Good deal for a 2 night stay. Rooms were basic but clean. The free coffee and breakfast were an added bonus. Pool was closed for service, which was unfortunate. Free self parking with gas stations and restaurants/ grocery/coffee across the street made this a convenient location. Close to freeways. Staff was helpful.
Winston
Clean room, bathroom excellent, superb shower. Susan was a delight!!! Helpful and kind. Can't wait to visit again!

You would think a hotel in Florida would have real orange juice for breakfast
deborah
This was disappointing once we realized: the beds were worn out—this was the biggest issue. In addition, housekeeping didn’t corrected the fridge that was wobbly every time the door was opened?
Starre
Lobby was very nice

Breakfast on Tues* & Thurs* - get rid of those nasty dry weird omelets so people can enjoy showing up for breakfast, very limited selection. Better off somewhere else for breakfast on those days. The pool is strange size its basically a large warm tub, not exactly a swimming pool... more like an invite 4 people to fill a pool situation, but beaches are not far so highly recommend beaches instead. All in all the most important parts are very well done, from bed coziness to coffee w/muffins and fruit, you are in for a cozy night sleep on the go! So my 2 critiques aside... this is a nice 3 star say with a great overall rating and the staff is very nice! Read the sign that says ask for room service... its an ask don't expect it, flip a sign to opt in to house keeping towel restock services - thats a long stay pro tip. 😉 (oh and future idea for mngrs reading this, steam clean the apolstry* on the rest of the seated furniture... they seems overdue for it). Overall 4.5 long stays 4.8* star for overnighters! Parking is fine.

Enjoyed the July 4th stay. 👍
Bruce
We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. So far, so good! It is a newer facility, but overall we find Best Westerns to be a good choice. Also, there was plenty of parking and no added fee for it.
Mark
Front desk staff on arrival was not present and unapologetic when I had to go look for them on the back room. \"You're not supposed to be back here\" was less than friendly and my thought was neither should you if I have to stand around up front
Lcoddia
great place to stay.
Juan
Very clean room and modern, renovated a year ago. Front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. We will definetely stay here again.
Bruce
It is a good all around hotel. Very close to the airport. I would recommend.

We are very pleased with our stay and will stay again. The hotel staff was awesome very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was yummy. The parking was close to the hotel so the access was easy especially foe senior citizens. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best WesternPlus of Yulee went beyond my expectations! Clean sheets, clean bathrooms, smart TV’s, friendly service, and a delicious breakfast! The customer service was upfront and friendly, the room we stayed in was well maintained and sanitized with zero evidence of cockroaches, bed bugs, mice, or even smoking. There was easy access parking, ice machines, vending machines, and breakfast even offered luxurious items like pineapple orange guava juice and frittatas!
Everything at the hotel was top notch, yet all were at a reasonable price. Best Western Plus truly lives up to its name, and if you’re ever staying in Yulee, or visiting Amelia Island or Fernandina Beach, this is the place!

Check in was simple. The front desk was helpful the entire stay. We spent 4 days in Jacksonville. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was decent. My only disappointment was no bacon. No bacon anywhere anymore! Waffles were great. Had a bagel and coffee was great. I dont eat eggs but they had them every day rotating between scrambled and omelets. Never went to the pool but a nice amenity to have. Wifi worked well and definitely somewhere I will stay when I visit again. Great location!

The hotel looks like the photos, but it is noticeably old and worn down. The entrance smelled like sewage, and the building had a musty odor. The elevator is very old and makes concerning noises, and there was hair in the shower area when we arrived.
The breakfast options were very limited; however, the food was tasty.
Overall, the property needs updates and better maintenance.

A special shout out to Mary at the front desk. She was very helpful with information and things to do
Glenda
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room and the common areas were super clean, we truly enjoyed our stay.
Shawn
All around solid choice. Property was clean, rooms where nice, breakfast was good and price very fair. Stayed plenty of times at places that had hilton or marriott in the name that were way pricier and not nearly as good. Thumbs up.
Christine
Room is clean and in good condition. Good location, close to everything on Route 200 in Yulee, near I-95 and not far from the beaches. Breakfast was decent. Front desk was very helpful. Also, the shower has one of the better water pressure for a hotel -- a definite plus!
The only minor suggestion would be to fix the tread mill, was not very stable to run on. Also, would be great if the washer and dryer had a timer to give a better idea of how long each takes. But that's just nitpicking...
Would definitely stay again!

Location was convenient to Fernandina Beach, shops, and restaurants and the room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly; however, the halls and elevator of the hotel were very dirty with stains and trash but overall a decent stay.
Michael
We go back every time we go to Florida due to the cleanliness and the friendly staff and atmosphere.very much recommended!!! Food was good as well for breakfast!!
Michael
Good selection at breakfast. Would return.
Lee
Two items:
More variety for breakfast, hard boiled eggs, real oj.
Contractors drinking and swearing in the parking lot each day is not a good look. May make some folks uncomfortable.

Wonderful hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Stopped overnight on our way to Walt Disney World. Clean hotel. Wonderful staff. Breakfast in the AM was good. Hotel seems newer/freshly updated. Beds were comfortable.
edward
Good stay for one night. Very small exercise room but better than nothing.
Mark
Great breakfast. Exceptionally helpful staff.
LUIZ H
amazing price, place, everyone super professional and friendly, location is good as well, whenever trying to choose a place around to stay, this place is the best one in the region
Pearl
loved having a ground floor room, loved they offered walk in shower, room was clean. had no rugs, staff was friendly. Breakfast was fair parking lot was getting repaved on second part of our stay but still we had no issue parking. getting into out of property you need some patients, but it can be done. we like being close to Jacksonville and Ga,
Gregory
Well I ended up at the yulee location by mistake. Mis read a Friends location. Staff was great and place was spotless. Susan the manager got me all straightened out with Diana and canceled my second night since I was 5 hrs from where I should have been.
David
Very nice place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
James
I stayed here for a week on business. It was quiet, well kept, and a little off from the busy streets, which I wanted. The clientele were good folks, so it was overall very comfortable. Breakfast was typical fair and well serviced. Menu options suitable for two or three days. Will stay here again next trip.
Concepcion
We stayed in room 113. The bathroom floor was dirty not mopped. The metal frame holder was so dusty and some rust. I don't think housekeeping cleans the room thoroughly. Fridge was not clean. We liked the high ceiling and bed was comfortable.
edward
Great place to stay
Benjamin
Nice stay
Rosalina
Very accommodating and friendly! Price for a Best Western Plus was great.
Scott
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and without any funky odors. Lost a star for rock hard beds. I’m used to sleeping on memory foam mattresses so I woke up with back pain. Overall a nice place to stay
Terri
Very convenient location right off I-95. Very modern rooms that are very clean. Everything is updated. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was fine but no bottled water that we usually get from other hotels. The staff were good and Breakfast was fine.
Lori
Breakfast was wonderful except for the scrambled eggs. Please stop making those awful “powdered eggs”. Use fresh eggs. Parking was good and definitely felt safe at this hotel.
Eduardo
Highly recommended
Matthew
Loved the floors, they were so clean. It was close to the interstate and easy to find. We had a king bed and it was really comfortable. Staff was awesome too!

Elizabeth
Pristine room with a very comfy bed. The thermostat was simple to adjust and the a/c was quiet. Bathroom was clean and well equipped.
BONNIE
Yes very much
Billi
Rooms were clean. The front desk staff was very friendly.
Shaun
The entrance to this place has a weird curb right in the middle of the entrance its not painted and blends in with the pavement at night you can not see it. I hit it and have knocked something loose in the front end of truck and the property owner says its not thier fault like paint it or put a light there so it can be seen at night!!
Mark
Clean room, great staff, breakfast was amazing, great location

Great stay. Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

I appreciated the clean, two room suite. Nice shower, great lighting, and two big TVs. Breakfast was fine for what it is but typical of similar hotels.
Inconvenient location to get a decent meal, especially with my boat in tow. Limited trailer parking and didn’t want to disconnect to drive for a meal, nor give up the spot I did have. I was warned by the helpful clerk about trying to walk across the busy thoroughfare at night and the few places in the shopping center there were not inspiring enough to run the risk.

James

Clare
Great location right off highway. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast good not great.
Naomi
Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, great staff
Maria
Clean, comfortable and friendly. I great stay.
Leland
Decent hotel…room was a good size and clean. Hotel overall was clean. Front desk staff member was very friendly and efficient. I would not suggest staying here for the free breakfast if you use this as a decision point for selection. It was just lacking in many things normally available at these types of breakfast hotels. However, it was a good stopover place on the way to South Florida.
William
There was a load party going on all evening in the room next to ours. It took three trips to the front desk because they didn’t another phone over three hours before the clerk finally went to the room and asked them to be quiet. That was almost 1:00 am and it was 1:30 am before the noise got low enough for us to attempt sleep. I think training on how to handle unruly guests is necessary.
Susan
Room was comfortable and clean. As we travelled with our dog it was nice to see vinyl floors - no yucky carpet! Staff were courteous and friendly.
Stacy
Big clean room. Everything was great
Michael
Hotel was nice. Clean. Good breakfast. However address led me and my GPS on a terrible prolong search for the hotel that wasted 1 hour. Unable to communicate with hotel as no one would pick up phone.
Angela
