This was a charming hotel. The decor and atmosphere were really fun! We just stayed for one night to break up a long drive, so we didn't use any amentities beyond the breakfast. But I would definitely stay here again. Clean, bright, and priced right. Close to gas stations. Breakfast was limited in selection, but was enough for our needs.

Breakfast hours were good from 6am-10am. Pool hours are very inconvenient should be from dawn until midnight for people who like a morning swim or a late night swim(especially when the desk is manned by staff). My rooms thermostat was broken. I noticed it after returning from a short trip to get food. I set it to 68F and it was at 98F when I returned 4 hours later. A male front desk staff asked to enter my room alone to try and fix the matter. Im very familiar with HVAC and I knew it could not be fixed immediately without a maintenance man. He entered my room without a escort knowing I was alone in my room because he checked me in. This was at 11pm. I felt very unsafe. This could be a future issue for travelers if this occurs again. He gave me a new room not far from my previous room and everything worked out fine. I commend his efforts but this was unprofessional to try and do this after hours alone. Parking is small and the pool was extremely dirty and full of bugs. The hot tub water pump was so loud I couldn't enjoy it. The rooms were ok and the breakfast was complimentary and not even worth waking up for.

Spark was clean inside and out. The hotel was located close to interstate with easy access. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was located near the elevator which was a little noisy. The beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. We booked to stay at Spark because they were pet friendly, but there was nothing mentioned about a non refundable $50 fee.

Well, first of all the woman at the front desk was not very friendly and not very informative about places to eat. The hallways were dirty. The room was dirty. The toilet didn’t work. It was extremely loud in our room. We heard everyone else I could hear TVs from other rooms people walking by all through the night. The walls were paper thin also the breakfast was horrible just bagels, hard-boiled eggs, and coffee. Do not go there.

We had a good stay here. The front desk clerk had a LOT of people who all came at once and she kept her cool. The breakfast was not as big as some places but still was versatile.

Bathroom drain did not close.
Toilet flush was not adjusted correctly.
Workout Room 3 pieces of Equipment were not in working order.
Brought all of this to attention of management nothing was done, no compensation offered.

AC/Heater wasn’t working right. The main issue was my room was directly across from the elevator which turned out to be a meeting area for lots of friends/groups. Was told no other rooms were available. Very little sleep for an expensive hotel. They should have cameras set up around the elevator and have security move the groups!!

First, the staff is very nice and friendly. The facility is either new or newly renovated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a \"cold breakfast\" as we were told upon checking in. That meant no smelly waffle iron or powdered eggs. Breakfast had hard-boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, and more. It was nice not to come back to the room smelling like waffles! The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We travel through Kingsland often, and our \"go-to\" hotel was oddly high-priced this time, so I thought I would give this Spark a try. Glad I did...looks like we're coming back next time through. Thanks for a great stay.

We arrived 35 min before check in time and were told we would have to pay a $25 charge for early check in.... Or come back in 35 min
So we came back after 35 min
I prob won't stay there again

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was minimal, bagels, cereal and yogurt. I appreciate that they cater to guests with pets (I don’t travel with pets) but it does smell like animals stay here unfortunately.

No wash cloths in the room. Bath gel for showers was empty Toilet wouldn’t flush in morning. It was a mechanical issue.
Other than that it was an attractive hotel.

I had a great stay at the Spark Hotel. The design of the hotel is modern, stylish, and very welcoming. Everything was spotless, and you can tell they take cleanliness seriously. The staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Some furniture, the desk, even though just remodeled was scarred badly. Staff was helpful. Could not control fan without either turning on heat or AC. Lights were terrible, very bright and harsh. Breakfast was below average no hot options. Cheap tasteless food. Coffee ok. Refrigerator too small for anything. Will not stay again.

Completely empty hotel that charges a ridiculous $25 fee to check in early. And even made me wait for that. I’d understand if the hotel was full but this was in the middle of nowhere by the highway.

Broken gym and tv gets a handful of stations. All worthless.

I stay at hotels half the year and am now removing any Hilton brands from being an option for me. Nickel and dime foolishness. Awful. Wish I had never made the reservation.

The breakfast was very fresh. I never got to experience the hot tub. I guess I kind of prefer the hot tub to be indoors opposed to outdoors because when it’s indoors, it doesn’t matter how the weather is. You still can enjoy it now it was nice out the days that I was there, but I still you know Like it just wasn’t enough privacy for me, but that was OK. The rest of the service was perfect.
