Do not stay here the place is disgusting the owners are thieves. They dont keep the rooms clean at all theres mold bugs and cobwebs everywhere, the ac units barely work and its not just in 1 rooms its in all of them.

The absolute worse place i have ever stayed at smh you definitely get what you pay for, the people that own it will definitely act like your friend but will steal from you so fast do not trust these people at all and the hotel is disgusting everything is falling apart. There is mold in the bathrooms the tubs are falling apart theres bugs in the rooms including roaches and gnats. They do not cleans the rooms good there are cobwebs in all of the corners the floors are blavk they never wash the blanksts on the beds just change the sheets and pillow cases. They have no kind of bfast nobody in the office you talk to a machine. And if you pay for days ahead and have to leave early they will not reimburse you for the days you didnt stay but paid for

The property manager goes by the name of \" G \" . He is so accommodating that he makes you feel like you're one of the family. t property has a little pond with ducks and geese .... every morning \" G \" feeds them, then lights inc
ense out front and says his prayers. The geese see him and go to him like he's the pied Piper! This lends for a very warm safe feeling and adds to a comfortable stay.

Yikes! We got a room with bad plumbing. The room was semi updated. It smelled like fresh paint. It was ok to sleep, but that’s about it.
It was semi clean, they tried. The staff was super nice and professional. The area was safe.

Pleasantly Surprised! Best bang for the Buck if you’re trying to save money in Kingsland!
Very basic but sufficient accommodations. Microwave fridge and coffee maker, comfortable bed and a pool, TV worked too. And all for literally less than half of what the 2 places next door charge! Yeah!

Im going on my 3rd week here because Im in between homes right now and I will say it again this was the best choice I made in somewhere to stay, the price is great and some would complain about some things but thats because they have super high expectations anyway but I promise this hotel is not bad at all and the management is super nice and helpful. And the pool stays very clean even for it being cold which says alot 😌 I sm really enjoying my stay here thanks to Mr. G and his wife for everything

Arrived to check in and found no one in the office, there was a video screen with someone asking \"can I help you\"? I couldn't hear them so I motioned for my wife to come in. Well she, being about to hear a fly fart, couldn't hear either! An older gentleman walked up and started yelling at her, the lady onscreen, turn it up! turn your mic up! Never could hear!!! We had reservations for a deluxe room with king bed and sleeper sofa, didn't get it, charged a $4.99 fee on top of the quoted \"Hotels.com\" price. Black hairs all over the room especially the bathroom!
Was not an enjoyable night!!! So glad we only had to stay one night!!! The sad thing is it had great reviews, don't know how that happened???

The room needs some freshening up. I reserved a king room. After checking in, went to room and it had two double beds instead of a king. Went back to the check-in area and was told due to maintenance issues they didn't have a king available so they had to give us a double room. Was also charged $5 more than what was quoted through Hotel.com. Also, check-in was through a kiosk with the person on a screen who was very hard to hear and understand.

I feel like it was a bait and switch. I signed up for a deluxe room with a king bed and stove top. When I looked in the room there were two beds no stove top. The check-in was absolutely horrid. You have to check in talking to a person that's on a computer screen even though he's in the back room. Was difficult to understand as the quality was so poor. The only good thing was I asked for my money back immediately and I was given my money back. A lot of junk cars in the parking lot too.

Staff was super friendly during check in. Convenient location. No major issues. Room was okay for the price, but you get what you pay for. Room 209 has floorboards peeling up from an obvious bathroom overflow, towels and sheets seemed clean, but were dingy/gray. Lots of noise outside room and smelled others smoking in middle of the night (not cigarettes). Not on my list to stay again, but to each their own.

The room did not reflect what was shown and suggested in images and description. They were redoing door locks and there was a problem getting us a functional key; we were not allowed 2 \"because we do not have enough.\" When booking on hotels.com, it said that would be our final cost, but they added a $4.99 charge for booking though the site and not directly. The room key also stopped working the evening before we checked out and there was no one in the office (fortunately one of our party was still in the room). Additionally, the health inspection indicated cross contamination with the potable water, we could hear all the sounds from the surrounding rooms, the bathroom door did not close all the way, the luggage rack and hangers on the wall in the bathroom area did not seem safe for any kind of weight and there were several roaches. While I do not recall the listing saying there was breakfast or coffee provided it was from 6-9am. However the coffee was very weak and the breakfast was packaged mini chocolate donuts or mini blueberry muffins.

The pay now and pay at hotel amount were the same and since we only made the reservation 2 days in advance, I decided to just pay at the hotel. Big mistake. We show up, exhausted, and are told they will be charging more because we are paying at the hotel. More than 10% of the cost of the room. If I would have known that, I would have picked the slightly more expensive, but much nicer, hotel in the same complex. I am not happy about the last minute price increase. If we wouldn't have arrived so late, I would have canceled and found somewhere else to stay.

I knew when I drove up to this place I picked a bad one. It is really really rundown dirty looking inside and out. Check-in took forever because the first room in the back of the building had a broken heating and air-conditioning unit and the door wouldn’t lock. Who knows what else was wrong but as I was walking out, this lady next to me was screaming at her little three-year-old throwing F bombs every other word it was disgusting. Second room was a little better but just rundown and dirty looking. Had to go to Walmart. There was no hairdryer and I also bought a couple of cheap blankets, cause I did not wanna lay my body on the sheets. Also a can of Lysol. It was not safe people sitting outside smoking not friendly. I was worried about my car so I did not sleep well, and I had my firearm by my side.
The only good thing this place has going is the friendly lady at the counter. Believe me spend an extra $20 and get something at least halfway decent. Reading some of the five star reviews it must be fake.
