The front desk lady was overwhelmed between tending for the phones and check in We had to wait quite a bit of time. Room was comfortable; Bathroom was dirty. Our favorite was the Breakfast buffet included quite a bit of options.

We stayed there Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was very kind, especially an older man, I think he was with maintenance. Held the door for us and helped us with our bags without us even having to ask. The rooms do have a certain smell to them which we were not a fan of but other than that everything else was fine. They also have free homemade chocolate chip cookies! Overall, the location is great. They have numerous restaurants and stores nearby which made it so much easier to get around.

I enjoyed the breakfast. Most of the staff were great except the lady who checked me in. She was a little chilly. However all of the other staff members were polite they spoke to you and mostly smiled.

The room on the other had had an odor, wet damp smell. Maybe if the carpets was cleaned it could help.

This is my 2nd time staying. The first two night, this time three nights.

Dirty, worn furniture in room (I would not sit in such a old dirty chair). Broken vanity cabinet. Signs of repaint over dirty, rusty bathroom area. Hand towel holder next to vanity fell off ( barely attached to wall). Filthy stained carpeting (giant mystery stain between beds). Funky smell. Standard hotel breakfast fare. Staff was helpful and courteous when smoke detector went off for no reason, twice. Front desk at check-in could not tell me what rate difference there was, if any, between walk-in and reserving via Expedia. I don't understand how this location can be called 'Best Western \"Plus\"'. Overall, a generous OK.

The staff stood out as everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers and the breakfast lady went out of their way to greet and ask about any concerns. The room amenities were a little disappointing, but the overall experience distanced that. I think you will pay much less than a full service hotel with their upgraded amenities, but the price difference equals or exceeds the slightly different amenities provided by a much more expensive hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very pleasant. The furnishings were a bit dated, but clean. A problem I had was that I wanted to charge my Tesla. The 2 EV chargers were Chargepoint. None of my adapters were compatible for charging. All the other features made this a wonderful place. I want to stay there again on my way back.

We were charge TWICE for the room and can not get this resolved. We booked through HOTELS.COM and paid for the room. When we arrived the clerk said, the payment did not go through and charger our credit card again! We called the hotel & hotels.com Neither is willing to fix their mistake. I've been using Hotels.com since 2011, customer no service has gotten so poor. Never again will I use them. The Hotel was not well maintained and they also have poor customer NO SERVICE.

The entire hotel smelled moldy, as if air conditioners had been running nonstop for years. My daughter even commented that the whole room smelled wet. Luckily, we were only there for 5-6 hours before we left. The lady at the front was really nice but in all my years of traveling, she locked us into a wing of the hotel from the outside lobby. She said we had to either go out the side doors and bring our key card or I had to knock loudly on the door to try to get her to come open it. Very bizarre happenings.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely consider coming back. One of the highlights was the breakfast—it was fresh, well-stocked, and had a good variety of options to start the day right. It made mornings easy and enjoyable without having to go out searching for food.

Another big plus was the parking. It was simple, convenient, and easy to access, which made a huge difference after a long day of traveling. Not having to worry about complicated parking or extra hassle was a major bonus.

Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with some thoughtful amenities that made the experience smooth and stress-free.

Checked in put in wrong room, came back after dinner, now keys didn’t work and voices were inside our room. Front desk clerk said they made a mistake and placed us in another room. My Grandson forgot a shirt in the room on checkout . Called and ask if they could send it to us, they said they couldn’t. The next weekend I called before driving the 3 hours back to motel, they were very nice and said they would keep it for us . When we arrived the front desk clerk said she couldn’t find it and it might be a few days and she would call me back. I ask for manager and was told that they were not available on weekends, now I get to drive home 3 hours, it’s sad when motel was nice but incompetent staff will ruin business

Worst hotel stay of my life. The first room entered had an awful wet dog and urine odor the second you stepped through the door. We immediately went back to the front to ask for a new room, and the attendant was very kind and gave us another room. The second room also had a similar odor and damp carpet throughout the whole room. I felt disgusted the entire night. The only reason I would give this hotel a 1 star is because of the hotel attendant being kind.

Worked for a quick one night stay, only. Would not be a place we would return to. Rooms are outdated and needs a facelift and more comfortable beds. There was a broken (literally) shower faucet so it was very difficult to gauge the water temperature (either scalding hot or freezing) and took a few minutes to set to the comfortable water temperature.
