The room was quiet and clean, kitchen was nice. Beds were comfortable. Pullout sofa bed was not comfortable at all and probably needed a new mattress. Breakfast was not the best food but it was hot and free. Also they charge for parking which we did not know until they charged our card at check out.

Renee that works in the cafeteria was awful to be around. She stands around like a guard and doesn’t even greet or interact with the guests. She was carrying on loud about not cleaning up the bread. I would not go back just because she was there honestly. The rest of the hotel was fine.

I had nothing but wonderful memories of my stay at Residence Inn. The staff were nice. The room was spacious - enough to accommodate my family.
I would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Marion - front desk supervisor for assisting me. My stay at Residence Inn was unexpected. I walked into the lobby deeply disturbed and she sensed it. She offered me a hug and that meant EVERYTHING to me!!! I am forever grateful for Mrs. Marion for acknowledging me as a human and not a customer.
This particular property offers free washer and dryer. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. This service served to be extremely helpful as we had to extend our stay.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and worth every penny. There was a false alarm and the fire alarm went off and I had to go down 4 flights of steps with 3 year old who were terrified. I’m not sure if that’s a recurring issue but one of the employees said it happened all the time. That should be fixed immediately. My kids were sleeping and that startled all of us

Great room and great staff. The hotel lets you arrive earlier and stay later than othe hotels in area.

Wonderful staff and a beautiful property centrally located in downtown. Sadly, the pool was closed for the season, but the rest of my stay was great. The breakfast spread was worth getting up early for!

Have always had a good stay at residence inn! Staff was very friendly and room and the rest of hotel looked clean. Too cold to use pool. Neighborhood a little shady but felt safe at hotel. Location was close to our convention!

The check in experience kind of set a negative tone for the rest of our stay. The first time we stayed here, they were much friendlier and attentive. This time we were ignored completely until my husband spoke up. Then we were told we would have to wait while the computer turned on. Mind you, this was the afternoon.

I had an amazing stay at the Residence Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and felt just like a home away from home. I really appreciated the full kitchen, comfortable bed, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is the perfect place to unwind and feel taken care of.

I highly recommend the Residence Inn and will definitely be returning on my next visit!

This is a great hotel at a very fair price. Room was large, attractive and had everything we would ever need and more. Breakfast was outstanding for being not made to order, lots of selection and all the options were first rate. The area is being revitalized and there isn't much within walking distance but everything within the hotel was first rate and the price made it a bargain.

Very nice hotel! View from my room was really cool, however location isn't the best due to a small amount of public transport near the hotel.
Room clean, really pretty, a lot of place, extra area to sit, huge fridge, microvave and anything else what's needed to live. There is event laundry room!
Staff was really nice and friendly. Higly appreciated.
Complimentary breakfast? It wasn't the best I have ever eaten, but due to the fact that was free and I was able to find some a bit healty options with a smaller amount of sugar, it's fine.
To sum up, I am very satisfied, price was fine, overall condition too. Definitely better hotel than some other 'luxury' ones.

Wonderful hotel. Not the best location.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Everyone’s always friendly, and the hotel is always clean and inviting. The room is always clean. I especially love that you have to have your room key to use the elevator.
I will say the sofa is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is also not in a very good area. It is next to a main city road but right behind it is a very sketchy area. Last time, we had some guy walking the streets that started following our car and yelling at us while we were trying to find our way around the construction in the area. My husband said not to not book it anymore because of that area. Which is a shame because the hotel is wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay. Desk ppl were great however the ppl that served breakfast need more training in customer server. Her attitude was very off and seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. Her tone towards ppl wasn’t pleasing. She also caught an attitude when someone went to the front desk to let them know that the plates ran out. Ver Batman I her her with and attitude say all yall had to do was knock out the door and let us know that. My opinion it’s not that personal job to inform you
