This is definitely a bottom of the list stay. The bedsheets and pillow cases were stained. There is a massive shortage of towels and washcloths. I was traveling with my wife and two kids and reserved a room with two queen beds. They initially gave us two towels and 1 washcloth in the room. I went to request additional towels and was told they did not have any. I went back later, it was a different person at the front desk and that person was able to get us some washcloths but, if you stay here, you might want to bring some spare sheets, towels and washcloths.
The breakfast was limited as well. The one container of milk went quickly and although breakfast was supposed to end at 10am, by 9 they had stopped replenishing food items.
Atleast the toilet in our room was clean.

Only one wash cloth and two towels for two people. Finally got more wash cloths but never had more towels when asked.

Shower enclosure only had partial glass that didn’t move. Had to be inside tub to turn water on or adjust.

Put us in very back building that didn’t look or feel very safe. Said they were full up but not many cars in lot.
I was very disappointed here. If I could have afforded to pay for somewhere else we would have left, but we just had to suck it up and stay there.

The room rented was a 3 bed suite. Iwas cool and had plenty of room. 2 bathrooms and two large flat screen tv's. The property looks a bit older from the outside but has been updated inside The price was good and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast included was pretty decent as well and had plenty of food.
This hotel is also really close to the Ports which is very convenient.

When we were given a key for a room the room already had people sleeping in it. The shock they felt when we opened the door and our shock to see them there, we will never forget. Also when we were given another room there were only two towels, we registered four guest when we booked the room. When we asked the front desk for two more towels they said they couldn’t access the cleaning services office and they said the had no more towels to give us, we had to share towels. I will never go there again.

Didnt feel safe parking, especially in the back of the property, had to ask to move to a different room/location. I did ask if they had long term residents and I was told no, it is impressive you had folks just moving in for the night so friendly and sharing ... The smell was very much evident of what is going on over there. The room door seems to have been kicked in the past, they didnt do a good job fixing it up. so not so good feeling when you move to a room thats next to the stairs. you can hear everything thats happening around. Do NOT rely on bathroom amenities, bring your own as they were empty. They might have done some recent improvements however they could do much more.

I know that this place is under new management, but it needs some work. When we came in the room a roach was on the wall. The cleanness of the room needs more work, the air conditioning works well, and it has enough parking. The reception lady was nice. The linen needs improvement and the floors and the shower were dirty.

We stayed 1 night and we went to front desk to ask for extra towels and washcloths and we were told they would bring to our room, needless to say we never received the towels.

We went and sat at the tables by the pool which was closed by the way and the grounds need some maintenance and there was a used condom. Please clean up!

It took almost 40 minutes for the clerk to come to the front. It was super sweet, and I was dealing with an emergency not his fault. Only person on staff. That had hard times the keys kept not working. Had to go back four times to get it to work. The room was gross and the water didn’t work inside the room.

Located near the River City shopping complex, this hotel is the epitome of "lipstick on a pig". Everywhere is thin veneer of modernism over decay and filth. The only indication that this is Baymont is a banner hung between the two pillars of the front desk building and even that is hidden by trees/other signs around it. Rooms are in 4 buildings, two floors each with a pool (closed until further notice) in the middle. The grounds are littered with cigarette butts and the grass is mown yet looks unkept at the same time. We stayed in a suite, so king bed and two queens. There were two bathrooms in the suite, but only one had hand soap and the other had the only bodywash/shampoo dispensers. Sheets are rough and itchy, pillows are very soft with no support and the decorative red pillows were ripped and spilling out stuffing. The AC units work based on some archaic calendar that we can't figure out. Shower/tubs have the half-wall of glass that allows enough water to spill out to negate the towel mat. The toilets flush and the sink drains as expected. From inside, you can see a half-inch gap between the door and frame, allowing the scent of marijuana to drift in unheeded. Each time we returned to the room from an excursion, we were greeted with the heavy scent. Despite indicating we were a party of 6, only 4 bath towels were present. As the room phone was unsurprisingly not working, we had to walk to the front desk building only to be told they were out of towels.

- Couldn't get the bathtub water to flow to the shower head because the lever was broken. I had arrived at approx 12:15 AM and didn't figure this out until the morning and I told the front desk about it on the way out.
- Wood floor was badly deteriorated and coming up in places,
- Noise from other guests through walls and from outside until apprx 2:30 AM,
- It felt unsafe - it would have been better to have given us a room towards the front of the hotel so that the people in the praking lot late at night wouldn't have concerned me as much.
- Breakfast Person was extremely nice and helpful.

It was okay. Prices were great. I was apprehensive based on other reviews and I’m mad I was disappointed by the customer service I requested towels, a new bedsheet and pillow cases due to stains.

I left and never got the towels or pillow cases during my entire stay. They gave me a ripped up bedsheet. I requested it several times and each time was told they’d be coming soon and it never came. The front desk is useless and they lie. The properly was clean though.

Got to the hotel after a 15 hour drive. Was given a room. Got to the room no blankets sheets or pillow cases. Obviously not a clean room. Called front desk and was told to sit tight. Waited 15 minutes called back and was told that they are canceling my reservation as there were no more rooms. At 10:30 at night travelling with an 8 year old and told I can’t stay there.

Than was told I’d be refunded. I asked at the front desk for any paper work confirming this and was told it would Take about half hour. Scrambled to find another room. While listening to the staff member at the door yell at not one but two separate people threatening to cancel their reservations.

Still do not have my refund almost a week later. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There’s a hotel right next door. Go there!

The pool was closed. The airport shuttle was not working. It was a the mechanic. The staff were great and the continental breakfast was good.

The continental breakfast was good. The staff was great. A few rooms down from where we were staying, there were drug addicts buying drugs from someone that was staying there. There were a lot of people going in and out and looking at us to see if we were cops. Someone faked going up the stairs, because we stayed in the car while our cell phones were charging because we couldn't charge them in the room, and we can see when that person told a couple that we were just in our phones. My husband used the bathroom in the lobby and found needles/syringes on the floor. We will not stay and this place again.

I must say that the room was clean but the issue I had was there was not enough towels and was cloths for the room also I had to ask multiple times about getting the items I needed the most of the staff didn’t speak English are the said they didn’t but they were respectful and the room did have any body wash for you so I would say if you stay here please be prepared to bring your own washing clothes and soap . But for the price it’s not terrible the ac worked damn good and the water is super hot so be careful , the bed is soft and the tv and cable works fine. But it’s a fairly decent place to stay and it’s around of restaurants and shopping stores!

No airport shuttle as advertised. I figured this out the day before check in because I had called to hotel to determine if there a reservation for the shuttle was needed or if we just called when we arrived? This was our primary reason for booking this hotel as we were traveling with our children a bed luggage for a cruise so Ubers,etc needed to be large to have enough space. When we tried to get a refund we were told to call hotels.com only to spend hours in chats and phone calls with zero resolution. Pool not operating. The bathroom as well as outdoors throughout the property had a smell of sewage. Front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was not impressive but ok.

Nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. It’s apparent that there are residents at this ‘motel’. The room was filthy. I would never have taken my shoes off in that room. Cockroaches everywhere. At breakfast there was a 3” long cockroach crawling at the juice machine. Everyone seemed very unbothered by that. The towels were stained, dirt and toothpaste. They had absolutely not been washed. I would not stay here again even it were free. Horrible!!!

This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. They were short staffed, so we were unable to check-in until over two hours after our 3:00 check-in time. Initially, the front desk customer service representative was unpleasant and didn’t seem at all remorseful for the great inconvenience this caused. She stated that our room would be ready in 45 minutes and that’s when we could check in. We went to get food from a popular seafood restaurant that requires you to warm your own food up at home. When we arrived back to the hotel, our room still wasn’t ready. So, we couldn’t warm up our food and eat. She was unwilling to offer us any form of compensation and said that she did not have a number to the corporate office, but we could look it up. I called customer service and was hung up on by the first representative after being put on hold (he was actually a nice man and seemed empathetic). The second representative was ABSOLUTELY rude and started raising his voice on the call. He said his name was Tony, and he gave me the wrong number to the corporate office.

Upon checking in, the host did seem remorseful and was a lot nicer. Apparently, a male customer came in and hit her. The police showed up and I overheard her telling them what happened. Her demeanor had changed dramatically after that encounter. We headed to the room and right before we reached the door was dog feces. It was unreal. Our room was very clean, but the television in the living room only had sound

I cannot in good faith recommend this location. While our refund was approved by the site, and has now processed, we are still left in the air regarding the reason of concern.

We found a dead bed bug in our bed. The gm said they would have someone come and conduct some sort of test. I still don’t know the results of it. We incurred so many additional costs while doing what we needed to do to sanitize our stuff.

Again, I would not recommend.

Additionally, the rooms were at best dirty with marks and scuffs all over. The door wouldn’t completely shut and you could see right to the outside. Just nope. And who has no door on a shower?

Reasonable for the price. Great receptionist upon arrival although she mentioned she was new and just had a rush of arrivals, was a little overwhelmed but still in control. Things I’d like to mention: insufficient water pressure in the shower in the morning (no issue at night), floors were apparently dusty, noticed I dragged a lit of dirt in to the tub for my morning shower, as I had also taken one right before bed. And although recently renovated, a rust spot in the tub and the room number banners on the door we’re coming off. When I wanted some breakfast at 6:30 there was a sign with an apology that there was no breakfast that day. But when I left at 10, breakfast was available. Choices and quality were minimal though.

First of all the hotel didnt reply to numerous communications prior to arrival regarding the advertised free shuttle bus. On arrival the bus was not running so we had to get a taxi.
The hotel room was not fit for human habitation. The room was old and dirty and smelt of vomit. There was a connecting door which was not secure and appliances were broken. Unfortunately the receptionist really didn't care less. She advised that the room had previously been let to homeless people and they had done what they could to clean the room. We asked to be moved but it was claimed no other rooms were available despite checking other people in whilst we were there. We asked to assist us in finding alternative accommodation as we had no US sim and therefore couldn't make calls but this was refused.
We managed to book alternative accomodation on Hotels.com and after a fight managed to get a refund. However after travelling for 24 hours this was a nightmare to sort out.
Hotels.com should seriously consider removing this hotel from their list!!

This in no way met a standard of a baymont/hilton property. Additionally i tried to add an additional day as our plans chqnged and you wanted to charge an additional fee? I had to use another platform to adjust. Ridiculous! Then while we were there there was no working toilet half the day as they had serious plumbing issues. When i tried your site to cancel this unacceptable room it was useless. I will NEVER use your service again. NTM your rate was out of line as well. Which i saw after using the other platform to add our additional day. Your site is soooooo NOT user friendly

The room needs to be brought up to the 21st century. The closest plug for your phone was 5 feet away from the bed. The bathroom shower door had water spots all over it. The room needs the be painted. I picked this hotel because it was a Wyndham, it did not represent this chain very well. I could almost fit my pinky in between the door and the frame.

The room which i booked was sold out. The room i checked into smelled like a rotten animal. The property is extremely filthy and dirty.

The first room I checked in the sheets and pillowcase was dirty hair was on my sink and in tub. Went to front desk check into another room Those sheets were also dirty so I just went out and brought a set of sheets. Front desk clerk was very nice and professional. The housekeeper were loud 8:00 in the morning. I’ll pass never again.

Staff was great -- quickly tended to and resolved any issues. Basic motel-style hotel. Convenient and affordable for long-term parking.

Breakfast buffet was pretty scant — lots of empty serving dishes. No bedside lamp in my room was a problem as well. The staff were very nice though.

Room was absolutely filthy bugs crawling across the floor. Only two towels. Both towels were stained with red stains on them moved room rooms room still only had two towels when we checked out there were drug needles in the parking lot with disgusting food and empty bottles. I want a refund.
