The hotel is fine but basic. One of the mattresses was very uncomfortable. The hotel is close to the station and shopping centre and not too far from the Grand Place and other interesting areas.

My bedside light was broken, the button was loose and actually fell off. Also why no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, a basic level of service surely? No plug or USB point bedside, again i would expect this as standard in an Accor hotel.

Staff were pleasant. There were major roadworks in the street which caused us some stress ( a warning about that would have been nice as it caused us difficulties ) The room was pretty small, we couldn't pass each other at the end of the bed. The mattress and pillows were fine although there was only one spare pillow, and we both like two. The keycard for lift and room was tempramental. Unfortunately the guests upstairs were banging on the floor repeatedly for quite a while during the night, it actually sounded like there was workmen up there, but at 11.30pm onwards I doubt it. It was bad enough that I nearly got out of bed to go and complain - so soundproofing or lack of is an issue. Parking was very pricey considering we were only parking a motorbike. You can fit 3 bikes in a car spot - they need to rethink their pricing there. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it I'm afraid

A good standard hotel for our needs.External circumstances were that it was full of Euro hockey teams and they all took over the hotel and were very noisy.Their trainers were in the corridors and made a bad smell in the corridor which was unpleasant.

Very clean hotel, daily housekeeping, really good breakfast and definitely a cozy feel in the lobby. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay there again. Parking is limited in the public street if you have a car because of outside construction on that block but once that’s done I’m sure it would be better.

Well positioned to access the local train station and to walk into the city centre. The rooms are on par for an Ibis, however the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. Sadly it is true that there are sometimes homeless people using the shelter of the adjacent building overnight and also there is some construction work going on further down the street. For us, neither detracted from our stay at the hotel which we very much enjoyed. The staff in particular are very friendly.

Hotel is in a great location for easy access into Lille centre, area feels safe too. Car parking is on site but be aware spaces are very tight. Reception staff were superb, very helpful, rooms are pretty basic and small but nice and clean. Location of the hotel to the train station was very good. About 10 mins walk. Plug sockets in the room are very limited. We had 2 in our room. Both situated by the window and not near the mirror which makes styling hair very difficult. We did enjoy the buffet style breakfast.

Check In was efficient and polite. Except I looked up to see rooms priced at €109 per night yet I was paying €160.50 per night thru’ hotels.com. Frustrating.
Still, the location was good. And that’s it. The rest isn’t so good. The room was very small. Ok, I suppose, as it’s a city centre location, next to Flandres station and 5 mins from EuraLille station.
The elevators were cheap! Card required but seemed to have a 10 second think before moving.

There was no safe in the room that I saw. No mini bar or amenities. A small wardrobe area in the corner, handy for overnight stuff.
Just a liquid soap that is for everything hanging in the shower. That is the shower that had a blocked drain. The tray filled up so I had to shower as quick as possible before it tipped over the lip of the tray. The hair dryer was not very good either.
Breakfast was very basic. Bread, jam and eggs you could boil if you wanted to. Atrocious toaster. It was a Kitchen Maid, too. Coffee from the machine was good. Banana and other fruit provided. But no hot food. Very basic.

We arrived late about 22.30 and got our key to our room on the 1st floor.
My partner walked in first and the room was a complete mess. Bed had been slept in. Rubbish and towels on the floor and a smell.
It hadnt been cleaned.
My partner went downstairs to tell them, I stayed with the bags as I am pregnant and was tired and waited for him to return.
They gave us a new room right by the elevator which was incredibly noisy and you could hear people coming past and hear people in their rooms.

We stayed here two nights. Nice sized room, with air conditioning. Bed was comfortable. Free Wifi was excellent. The shower was good, but they only have a half glass wall in it, which means lots of water goes on the floor.
Parking was a bit of a hassle, but useful - when you show up you pull up next to the front of the hotel where you take a ticket to be able to park in that zone for 20 mins. Then, after checking, you need to move your car down to their underground parking garage. There's a gate, and you have to use an intercom to tell them your room number to raise it. Very tight corners and parking spaces...not good for larger vehicles. Parking does cost extra.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel in August. My wife and I arrived early and were pleased we could check in to our room right away with the help of a very helpful lady at reception. Clean and correct room, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. Super location right by the main stations and only a short walk into the city centre for bars, restaurants and shops.

Very convenient location near to train stations (there are two stations...) and shopping centre. Great value. Very helpful and professional front desk staff. I think it is a non-smoking hotel, which is wonderful. The rooms are small, but perfect for tourists. Fantastic bed and linens, so comfortable. Fast free internet included. They have lockers in the lobby to store baggage if you need to travel after check-out time. Easy walk into the historic centre. Don't miss the memorial/monument at the citadel to the carrier pigeons of WW1. Unique, and touching.

The hotel was fine and nothing special. My key card kept de-sensitizing, and they were very willing to fix it. It happened quite a few times, but they never asked for id. All I needed was the room number and the name on the room and sometimes not even that. It was convenient, but disconcerting.

The hotel was fine as a base to explore the Christmas markets. The room was quite small and the shower wasn't as good as other hotels (temperature fluctuations) and the tv was quite small although this didn't bother us as we didn't watch it.
We were cutting it fine for breakfast and they cleared it away before we got to put any on our plates which was odd as we had just been shown to our table!

Hotel is located close to both railway stations and city square. Suitable for overnight stay. Room was clean and safe, however, lacked basics. No room safe. Supplied with 2 bath towels only. No hand towels, washers or tissues. Soap in a tube is supplied for washing hands, body and hair. We used our own. Didn't use dining room as it looked uninviting.

Very good to have the secure underground parking and situated in a convenient location. I would stay there again if passing through Lille.

Near to the Grand Place and train station this very reasonable hotel was well placed for a sightseeing weekend.
We'd been concerned about parking but the car park was a good size and had plenty of space (on a March weekend). Hotel staff were accommodating to our bicycles and allowed us to store in car park or gated gardens which are locked at night (but I'd recommend a padlock too).
All in all a great stay, recommended hotel, and we may well return.

This is a great location, neat & clean, value for money hotel. Front office staff is courteous, speaks English and perceptive about guest's problems. Location very good for the shops etc. and underground parking convenient, shame the lift that serviced the car park was broken down most of the time. Service engineer there approx. 5 times in 3 days that we saw. English at reception was poor and coach parties reigned supreme at breakfast time. Not very relaxed at all.
