The staff was extremely unhelpful. She took like 15 mins to check in the people in front of us and they looked like they didnt know why it was taking so long. The front deak lady seemed very ride and looked like she hated her job. Then we had to have a hold on our card of $100 when we already paid for the room. When we went to checkout she didnt even acknowledge us. Won't stay there again.

I am a non smoker but one would believe I was if you were to walk in my room. My room was reeked of weed. I endured two nights of that! When I told front desk, the guy there said he couldn't smell anything but it might be cigarettes. Either way it was most uncomfortable. Room.never got cleaned linens were never changed, and I was there for four nights!

This place is terrible. We first wanted to simply add another day to our reservation but was told we could not make any \"changes\" without losing our initial payment because it was \"non-refundable.\" We weren't canceling, we were adding another day. Expedia was no help. We just added another day under a different reservation to avoid this ridiculous policy. The hotel was in a sketchy area. The room smelled of Marijuana and urine. The bed was broken, the legs bending and the bed rocking left and right with every movement, and the sheets were dirty with dog hair all over them. We left immediately, but the hotel refused to refund us for one of the days we paid for, claiming, again that it was \"non-refundable.\" Non-refundable for a room that could not be slept in and entirely unsanitary. We were ok with losing those funds, just happy to be out of the room and despicable hotel. Don't be misled by the decent ratings for this place. Disgusting! You should be wary of Expedia too. Their customer service has gone way down and they were not helpful at all.

I saw the photos online and the price and thought why not? I’ll only be there to sleep and it’s close to my event. Wrong.

When I arrived, right at 3pm, I waited about 5 mins with no one at the front desk and rang the bell 2x, waited a little longer and finally had to call the contact number 2x before I was helped.

Once someone arrived they were super nice and helpful.

After getting to my room, the second I opened my door with a key card and saw the lack of a locking deadbolt that actually secured the room I immediately went back to the front office.

I explained I was a solo traveler and that their deadbolt did not fully extend into the doorframe so all that is “locking” the door is the hope that no one has a universal room key and a flimsy top latch that most hotel doors have. Simply put, anyone could kick the door in with enough force.

I asked for another room thinking maybe that room was just a one-off. Nope, the next room was the same.

Thankfully, I asked to cancel my room and it was sorted out, but I would not feel right not writing a review stating this for anyone looking at this as a place to stay as a solid traveler.

Communication barrier due to foreign workers. Was there 4 three days with my baby and was given hand towels for bath towels stating they were out. It was a great price for a twin room. Clean-no bugs. Bad water pressure. Front desk was hard to deal with. Overall good stay for the money. Need ENGLISH speaking employees!

Stayed a week ago and the sat was great. Rebooked and absolutely terrible. Stayed 5 days no room service at all even though they say it’s mandatory after 3 days. Room was dirty I told the front desk after check in no one came to clean. Try to talk to any of the workers and they have to use Google Translate bc they don’t speak English. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant and unprofessional. Garbage all over the parking lots and raccoons running around during the day feeding off the dumpster and trash cans that were over filled. Will never ever stay there again. Can u make sure your employees speak English and not have to use Google Translate.

The rooms give more of like a little airbnb vibe more than a motel. It was very clean, smelled nice, pretty quiet. I had a bit of an issue where my phone was broken during my stay, the man that works nights kept getting frustrated at me and was not very helpful to my situation as well as the security guard/cop. Just terrible attitudes. It does take a while to check in, we waited about 30 minutes before anyone came to the desk but the little lady was very helpful and sweet during my check/check out and when I had requests. This is a place that is definitely worth the money, just don't need the nights staff. Not far from the beach either!

I was coming to Jax for a one day event from Tampa and needed a place for only 1 night. Couldn’t believe the price on how reasonable it was for a king room. Well I bit the bullet and took a chance and hit the lottery on this place. What a gem. Room was absolutely spotless and everything was brand new. I stayed in room 300 around back on first floor. Parking was great. They even have security keeping eyes open. It was phenomenal getting ready to book a week there soon when I have to go back for the Jax homeshow.

We arrived at 11.50 and the lady at the front desk gave us a key that was not activated.
It was impossible to enter the room
I returned to see her at the front desk but she had already left
Nobody was there, called emergency number no answer
So at 1.00 in the morning I had to find another hotel to spend the night because we could not open the door of that room.
The following day I went to see the girl at the front desk, very unprofessional and unpolite.

Overall it was a good experience, but the towels that we had in the room was not usable. Also, the latest check in time was 12:30 am, and we arrived right before 12:00, but it was stressful because with the traffic, you never know.. I tried to call 3-4 times right after I found out the latest checking time, but no answer. I received a message from them via Expedia, letting me know about it, and I replied asking them what happens if we won’t arrive on time, but no answer. I consider that we were just lucky that we get there and being able to check in. Also, when we booked the place, we didn’t know upfront about the LATEST check in time, as if we would’ve known, we wouldn’t booked it, because you never know what can happen down the road and then they will make you pay a night, even if you get there late…

I stayed for 10 days. My initial room I was given was fine except after the 2nd day, I heard the toilet bubble up on its own and then it was not flushable. I never seen or experienced that before anywhere. I told the front desk and they moved me to another room, next door. No issues since. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and the overall aesthetic was nice.

I stayed at The Weekly Inn in Jacksonville, Florida, after flying for 2 days, and my experience was frustrating overall. I arrived about 15–20 minutes before check-in and was charged an early check-in fee, which started things off on a disappointing note.

My first room, located at the back of the building, had a strong unpleasant odor. After a few nights, I noticed what looked like roaches and reported it. I was moved to another room that same night, but upon settling in, I realized the door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Maintenance had to come late at night and spent time drilling and sawing just to secure it.

Two days later, when I tried to leave, the door wouldn’t close properly and the lock actually came off in my hand. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer and had to leave the door ajar to get help in person. Maintenance couldn’t fix it, so I had to move again. In the new room, the toilet didn’t flush properly.

On top of that, I was woken up early one morning by a loud, confrontational argument that lasted about an hour.

Overall, the repeated room issues, lack of responsiveness, and disruptions made this a very disappointing stay. I believe a partial refund would have been appropriate given the circumstances.

First off, the staff was very rude. No one spoke English at all, and they all had attitudes the middle of the day. There’s nobody at the front desk when you scream and ring the bell. Nobody answers there is ice buckets in every room, but no ice machine horrible the worst place I have ever seen.

When asking for towels it was told to my friend that a maid would give us some, the maids didn’t understand English as much and then a maid that understood stated the front office would give them out and after I asked the front office they stated the maids are the only ones to give towels and they left after 5, other than that it wasn’t too bad

When I checked into my first room, there was hair in the bathtub and the TV was not properly working. I moved rooms and the fan in the bathroom was making a loud noise all night and the TV in that room wasn’t working. So I changed rooms for a third time only to find out that the TV in that room didn’t properly work. The on-site staff was not properly trained on how to resolve the issue with the TV not working properly. I wouldn’t would not recommend this place nor would I ever consider it again. It was a terrible experience.

Conditions were stander. The outside and the rooms looked like the pictures there were just small aspects that could have been better. There were some stains and spots on the bedsheets and top blanket but it was not clear if it was a permanent one or just one they didn’t notice. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. For a one day stay it did the trick.

I booked a king sized bed for a week and when i got there the front attendant gave me a room that had a full size bed in it. I went back to the attendant and told her that it was a full size bed and she later put me in a room.where there was a queen size bed. I was tired so i just stayed there for the night. When i showered the tub filled up as if it was stoped up. I told the attendant my problem amd she said that she would have it fixed. So when i got off from.work and attempted to shower. The problem was not fixed. So the tub was not fixed all week. There was a roach in the tub also. My wasnt cleaned all week either.
