Photos a bit misleading as shows back of property when front also has rooms that are right on busy road. Rooms are very dated and pretty poor. The shower pod was grim and so a positive the lighting was so poor you couldn’t see it. Quite dirty and run down. Room next to smoking location which meant smoke just came through poorly sealed door. I’m not picky but this was terrible. I know it’s cheap but comparable properties in this chain are not this terrible.

In Tourcoing not Lille but convenient
The hotel is 11 kilometres from the centre of Lille but there is a metro station very near and in the area next to the hotel there's a great path that used to be a rail line going to Belgian birder that is a joy to walk without going anywhere. There is lots of parking for those who need it.

Light bulbs missing, room not cleaned everyday and no outside lighting working on stairways or passage to rooms. Its a mugging or worse waiting to happen. When we checked in we were told 'stick together, there are bad people around here'.

Only booked for one night, not bad, rooms basic, beds comfy (no backache in the morning). Bit of a language barrier when booking in but not to bad. big bonus was the secure compound parking. Overall suited us for what we needed somewhere to get are heads down and freshen up. Would be happy to use again if in the area.

Apart from a surprisingly comfortable bed.....dreadful. You always know when you discover two dumped cars in a secure car park that you are not staying in the best hotel. The reception staff were very good but the whole building is unloved and uncared for, total lack of pride and quite frankly even as a budget hotel this is put to shame by all of the other better known groups.......

Stayed here as a last minute resort. Was grossed out. Slept on my towel and washed my feet immediately after my shower and left socks on because it felt so dirty. Arrived later around 9:30, guy was helpful but we didn't even get our own room key. He let us in the room but no key. Like what is that? Breakfast was terrible as well. Just avoid this place

The room was small, but that was expected for the price we paid. Very clean but warm as there wasn't air conditioning and the window could only be opened a little way and was facing a main road. We all slept well though, comfortable beds! Only really suitable for an overnight stop. I didn't use the shower as it was so small in the bathroom. Free wifi was a bonus.

Mon séjour a été horrible, j’étais dans une chambre, il y avait des cafards des punaises il n’y avait pas de poubelle, pas de serviette, j’ai été dans une autre chambre c’était m’a ramené la chambre vie était défait, il y avait déjà des gens dedans j’ai été dans une autre chambre, elle semblait nickel, mais quand je me suis mis dans le lit, on aurait dit un hamac, le lit était complètement cassé il autre fois aussi, j’ai commandé à manger le temps que je sorte, il y a une autre personne qui en manger ma commande, mais c’était la faute de personne

C'est un hôtel qui commence à vieillir; plainte d'entrée bas gauche détérioré . Le deuxième soir , une petite marre d'eau à l'entrée ??? lit non fait . C'est impossible de prendre une douche à la bonne température [froid ou très chaud sans toucher les robinets ouverts :( la douche change constamment de température , c'est vraiment très désagréable ] Beaucoup de traces de cigarettes sur le lavabo et des pettes feu sur le dessus de lit .Et l'insonorisation est complètement nulle.
C'est un gros contraste avec l'hotel de la même enseigne près de l'aeroport de Charles de gaulle .
Par contre , la personne à l'acceuil est très bien !

Cela fait deux fois que je passe par vous et deux fois dans un hôtel Première classe je suis très déçu, vétuste manque de propreté le lino est abîmé le distributeur de savon ne fonctionne pas, et pas de savons à disposition et manque de serviette.
J'ai une chambre qui est aussi à usage pour handicapé ce qui sert de tabouret est abîmé la porte coulissante ne fonctionne pas et ne ferme pas.
Un éclairage à côté du lit ne fonctionnait pas !
Le lendemain en expliquant notre mésaventure à l'accueil, ils nous ont donné une autre chambre et pareil aussi vétuste et la porte se fermait mal et laissé une entrée d'air et une fuite d'eau à l'intérieur de la cuvette des toilettes, un filet d'eau qui coule continuellement !
Super pour passer une bonne nuit !
Et pour terminer nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner sur hotel.com à la commande mais nous sommes décidés à la dernière minute et nous avons payé 6,20 € le petit-déjeuner à la place de 5,90 €

Dans l'ensemble c'est un bon hôtel, l'équipe est satisfaisante. Mais la propreté laisse perplexe, noisissures dans les raccords des éléments. Les poignées sont pleins de traces 😒. Les dessus de lit paraissent propres mais avec avec les tâches et les brûlures de cigarettes, cela nous fait poser des questions. La douche, le rideau ne descend pas jusqu'en bas par conséquence tout le coin des sanitaires est mouillé. Pour dormir, le matelas et la tranquillité sont satisfaisants.
