Ne vaut vraiment pas le prix!
Nous étions confiants par rapport à la note sur le site mais honnêtement je peux dire que le prix ne vaut pas du tout la prestation. Donc je vais dire la seule chose positive à mon goût. La proximité du stade. Pour le reste, vous vous retrouvez dans un studio étudiant où tout est de guingois et qui a vécu. Le lit est certes confortable mais voilà tout ce qu'il y a. Nous sommes arrivés et l'une des fenêtres était bloquée ouverte et de travers. Nous avons dû aller chercher le réceptionniste car pas de téléphone dans la chambre. Au final on n'a plus retouché aux fenêtres quand on nous a confirmé qu'elles avaient des problèmes. La salle de bain où on voit que le nettoyage n'est pas fait en profondeur et difficile de régler la température de l'eau, le lavabo qui s'écoule mal... Malheureusement nous n'avions pas vu à la réservation qu'il n'y avait pas de clim donc par plus de 30 dehors on avait chaud dans la chambre. Heureusement qu'il y avait un ventilateur mais ce n'était pas suffisant. Pour le lendemain nous avions réservé le petit déjeuner. Là aussi grosse erreur. Il y avait peu de monde quand on est arrivé mais aucunes tables n'étaient débarrassées et quand au contenu du petit déjeuner, de l'industriel sans Impossible d'exprimer cela à la réception lors de notre départ car personne.J'ai appelé le numéro indiqué.La personne ne nous a même pas demandé si ça s'était bien passé et nous a juste demandé de laisser les clés dans une boîte (qui n'est même pas sécurisée).

Vraiment top ! Une belle suite très spacieuse avec cuisine équipée, salon, chambre, WC et salle de bain. Literie très confortable et rien à signaler sur la propreté et les équipements 👍 un grand +.... Plus près du stade pierre mauroy on peut pas faire ! Pour un événement sportif ou un concert c'est idéal 👌

Dommage d avoir un appartement avec une porte blindée insonorisé qui a un passage d air de 1 cm en dessous.
Du coup on entend les bruits.
Sinon c est toujours très propre et à bon prix .
Idéal pour un passage, d autant plus que l' on peut avoir un parking souterrain pour 11€

One night at twenty business flats
Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec le stade, la propreté, la sobriété de la décoration. Mais, les meubles de kitchenette ne resisteront pas longtemps et les couloirs et ascenceurs sont déjà bien dégradés. Dommage !

The flat was spacious with good bed and shower. In a good location near a Mall and a Metro and restaurants. Easy to get to the motorways. Staff were very helpful and understood English.
Only problem we encountered was a TV with very limited channels and none in English and any texts received during our stay was always in French.

The property itself is kinda old but also finding where the parking is when using GPS is kinda tricky. The staff could barely explain how the parking situation works and there is a lot of step to just use the self parking which belongs to the Stadium.

It's not clear upon arrival where to park or how to get to Twenty Business Grand Flats. However, oncea you've figured this out the place is very well situated with friendly staff and nice rooms with all the amenities that you would expect. Very well priced for what you get.

I stayed for one night for an event at the adjacent stadium. The location is excellent for that purpose, and you aren't far away from good transport links if you want to get in to the centre of town. There is a parking garage directly underneath, which isn't too expensive and is excellent value on an event day.
The rooms are clean and have all that you need. It isn't a hotel, but an aparthotel, so some of the 'luxury' touches some people seem to expect aren't there but it absolutely fine for short stays. Think UK Travelodge standard, but bigger rooms and with a kitchenette.
The only issues I had was when I messaged them to find out which of the parking garages I should use, I didn't get a reply (it's A3 in case you need to know), and the absence of a soap dispenser in the toilet (although there is one in the shower).
I'd stay here again. Clean, functional and well located.

Ok, but not worth the price.
We stayed here as an overnight stop on the way home. Parking is expensive at 11 euros. The drains in the bathrooms smelled awful, heavily masked in the bedroom by plug in air fresheners. No air conditioning but large opening windows and a fan was provided.
We were welcomed by a very nice man on reception.
Breakfast was ok. My family seemed to enjoy it. Half of this hotel is student halls and the facilities are shared. Eg lifts, entrance, staff etc. certainly wouldn’t stay again.

C'est vraiment horrible ce séjour dans l'hôtel, pas de chauffage et d'eau chaude le matin au réveil, le badge de l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas avec une chambre au 6 ème étage pour le soir en arrivant et le matin avec le plateau du petit déjeuner, des bruits d'écoulement dans les tuyaux en permanence, une cafetière électrique avec dosettes qui ne fonctionne pas et en 2 taies d'oreiller fines seulement pour un hôtel de ce prix c'est un scandale à éviter à tout prix

séjour avec 2 enfants en bas âge, mais problème de compréhension : un canapé lit 2 places est un peu grand pour un enfant de 2 ans et demi, sinon le lavabo de la SdB était quasi bouché, mais le plus dur a été la fausse alarme incendie pendant la nuit pour un détecteur défectueux jouxtant l'accueil (évidemment on préfère une fausse alarme, mais on préfère encore plus des détecteurs accessibles maintenus en période de faible fréquentation, non ?), après si la chambre près de l'ascenseur pouvait être mieux isolée phoniquement, ce serait très bien conçu ;-(

It was like a student apartment with all the amenities - with kitchen equipment including a fridge & kettle.
The bedding was excellent (no giant marsh mellow pillows here) and decent shower / soap & shampoo.
We found the coffee table / comfy chair area very useful.

We are both over 55 and well travelled.
We were very disappointed with our stay at the Tulip Inn. The receptionist treated us like criminals or hooligans. She insisted on taking a photocopy of my passport. When I asked about the possibility of identity theft and the data protection act, she then relinquished and wrote down my passport number instead of taking a photocopy.
A 300€ deposit is required in case we thrashed the room. She said that it would be released when we checked out. When we checked out the next day, she said that they would check the room in the next 24 hours and if they were satisfied, they would then release the deposit. I asked if we could check the room together and she refused. I would lose the 300€ deposit if a Tulip Inn staff member breaks or steals something from the room after we checked out.
The room was spacious, and it reminded me of student accommodation. There was a strong unpleasant odour from the drains and toilet.
The receptionist did not speak English. Luckily, both my husband and I are fluent in French, so there was no misunderstanding.
The only positive is the location of the hotel. Close to Ville2 Shopping and the Metro. Parking was 10€ per day. However there are other hotels in the area with good customer service.
We will definitely not return to Tulip Inn. Much rather support hotels that give great customer service.

The only positive is the location of the hotel. Close to Ville2 Shopping and the Metro. Parking was 10€ per day. However there are other hotels in the area with good customer service.
We will definitely not return to Tulip Inn. Much rather support hotels that give great customer service.

A good place to stay, extremely convenient for the motorway en route from the Channel ports to central Europe. Some restaurants nearby as part of the stadium complex, ample parking. There's also the option to cook in the room (there's a small hob, sink, fridge...). Breakfast quite steeply priced at €12 but weighed against an inexpensive room, a just-about-worthwhile expense for an easy start to the following day.

This is a student residence with the top floor for hotel use. elevator not working, untrained staff, dirty room with dust and items from previous guest. Good hotel if paying less than 50 EUR and going to a football game at stadium but otherwise, not recommended. Staff primary concern and essential role is to hand key while extorting parking and breakfast fees. Hotel calls itself Tulip in the hope of confusing with Garden Tulip but this is a no name, no class hotel.

À partir de la première nuit odeur très forte au niveau de la salle de bain. Et à mon premier reveil, découverte de plusieurs CAFARDS ! Au niveau du lit! Dans la cuisine sous l’évier ! La situation de l’hôtel à proximité immédiate du stade Pierre Maurois (ds lequel nous devions assister à un concert de Bruce Springsteen) est absolument géniale, d’autant que l’hôtel a des places de parkings réservées.

Nous avons séjourné une soirée dans cet établissement. Nous avions un studio avec 1 grand lit. Avant de réserver, j'ai appelé pour me faire spécifier les équipement. On m'a confirmé que chaque studio était pourvu de 2 fauteuils et une chaise comme sur les photos. Le nôtre n'était équipé que de 2 chaises et d'un lit pour une 3ème personne plié en pouf. Nous devions recevoir 2 amis pour prendre un verre et l'un de nous a dû s'assoir sur le lit.Au niveau vaisselle, il y a 3 couchage mais tout est disponible pour 2...

Attention, il n'y a pas d'autres solutions légale pour se garer que le parking de l'hotel , hélas il n'est pas accessible ( les autres hotels n'ont pas encore ré-ouverts , l'étage du parking hotel est bloqué ) et le parking public est fermé de minuit à 11h00 ....
