiment peu agréable.

C'est énervant gavant de devoir payé pour au final ne pas avoir le confort d'une douche avec eau chaude.
Je suis pas du genre à aller à l'accueil leur dire qu'il manque ceci ou cela car dans un hôtel c'est évident qu'il faut de l'eau chaude dans une douche voyons.
Mise à part ce gros soucis de douche le reste était impeccable même si l'hôtel est à proximité de la route , l'hôtel reste cependant très silencieux.

Prettige locatie en vrij rustig. Nette, schone kamer met mooie badkamer. Ontbijt is eenvoudig en niet erg uitgebreid, maar wel goed. Receptionistes zijn behulpzaam en spreken ook Engels, dus dat is als niet Frans-talige wel fijn. Komen hier zeker wel een keer terug.

Les chambres sont refaites et très jolies. Décorées avec goût et confortable. Ce qui est très dommage, c'est que le ménage n'est pas à la hauteur de la chambre et ça ne date pas d'une semaine ! Sol non aspiré, beaucoup de poussière sur table de nuit et toutes les étagères. Poussière, cheveux et moumoutes dans chaque coin de la pièce. Très décevant car ça pourrait être top

Par contre petit bémol suite à la crise sanitaire actuelle... une belle pancarte vous indique que la chambre a été nettoyé du sol au plafond... comment vous dire, saletés derrière la porte de la salle de bain, cheuveux sous le draps housse, protège matelas pas très hygiénique du coup, trou de cigarette sur le draps, la bouilloire pleine de calcaires et le récipient à thé/café il y avais à boire et à manger dedans..... ha oui j'oublié la colonne de douche qui ne tien pas rebouché avec du papier. Je ne trouve pas ça très correcte au prix de la chambre ainsi que que le manque d'hygiènes surtout en cette période.

Quelques remarques cependant afin d'améliorer votre service : parquet encrassé (lorsque l'on sort de la salle de bain et que les pieds sont encore humides ceux-ci se noircissent)… ce que nous avons signalé à la réception. Nous avions également signalé de la poussière (notamment sur la lampe)...le service n'a cependant pas été fait. Une seule serviette de toilette : alors que la chambre avait été louée pour deux personnes… papier toilette insuffisant… Avec nos sincères salutations.

L'accueil très bien et la chambre bien décorée. Seuls bemols : le bruit de la route et de personnes irrespectueuses qui rentrent dans leur chambre vers 1h du matin et continuent de parler fort avec la télé allumée! Au matin découverte d'une fuite au toilettes et le nettoyage de la SDB à revoir (poils rasés sur le tabouret). Sinon très bon restaurant !! J'espère qu'ils vont changer l'aquarium de ce pauvre poisson rouge qui s'agitait malheureux et souffrant dans un bocal ! Pratique interdite dans certains pays.

On n'aime pas trop les chambres qui donnent directement sur l'extérieur, mais une fois dedans la chambre était très agréable.

L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone industrielle rempli de camion le weekend, l'hôtel est en travaux donc le petit-déjeuner est restreint mais pas le prix, les chambres donnent sur le parking et elles sont très bruyant le matin et il faudra revoir les femmes de ménage car le travail est bâclé les serviettes sont pas changé et les lis sont jetés.
