Affordable, quiet and clean
Helen
Room so spacious and modern property. Lovely toiletries, pool towels, swimming pool and fab gym. Breakfast outstanding . Would use again and again .
Tynisha
The propert itself was well kept. My flight was delayed and I needed somewhere to shower and lay my head. Close to the airport, shuttle for transfers was a bonus.

Loved it
Katherine
The only negative thing I have to say is I had told two different staff members that there was no more doggy waste bags in the doggy waist sections. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Absolutely wonderful property. Very clean and hospitable
Nicole
We stayed overnight on our way to Orlando. The front desk staff were very helpful. They had a limited selection on breakfast options. I would recommend this hotel.
Alan
When we checked in no one asked us for a security deposit for our dog. When I was checking out the front desk person was surprised that we did not leave a deposit. We are now in your Macon, GA. hotel and I told the person at the front I had a service dog . All she did was had me fill out a form & a small $25. refundable deposit Just thought you should know
Misty
This was an absolutely amazing hotel! The lobby is beautiful & looks recently updated. The room was very nice! Bathroom was much fancier looking than a lot of hotels we have stayed at. The highlight inside the room was the black out curtains that actually blacked out the room & the cold ac! The smart tv was a great touch too! The breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, pancakes (via machine), yogurt, cereal, grits & a variety of bread and fruit. We will definitely be back our next trip to Jacksonville! The only comment I will give to anyone still reading this, bring your own pillow! Both provided (2 small & 2 large on our king size bed) were very flat. The smaller one was a bit firmer and the bigger one was a decent snuggle pillow lol. But that was literally our only complaint! & that is one we are willing to deal with!!
Helen
Been here last three years coming into and out of the states on vacation . Outstanding hotel with great gym, pool, breakfast and extra amenities to entertain . Staff helpful , cleanliness excellent and rooms and decor very modern which I like.
Jasmine
The entire stay was aesthetically pleasing and I felt extremely safe the entire time as a solo traveler. It was in a very convenient area. Near very decent restaurants and the staff was very friendly. AC units were perfect and parking area was good.
Yves
All was perfect. The only negative point is we hearded slamming door (Room+Exit) until 10pm. That was very noisy.
Derrick
The room floor could have been cleaner, but it was ok for a quick overnight stay.
RANDY
Had a quick stay overnight. It was close to the airport and had a timely shuttle ride the next day.
Claude
Comfortable stay next to the airport.
Nicole
I always love coming to this hotel before a cruise. Its clean and the staff is always friendly.
Taylor
The hotel is in a more \"sketchy\" part of town. Anytime you see a \"belongings at your own risk\" sign you know there is a reason. Hotel is right beside of an airport parking lot.
Room was clean except what looked to be pubic hairs in the bed & a big indention in the bed. Made an uncomfortable sleeping position.
Batteries were dying in the remote.
Overall 3.8/5

Room was clean and comfortable enough as expected, could have used another chair. Breakfast at Tru is pretty bad - nothing healthy except a bowl of unripe bananas and some apples. Egg omelettes were hard, dried out and not at all good. The yogurt came from a machine that said, “real cane sugar and vanilla”, we much prefer real plain yogurt, ripe fruit. Really we didn’t go there for breakfast, but it would have been nice. The coffee, on the other hand, was very good.

This has been one of the best experiences I had. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and professional.

The rooms were very clean, quiet, and the beds were relaxing. Love staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly as always and the convenience of food places around was helpful. Recommend staying here.
Melody
The property was well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great.
Susan
My main complaint is the shower being too slippery. There was a grab bar, but I almost fell a few times.
Jordan
Very easy to find and navigate. Would definitely recommend felt safe and the room and facilities were clean.

Upon checking I was impressed with the outside and lobby. We were given a room on the 5th floor. When we stepped off the elevator we were hit with humid hot air. The air was out, not working in the hallway. They had placed a box fan at the end of the long hallway. You would have thought this would have been communicated, but nothing was said to us so we were surprised. We stepped into the room and it was cooler, so I turned the air down as much as possible to get it colder. The room was updated but there were remains of an outdated room and the aircon was one of them. The shower took several mins for the water to heat up. The pillows, please please buy some new pillows. They were so bad you didn’t need them as you laid flat on the bed with the pillows. In the middle of the night the aircon turned off and woke up to the room steaming hot, we had to turn it down again. I did not sleep, it was not the best stay and I would not book again or recommend.
Melody
Awesome place

I made a mistake choosing the wrong month while booking. The mistake is on me, but I immediately called after hitting ‘submit’ on the payment. I gave a 1-star based on the fact the hotel would not cancel and rebook my request for the next month without paying the whole stay twice. I had even added cancellation protection for a the unplanned cancellation, but the original date was too close.
I ended up booking the next month’s stay at another hotel. *This review only speaks to the no leniency policy and not the hotel or individual staff members themselves.

Never disappoints. I have stayed at this property several times .

Very disappointed in this stay and will not stay here again. To begin, this is a hotel which accepts pets. There is a very strong stench of urine in the hallway. Additionally, we requested an ADA room Little did we know, the ADA room is positioned right next to the door leading out to the pool. The entire night we experienced people going in and out of the door. With this, every time the door opened, it slammed very hard and very loud. We did not get any sleep the entire night. I did contact the front desk to report the issue while it was going on and they said there was nothing they could do. I am questioning whether it was guests going in and out of that door all night, but surmise they may have been employees based on other observations I made while staying there. There is no reason that door cannot have a soft close to it. Additionally, no rooms should be situated next to that door. Very disappointed!

I wrote a review on Google as well, and I loved everything about this place. Clean rooms, nice atmosphere, wonderful staff. Very quiet. Comfortable rooms with many options for charging items. Breakfast, and a nice clean pool. The shuttle to and from the airport was really a plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bed could use a refresh, as the mattress felt very old - in fact, the underside of the mattress had fallen down and there were exposed tacks/nails. I had my cats with me, so that could have been an injury risk. I didn't see them until I was getting ready to leave. Other than that, I have no complaints about the room.
I will say, however, the area is a little sketchy. In addition to a number of seemingly abandoned hotels and a restaurant, down the road, there appeared to be homeless people wandering around and hanging out around the gas stations just down the block. In fact, one man walked right in front of my car without even looking while I was driving on the service road. Thankfully I saw him in time and I wasn't going fast.

Super easy to
Find. And get to airport quick. Room
Was just ok. Bathroom had blood on the wall, shower water sucked it didn’t very hot,
Beds are super hard. Pillows were horrible. There also was a beeping noise in the room about 5am that woke us up. Would stay again just cause it was 2 minutes from the airport but to stay there for any other reason I would not. Not worth 175 a night.

Denise
Everything was wonderful. Thank you!
Jasmine
The room was great and conveniently located. We stayed one night prior to our cruise. The staff was very nice and the hotel was in immaculate condition. We would return again.
Nancy
Breakfast appeared fresh. Staff polite and helpful. Clean room BUT - the shower floor was extremely slick!!! I had to constantly hold onto the bar in the shower to maintain my balance and even then, I was very afraid of falling!!! I had to straddle the outer edges of the shower floor to brace myself. ( just get a visual on that - funny to read about but not funny to experience). As much as I like the hotel and I would like to stay here again on my travels, but I don’t know if I will because of the issue with the dangerous shower. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. This should not be the case in a hotel of this caliber. I’m very disappointed. In addition, the shower door would not close securely, so water ran out onto the floor that I then needed to wipe up.
Carol
Comfortable room and very spacious.
jeffrey
Parking with Tesla hookups. Like new hotel. Very pleased.
Timothy
Great parking . Easy on and off .
Shakima
Clean rooms. Nice staff.
Winifred
Picture very miss leading
John
Over night at airport before heading to Ormond Beach
Jill
Simple, yet surprisingly robust. First time at a TRU. LOVED the staff and the breakfast options were amazing. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to have microwaves in the rooms, but there was one in the lobby so all good. I would absolutely stay here again :)
Marcello
Fast convenient hotel shuttle & location. Clean new rooms.
Christopher
Clean room. Breakfast was ok. Didn’t have much on the bar. Would stay here again.
Adrianne
Rooms and property were great. They should do something about the room doors slamming for those coming in late and disturbing customers already asleep
Randy
Property is great! Great overnight when boarding a cruise ship the next day. Shuttle service is fantastic!
Teresa

Nancy

Teresa
great stay
Jonathan
Parking area was plentiful, staff was great and room was clean and mordern.
Kirstie
Was clean and quiet. We had an early morning flight so it was nice to be nearby the airport
Brett
Clean, simple, well-designed, and convenient with a great staff. Only complaint is that breakfast, while well presented with several options, was pretty mediocre in food quality (pretty much as expected). But the coffee was good!
Albert
Room was clean and comfortable, although a bit austere. AC a little loud. Breakfast was surprisingly good. No restaurant on property, but these is a nearby one that was pretty good. Beverages and snacks available in lobby, but expensive. Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Desk clerk even arranged early check-in. Airport shuttle service was good.
Jermaine
Amazing
Nakita
Overall it was good. Better breakfast options would be ideal.
Arnold
No airport shuttle needed at this time.
Scott
I had an early flight. shuttle was n0tavailable, but they have a process where they provide an email that pays for your uber. Easy process
Adam
Shuttle was great!
Eileen
This is one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. There was no soundproofing. We could hear every room door on the 1st floor plus the outside door open and close. We could hear ppl in the neighboring room and also ppl in the lobby playing pool. It was awful. I have stayed in other Tru Hotels in WI and didn’t have this problem. Hilton really skimped on the construction. I won’t be staying at Tru ever again
amanda jo-sweeny
Dylan was amazing . All the staff were personable and friendly. Rooms and dining area was so clean you could eat off the floor though i would recommended aginst it. . Overall we had an epic experience booking with them. Absolutely a better value then i expected given the low room price !
Michael
