Floor was dirty (feet were black after walking on it). The nightstand had visible dirt on it as well. Other than that it was your basic motel. Also, the front desk first put us in an occupied room.

My room has a stale mildew smell and the dresser cabinet door to the fridge was broken. There was rust on desk lamps, etc.
I contacted the front desk and they were very professional and helpful. They met me upstairs and moved me to another room very quickly. That room was much better! Kudos to the front desk staff!
Breakfast was good, providing quite a few options for this price point, including sausage and eggs.

Manager of the hotel acted like she was trying to help us, but got really rude, when we decided to go elsewhere, She then told me and my family of 8 we had 15 minutes to get out. I will never forget that experience and will never spend another dollar with them, so I hope you enjoy the 500 that we did spend. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone that I care about.

Staff was very confused. Couldn't enter a military ID into the system and only would take a drivers license. The could not navigate a physical card without numbers printed on the card. Questioned my pet after I had been there for two days even though I had a pet waiver. Appears to be inexperienced staff. Furniture in the room was in poor condition. It appeared to be water damaged on the floor and rotting (tv stand).

If you are reserving a room with a pull out couch expecting to use it, it is a pull out couch with springs, that's it. A sheet covering up springs. It was horrible!

Room was nice, clean bathroom, bed comfortable, staff excellent. The refrigerator was cool enough for food and drinks, but needs to be checked. It is off balanced and moving around and the area underneath it may have been wet, wood is damaged.

The room was clean but the furniture was hammered. The dresser drawers wouldn't close but they knocked all the corners off withe the vacuum. One bed was not right. It rocked like a hobby horse. Not suitable for sleeping. The carpet was frayed badly at the tile/carpet transition. Not a terrible place for a quick overnight but many things could have been done better.

So long story short! It was Valentines day! 2 weeks prior we had a great experience! Staff was overly helpful!
So we get there on Valentines day. The lady running the front desk is telling customers they got to call an fix stuff with the third party person they booked from. Im like thats a first. This one gots to call for this & that. Then i get up there an i booked with hotels.com. So i had my first inital instead of my name. Now this has been like this for 5 years plus. NEVER has it been a problem. So she says i have to chang my first name to match id. Ok.. So i chat on hotels .com. Cant get no where on the chat im not that guy im aggravated. My wifes waiting in the car to get settled in so we can get to dinner. So i finally think im getting some wherei tell hotels.com i want to cancel it says ok. Then it says im canceling booking. It proceeds to say heres a short cut to rebook. So i hit that. Rebook same hotel i check in all seems good. Then i see my acct still has 2 charges. So i call hotels.com. They says its all in the hands of the property. The property proceeds to tell me i was shown as a no-show. Then when hotels.com trys to get the to agree to give us another stay at another time. They say there standing behind there policy because i left a bad review about my experience. No show! Thats funny seeing as i stayed in another room the same night. Every customer in there was having a problem checking in.
So the result is.. Hotels.com aint there for the customers.

The room was in need of updates and restoration. We were given a \"pet room\" even though we were not traveling with our pets. There was a herd of elephants in the room above us...and this did not end. It sounded like running and stomping...constantly. very few channels on the TV. Breakfast was very limited and no orange juice. It was also very crowded and difficult to get food. The only positive was the bed...it was comfortable but it might have been my exhaustion. I will not stay here again.

Over all the hotel was nice staff pleasant. However, had asked about getting information from their security system as my vehicle appeared to have been vandalized between 1230am and the following day till I went to leave and the rear tire had been flattened. Tire store said it appeared to have had the valve stem cut which cause the flat.

Overall was a good stay

Somewhat disappointed

It was just an OK stay. When we entered the room there was a smell. Even though we were on the third floor I thought it smelled like dog. We have been told dogs only on first floor. Then noticed the dehumidifier was full, so not operating. That could’ve been what I was smelling, some must in the room. My husband emptied it. Bed was comfortable room was clean. This carpet in. Hard surface floors are much better in my opinion. Breakfast in the morning was subpar. The waffles were good. However, the scrambled egg sausage and potatoes were not very desirable. Coffee was also from a Machine Very weak even when I selected old option. This was our third stay there. In the past, we were satisfied. However, staying there again.

A top 10 hotel.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable!! The room was spacious, it fit our family of six perfectly. The breakfast was great and so many options. The employees were super kind. They did have an indoor pool but we were too busy to use it. Oh, I loved that they had 3 options of fruit... The oranges were so yummy. They had chic fila ice cubes in the ice machines 💜. I would 100 % stay again and encourage others to stay here.

Decent one night stay

Overall, the hotel was decent for a single night. Everything was in decent order, and the staff provided top-notch customer service.
The only downside was the king-size mattress, which showed signs of wear and was in need of replacement.

Perfectly satisfactory roadside hotel on I-95.

We stopped at the hotel on our drive north on I-95. The free breakfast was fine - waffles, fake eggs, cereal, biscuits and gravy. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower pressure was just ok. Front desk was great.

Beware, do not stay here!

Beware, do not stay here! The management at this hotel is unstable and untruthful. She is struggling with their reservation software and make every excuse to cancel your reservation. After canceling you, she keeps your money, and says that you are the one who canceled. This hotel has been reported to their parent conglomeration, Choice Hotels and Hotels.com.

Family trip

Staff was super friendly (every single person from cleaning staff, check- in, etc). They could not have been more helpful and just friendly, going out of their way to speak not only to us but our kids each time we entered or left the building. Although they got slammed and had no more vacancy a couple of nights due to a hurricane, their service to current customers already there never slacked. Definitely would stay here again.
