From the hotel, it will take you just 10 minutes by car to get to Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations.
You are right next to the stadium, so get ready for the big match!Our hotel has held the Tourisme & Handicap label since 2024 for all 4 disabilities (hearing, mental, motor and visual). In our hotel, you have access to PMR rooms, all equipped with shower chairs, as well as an elevator wide enough to allow you to move around easily in a wheelchair.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Nice touch with the front desk staff having a sign detailing what languages they spoke.
Myself and my three colleagues arrived around 11pm and checked in with zero hassle. Dropped our bags off and back to the lobby bar for a refreshing beer. Great choice and price.
The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed.
We chose this location due to attending the LOSC Lille football game (hotel is a few hundred metres from stadium).
On our last day, we also had the breakfast. Again, very pleasant chef and the food when it ran out was immediately replenished. Great value for money.
My only minor gripe was of our party of four, one of us was on the 4th floor whilst the remaining three were on second floor. Perhaps a split 50/50 next time?
In summary, great hotel which is about a ten minute walk to a choice of two metro stops. From there it’s about 15-20 minutes to city centre.

Unfortunately, several things didn’t go well during my stay.
My stay was disappointing. There was no easy access to the hotel with my luggage, and the hotel only had one small cart available. This made the arrival very inconvenient.The staff didn’t seem attentive, and some amenities weren’t working properly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

It’s definitely the worst place on earth I have visited. All the good reviews? Really? Btw vending machine there doesn’t work so I ended up paying 4€ for a tiny bottle of water. I do not recommend this place.

The property was well kept, friendly, bright and clean.the housekeeping staff are thoughtful, kind and professional. staff were welcoming and reception speak a number of languages. Do keep in mind the lovely ladies at breakfast don’t speak English (not a problem at all it’s their country after all, but something to be aware of, an opportunity to brush up on your French! The breakfast selection is wonderful and fresh, and there can be a takeaway bag, fork and cup with a lid if you are in a rush or want to eat on the go. the surroundings are a little far from the centre and train station (Lille-Europe & lille-flandres) which is something to be aware of, though there is a metro nearby, and there is another shopping centre not far from the property about a 7 minute walk, and there is a lovely dining restaurant (flunch) inside, which we went to everyday for dinner. there is also an Auchan downstairs in the shopping centre to get supplies from. As well as a pharmacy and other clothes/retail shops. It’s generally quiet and a good experience. Always a pleasure to visit France. Also the Lille Europe station is linked to a shopping centre which has a carrefour in it, about a 10-15 minute walk away so it’s perfect for getting last minute perishables and snacks to bring back with you on the Eurostar in a cool bag.

The rooms have to be renovated. I did not feel comfortable.The room had a bad smell. Especially the bathroom was old. Everywhere were stains. While showering the floor got wet. No socket in the bathroom.
