It was good hotel to stay over 3 nights for me, easy access to local attractions.
The Passage to the entrance is disappointed cos the two shops between are empty and few people sit on floor outside the premise. No tea or coffee in room.

We chose this hotel for its central location and convenient walking distance to the city center. The location was excellent, and breakfast was very good with plenty of variety — definitely worth the small extra cost.

Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt cheap, with several broken items. A wall socket was damaged and sticking out, which felt unsafe. The lamp above the bed was barely secured and looked like it could fall. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to use.

Although the location and breakfast were positives, I would not stay here again.

The staff were lovely and accommodating.
Quite disappointed with the exterior of the property and it's access area. It is within a shopping centre entrance which is often the sleeping/toileting place for the homeless. Doesn't feel very safe. The actual hotel once inside is clean and nice. Not a 3 star hotel. Very basic within the room - no kettle /coffee/tea/hairdryer etc. it is located in the town area but a 10/15 walk to the nice restaurants/shopping and bars.

The hotel is located in a very central area, making walking to the main attractions very easy. The hotel facilities were average and good for a cheap stay but no kettle or fridge etc. Staff were polite and friendly but the biggest let down was the thin room walls which meant we could hear conversations and snoring from other rooms.

The location was great for walkability, but homeless sleep outside the front door, there are 2 locked doors you need to ge through to get inside which feels dodgy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But the building smelt like cigarettes, the lock on my room didn’t work, the paint was peeling, floor was chipped and the lights in the room felt very clinical. Thankfully I was only there one night. I read more reviews and it sounds like some ppl had belongings stolen so I brought my suitcase to a storage facility for the day while I walked around town just in case.

The hotel is situated perfectly if you are looking to explore the City centre. However, our room was ridiculously small. If it had a single bed, and was sold as a single room it would have been adequate. But with a double bed, and two people in the room, with luggage, it simply wasn't big enough to even function properly. We felt it was poor.

The room was hot and the hotel is extremely noisy. You hear people walking above you and doors shutting with complete clarity. The shower was also disappointing (bad water pressure and temperature). For the price, it’s adequate but, I think for another 20-30 EUR you can do much better.

The hotel is very basic but it is clean and central. The entrance is not ideal. We left for our evening meal and were greeted by locals taking drugs and urinating! I would not stay here again

Travel lodge style city centre accommodation. It was clean and tidy. Air conditioning is centrally controlled, our room wasn’t on when we first arrived but reception soon sorted it out.
No drink making facilities in the room and limited food options at the hotel however plenty of eateries nearby. Concise Ie t for our connection to Eurostar and the European rail network.

American tourists avoid

If you are an American tourist in the summer, avoid this hotel. AC was on a timer and only accessible by the front desk. Had to get up multiple times in the middle of the night from sweating to ask the front desk to turn it on. Had a baby in tow and made it miserable for him as well.
Rooms are bare bones, shower is low pressure and drains are slow. Was told we even had to leave an hour before our checkout was listed online.

Enjoyable stay but deceptive. From outside one wouldn’t want to stay there. Once inside the hotel, it is modern and up to date. One has to go the second floor where the lobby is. Excellent location.

Located close to the République Beaux-Arts metro station and a twenty minute walk from Gare de Lille Europe, the hotel is positioned well for those visiting the city and looking to explore.

Can be accessed on the 1st floor after entry. Rooms are fairly small with a large bathrooms with fairly modern accessories. Service at the hotel was magnificent, friendly welcome and support for anything you might need at check-in

On arrival walking into the front passage way of this hotel we were greeted by the stench of urine, and 3 groups of homeless people gathered, not the best of welcomes, after checking in at reception we went to our room,roaming around a maze of corridors we eventually found it, on entering immediately we were shocked by how small the room was, and how different it was compared to the pictures shown by the hotel, it was how I imagine a prison cell, the only window was a very thin vertical window, not the airy and bright big ones on the pictures, we spoke to the receptionist who then showed us 2 further rooms, with the second one being worse than the first if that is even possible, and third one slightly better, whilst I was being shown these other rooms I asked about the rooftop terrace which is advertised by the hotel, it’s closed I was told, permanently, this was meant to be a 5 night stay, we checked out next morning after speaking to reception, I’m awaiting a part refund but up to now all communication has been ignored by the hotel.

I booked 2 triple rooms and needed at least 1 of the two double beds to be twins. This was not possible which created some discomfort amongst the group. There was also a Roach in one of the rooms and breakfast was a disappointing with little to no hot foods. The plus side is that staff were friendly and had good customer service.

Il ne faut vraiment pas être regardant sur quoique ce soit. Hors de prix pour ce que c'est. La chambre était mediocre, sur une cour insalubre. Sur la rue piétonne donc facile d'accès mais je ne recommande pas du tout bien que le personnel ait été sympathique.

De toegewezen kamer 248 is niet geschikt voor 2 personen, veel te klein, geen kleerkast, vloer stuk. Geen ruimte rond het bed. Gallerij bij de inkom is 's avonds geen aanrader. Een + is de goede ligging, maar pas op is een winkel/wandelstraat (voor de auto )

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel. Personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute. Petit-déjeuner tout à fait correct, patio et petite terrasse très agréable. Idéalement situé au coeur de Lille. Literie très bien, salle de bain très correcte. Climatisation un peu bruyante et dommage qu'on ne puisse pas ouvrir la fenêtre mais inconvénients très mineurs vu les atouts de cet hôtel.

Chambre très petite, ventilation très bruyante, ont devait aller voir la réception pour l’arrêter( vers 00h) les voisins très bruyants, odeurs à cigarettes et canaris, int c est réveillé avec l odeurs…
Depuis ont nous a voler un parfum, coco Mademoiselle, ils sont rentrer après notre passage de l’après midi, ont est arrivé à 17h30 paris vers 19h20 le parfum a été volé après 19h20 inadmissible…
Malheureusement ont a pas fait des photos.

Rapport qualité prix, un peu chère

Chambre familiale propre et calme,lit superposés séparés de l'espace parents est appréciable.
La literie est a remplacer, car on commence a sentir un affaissement au endroits où on se couches. Les lits individuels pareil, il manque aussi une vise au niveaux sommier de celui du haut ceux qui fait qu'il penche.
L'état générale de la chambre est a rafraîchir, la salle de bain a été refaite, mais la lampe du labavo cassé fait un peu négligé. Boitier de la carte clé, mauvais contact.
Le pdj buffet est correct ,ainsi que l'accueil.
Très bonne localisation, en rue piétonne et commerçante. Nous avons fait le week-end sans prendre la voiture.

Chambre qui ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos. Pas de climatisation, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenetre.
2 ventilateurs tout de meme mais insuffisant
Une salle de bain avec un tres gros besoin de rénovation.
Decoration absente.
Finition de la chambre absente.
Une television qui ne capte pas toutes les chaines.
Bref, meme si c'etait une reservation de derniere minute, c'est indécent de faire payer plus de 200€ la nuit (avec petit dejeuner mediocre au passage) pour si peu.
Certes l'hotel est tres bien placé mais on a envie de quitter l'établissement au plus vite.
Désolé pour l'avis negatif mais visitez la chambre pour vous rendre compte.
