Check in was easy. Our room was clean, decent remodel. The bed was a king bed and they used queen sheets. We had to get the correct size from the front desk and remake our bed. The WiFi did not work our entire stay.

This was a nice place for a quick overnight stay. We just didn’t like the super bright LED lights everywhere inside the room. They were very bright and there was no way to dim them down. Other than that, would stay again for sure.

The hotel in general was appropriate for the star level. However, it was unacceptable that in the middle of the night we discovered mold growing in large sections near the roof of the bathroom.

We stayed two different nights in two different rooms. The fridge the first night had nice freezer space and refrigerator space. The second room had only refrigerator space, no freezer section. The fitness room was outside by the pool. The AC was very noisy and kept us awake every time it came on throughout the night. The breakfast had waffles along with your typical continental breakfast items, with very little selection. It was not what we expected from a Baymont hotel but was worth the price we paid. No real complaints.

Not an 8 rated hotel. Run down. No elevator. Doors are outside. Bed was comfortable is about the only good thing about it. For the money I was expecting something better. Should've been 70-80 bucks at most.

The breakfast offering was in need of restocking when we arrived to partake at 8:30. That was a bit inconvenient but was quickly remedied once we brought it to the front desk’s attention.

The mattress cover had fresh yellow stain spots that clearly could have been washed. It was also full of hair. The air and heating unit was very loud at 75 degrees. I couldn't sleep peacefully. The continental breakfast hours are inconvenient. No elevators. Parking ok. Staff seemed very lazy. The recliner in my room damaged my favorite coat because it had a nail sticking out of it on the back. The bathroom door wouldn't close. So there was NO PRIVACY. The complimentary water taste like salt (maybe the filter wasn't changed.)

The hotel staff has been extremely helpful with extending my stay. There were no unanswered questions when deciding to extend my stay I wasn’t made to checkout and wait until after 3 pm, rather I was able to just move into another room right then making it so much more convenient. Thank you for also insuring that the outdoor hot tub was clean and at a comfortable temperature! It made the holiday feel special even while being away on business!

Everything was okay, but below basic. One towel in the bathroom, no floor mat, no hand towel, no face cloth. I know that you have to make money, but please. No, I didn't ask for more, I don't think I should have had to. I will select a different hotel next time, there are plenty at that exit. Poor businesses should go out of business.

Clean & quiet!

We were a bit surprised that this was a motel as opposed to hotel with inside rooms, but honestly, it was very convenient. We parked in front of our door. The unit was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, & we had a nice overnight stay. Very low-key, but staff were friendly. Thumbs up! We'd stay again.

Was rated 8+ on Expedia. As a well worn traveler, I would give it 6 at best. Old and showing it's age; minimal water pressure; Bath sink was part of bedroom so no privacy. Beds veey soft. But goid price.

Perfect for an overnight stay

This property was perfect for an overnight stay. Everything was updated and very clean. Bed was comfortable, shower worked well, and the breakfast was simple but fine. The staff members in reception, both evening and next morning, were very friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable for the quality of the stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

First room we were given had mold growing in the bathroom and the ventilation fan didn’t work. Room smelled of wet fur. Second room was slightly better (no mold) but had an odd odor to it. Very humid even with AC. Grounds had beer cans and trash laying around. People hanging out in front of their rooms in lawn chairs were probably locals. Local restaurant worker advised we stay elsewhere next time and mentioned the crime in the area.

Convenient location right off the interstate and right behind a Cracker Barrel. Property looks like it is older but well kept. Our room was nice but the drapes did not meet together very well and had to use a pillow to keep folks from being able to see in. Also , the person who blowed the parking lot got dirt and debris over my freshly washed car. Overall it was worth the money spent and if I need a hotel in that area I will gladly stay again.
